本发明涉及表面活性剂技术领域,尤其是一种低能润滑油乳化剂。
背景技术
乳化剂是能够改善乳浊液中各种构成相之间的表面张力,使之形成均匀稳定的分散体系或乳浊液的物质,乳化剂是表面活性物质,分子中同时具有亲水基和亲油基,它聚集在油/水界面上,可以降低界面张力和减少形成乳状液所需要的能量,从而提高乳状液的能量。
现有用于油井乳化的降黏剂活性差,降黏效果差,满足不了日益增长的使用需求。
发明内容
为了克服现有的上述的不足,本发明提供了一种低能润滑油乳化剂。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种低能润滑油乳化剂,由以下重量份的原料组成:氢氧化钠7~9份,二甲苯酚3~6份,山梨醇酐2~3份,甲醇2~5份,海藻酸钠0.6~0.9份,水70~90份。
进一步的,包括氢氧化钠8份,二甲苯酚5份,山梨醇酐2.5份,甲醇3份,海藻酸钠0.8份,水80份。
本发明的有益效果是,该配比制得的降黏剂活性强,表面张力低,对石蜡、胶质和沥青有较好的洗涤、降黏作用,可达到降低油层黏度、提高油藏的采收率的目的。

该配比制得的降黏剂活性强,表面张力低,对石蜡、胶质和沥青有较好的洗涤、降黏作用,可达到降低油层黏度、提高油藏的采收率的目的。
