Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to covers of manhole inspection wells or similar objects, relates to an ultra-high performance concrete inspection well cover and a preparation method thereof, and particularly relates to a steam-curing-free D400-grade ultra-high performance concrete inspection well cover and a preparation process thereof.
Background
Manhole covers are closures that open onto the top of the doorway to an underground facility. All underground pipelines of public facilities such as water supply and drainage, communication, electric power, gas, heating power, fire control and the like need to be provided with inspection wells and inspection well covers. The inspection well cover consists of a well cover and a well seat, and is frequently rolled and impacted by motor vehicles when used on a road, so that the inspection well cover needs higher structural strength and impact resistance; the manhole cover is damaged or lost, which seriously harms the safety of pedestrians, non-motorized vehicles and motorized vehicles, and thus the manhole cover needs to be durable and theft-proof. In addition, the well lid needs to be very stably seated on the well base, preventing the generation of bounce and noise when people and vehicles walk on the well lid. The D400 grade inspection well cover is suitable for areas such as city main roads, highways, high-grade highways, expressways and the like, and is one of the varieties which are suitable for occasions and have larger use amount at present.
At present, the materials used for the inspection well cover of grade D400 in the market are mainly cast iron (nodular cast iron and grey cast iron). But it faces a major problem of being easily lost and thus often causing serious traffic accidents. At present, although various measures are taken for preventing theft, such as installing a manhole cover anti-theft lock, an anti-theft chain, an anti-theft hinge or a hidden manhole cover, and the like, the problem of losing the cast iron manhole cover cannot be fundamentally avoided.
Although the D400 grade ultra-high performance concrete inspection well cover disclosed by the patents CN201520565823.9, CN201510460789.3, CN201520716063.7, CN201510588393.7 and CN201710071364.2 uses a material with low recovery value, the problem that the cast iron well cover is lost can be effectively solved, the ultra-high performance concrete inspection well cover is maintained by adopting a steam or hot water maintenance mode, the maintenance equipment investment is large, the energy consumption is high, the production cost is high, and the cost performance advantage of the cast iron inspection well cover is not obvious.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly solves the technical problem of providing the steam-curing-free ultra-high performance concrete manhole cover and the preparation process thereof, improves the potential activity of cementing materials such as cement and the like by adding the high-activity molecular level activation catalyst, and reduces the production cost and energy consumption by using a normal temperature curing mode. The performance of the prepared ultra-high performance concrete manhole cover is superior to the requirement of GB26537-2011 steel fiber concrete manhole cover, and the ultra-high performance concrete manhole cover has excellent durability such as impermeability, freeze-thaw resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, impact abrasion resistance and the like.
The D400-grade ultrahigh-performance concrete inspection well cover prepared by the method is cured in a normal-temperature curing mode, the raw materials are wide and easy to obtain, the economy is high, steam curing equipment with huge cost and steam curing energy consumption are saved, and the production cost is reduced. The bearing capacity of the manhole cover is equivalent to that of nodular cast iron, but the service life of the manhole cover can be expected to be 100 years, compared with the service life of a cast iron manhole cover which is about 50 years, the manhole cover has the advantages of being more cost-effective in period service life, anti-theft, anti-sliding and the like.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts a technical scheme that: the steam-curing-free ultra-high performance concrete inspection well cover comprises an ultra-high performance concrete body and a steel reinforcement framework, wherein the ultra-high performance concrete body is composed of the following raw materials in percentage by weight:
45-50% of river sand,
10-15% of high-activity low-shrinkage admixture,
5-8% of mineral powder,
16 to 24 percent of cement,
0.1 to 0.5 percent of high-activity molecular level activation catalyst,
0.4 to 0.6 percent of water reducing agent,
5.8 to 8.2 percent of steel fiber,
8 to 9 percent of water,
the high-activity molecular level activation catalyst is a chemical mixture of aluminum potassium sulfate dodecahydrate, boron carbon alkyl silicone and silicon aluminum phosphate.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the river sand has a fineness modulus of 2.4-3.0 and a particle size of 0-5 mm.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the high activity low shrinkage admixture is a mixture of fly ash and silica fume.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the ore powder is S95 ore powder.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the steel fiber is a copper-plated steel fiber, the length is 6 to 13mm, and the diameter is 0.1 to 0.2 mm.
In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent.
In order to solve the technical problem, the invention adopts another technical scheme that: the preparation method of the steam-curing-free high-performance concrete manhole cover comprises the following steps:
pouring river sand, high-activity low-shrinkage admixture, mineral powder, cement, high-activity molecular level activation catalyst, water reducer and water into a stirrer in sequence, stirring for 3-5 min, adding steel fiber, stirring for 3-5 min, pouring the prepared slurry into a special mold with a steel reinforcement framework after the slurry is uniform, and curing at normal temperature to obtain the ultra-high performance concrete manhole cover.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the invention adds high-activity molecular level activation catalyst, permeates in the concrete, catalyzes the potential activity of cement and active admixture which do not generate hydration reaction, forms a large amount of water-insoluble long-chain crystals in pores and cracks, fills capillary channels, thereby leading the concrete to be compact and greatly improving the early and later strength. The potential activity of the cementing materials such as cement and the like can be improved without adopting a steam curing mode, steam curing equipment with huge cost and steam curing energy consumption are saved, and the production cost is reduced.
2. The added high-activity molecular level activation catalyst provides excellent mechanical properties for the ultra-high performance concrete inspection well cover, and simultaneously has excellent durability such as impermeability, freeze-thaw resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, impact abrasion resistance and the like.
