Technical problem to be solved by the invention
The above-described function is convenient when a destination floor registered for the purpose of mischief is cancelled in the case where the user wrongly registers the destination floor. In addition, since unnecessary stopping of the car can be avoided, the operation efficiency is also effective. However, at present, there are many users who do not know the operation method, and the operation method is not effectively used.
Further, if a cancel button is provided on the operation panel in advance, even a user who does not know the operation method can cancel the registration of the destination floor using the cancel button. However, providing a cancel button on the operation panel has a problem in terms of space. Further, the possibility of occurrence of malfunction or mischief is high, and countermeasures against this are required. On the other hand, there is a method of making the user know the operation method of cancellation by display or the like, but a special device therefor is required.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide an elevator system capable of easily canceling registration of a destination floor on an operation panel provided in a car even if a user does not know an operation method.

Detailed Description
The following describes embodiments with reference to the drawings.
(embodiment 1)
Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a configuration of an elevator system according to embodiment 1. In embodiment 1, a description is given assuming an elevator system having a single car with 1 car, but the present invention can also be applied to a group control system having a plurality of cars.
The car door 12 is openably and closably attached to an entrance of the car 11. A touch panel type operation panel 13 is provided beside the car door 12. The operation panel 13 is composed of an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) and a transparent touch panel mounted on the LCD, and displays destination layer buttons 14 corresponding to each layer of the building so as to be capable of touch operation. A touch panel is a pointing device capable of detecting a position on a screen touched by an object (e.g., a finger of a user). Examples of the touch panel include a "resistive film type" and a "capacitive type", but the touch panel is not particularly limited to these types.
The operation panel 13 is connected to an elevator control device (EL control device) 22 via a touch panel control device (T/P control device) 21. When a user in the car 11 operates (touches) the destination button 14 on any floor on the operation panel 13, an operation signal of the destination button 14 is sent to the elevator control device 22 via the touch panel control device 21.
Here, the touch panel type operation panel 13 in the present system is configured to temporarily display the cancel button 15 when the user operates the destination layer button 14 of an arbitrary layer. The cancel button 15 is a button for canceling the destination layer registered by the operation of the destination layer button 14, and is not normally displayed.
The operation panel 13 is provided with a door opening button, a door closing button, an emergency call button, and the like, which are not shown, in addition to the destination layer button 14 of each layer. The door open button is used when instructing the car door 12 to open the door. The door closing button is used when instructing the car door 12 to close the door. The emergency call button is used when communicating with the outside (a monitoring room of a building, a monitoring center of an elevator existing in a remote place, or the like). These buttons are important in emergency, and therefore, if the operation is reliable, they are preferably configured by push-type operation buttons.
In addition, a display 16 and a speaker 17 are provided near the operation panel 13 in the car 11. The display 16 and the speaker 17 are connected to the elevator control device 22. The display 16 is formed of an LCD, and displays various messages including a traveling direction, a current position, and the like as an in-car indicator. The speaker 17 is used in the case of broadcasting various messages with sound.
The elevator control device 22 is configured by a computer including a CPU, ROM, RAM, and the like, and performs control of the entire elevator including operation control of the car 11. The elevator control device 22 includes an operation control unit 22a, a display control unit 22b, and a registration control unit 22c as functions related to the touch panel type operation panel 13.
The operation control unit 22a controls the operation of the car 11 based on the information of the destination floor (car call) registered in a destination floor management table T1 described later.
The display control unit 22b performs display control for the touch panel type operation panel 13. Specifically, when the destination layer button 14 of any layer on the operation panel 13 is operated, the display control unit 22b displays the cancel button 15 in correspondence with the destination layer button 14. "displaying the cancel button 15 in correspondence with the destination layer button 14" means displaying the destination layer button 14 and the cancel button 15 in a pair, and includes displaying the cancel button 15 so as to overlap a part of the destination layer button 14 or displaying the cancel button 15 in the vicinity of the destination layer button 14 (see fig. 3 to 4).
The registration controller 22c has a table T1 for destination layer management, and registers destination layer information corresponding to the destination layer button 14 in the table T1 for destination layer management when the destination layer button 14 of an arbitrary layer is operated. When the cancel button 15 corresponding to the destination floor button 14 is operated, the registration control unit 22c determines whether or not the destination floor can be canceled based on the number of already registered destination floors and the timing of the floor leveling control of the car 11, and when the cancellation is possible, cancels the registration of the destination floor from the table T1.
Next, the operation of embodiment 1 will be described.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart showing processing operations of the elevator control device 22 according to embodiment 1.
Now, consider a case where a user gets into the car 11 and operates the destination floor button 14 on any floor of the operation panel 13. Since the operation panel 13 is of a touch panel type, the operation of the destination layer button 14 referred to herein means that the user touches the destination layer button 14 with a finger or the like. The same applies to the operation of the cancel button 15.
When the user operates the destination floor button 14 on any floor on the operation panel 13 (yes in step S11), an operation signal of the destination floor button 14 is supplied to the elevator control device 22 via the touch panel control device 21. Thus, the elevator control device 22 executes the following processing.
That is, the elevator control device 22 lights the destination floor button 14 operated by the user, and registers the destination floor information corresponding to the destination floor button 14 in the destination floor management table T1 (steps S12 and S13). At this time, the elevator control device 22 displays a cancel button 15 for canceling the registration of the destination floor in association with the destination floor button 14 (step S14).
A display example of the cancel button 15 is shown in fig. 3 and 4.
Fig. 3 shows an example in which the cancel button 15 is displayed so as to overlap a part of the destination layer button 14 of the 3 layers. In this example, the cancel button 15 is displayed so as to overlap the upper left portion of the destination button 14, but the cancel button 15 may be displayed at any position as long as it does not block the floor characters noted in the destination button 14.
Fig. 4 shows an example in which the cancel button 15 is displayed in the vicinity of the destination layer button 14 of the 3 layers. In this example, the cancel button 15 is displayed on the left side of the destination layer button 14 with a space therebetween, but the cancel button 15 may be displayed at any position as long as it can maintain the correlation with the destination layer button 14 operated by the user.
Similarly, when the destination-layer button 14 of another layer is operated, the cancel button 15 is displayed in association with each destination-layer button 14. The shapes of the destination layer button 14 and the cancel button 15 are arbitrary, and may be a circular shape or a rectangular shape. The cancel button 15 is preferably attached with a mark for allowing the user to recognize that it is a button for registration cancellation.
For example, as shown in fig. 5, when the user performs a specific operation (in this example, a swipe operation of sliding in the lateral direction while touching the destination layer button 14), the cancel button 15 may be displayed. Alternatively, the cancel button 15 may be displayed when the destination layer button 14 is continuously operated a plurality of times within a certain time. However, since the user needs to know these operation methods in advance, it is preferable to automatically display the cancel button 15 in conjunction with the operation of the destination layer button 14 as in the present embodiment.
When the user operates the cancel button 15 on the operation panel 13 (yes in step S15), an operation signal of the cancel button 15 is supplied to the elevator control device 22 via the touch panel control device 21. Thus, the elevator control device 22 executes the following processing.
That is, the elevator control device 22 determines whether the destination floor can be cancelled based on the number of already registered destination floors and the timing of the floor leveling control of the car 11 (step S16). In this case, it is determined that cancellation is possible when both of the following conditions a and b are satisfied.
Condition a: the number of registered destination layers is more than 2
Condition b: before the start of the leveling control for the destination layer
If only 1 destination floor is registered in the table T1, if the destination floor is cancelled, the destination of the car 11 is not determined, and the car stops with the user on it. Therefore, it is a condition (condition a) to cancel that the number of registered destination floors including the currently registered destination floor is 2 or more.
When only 1 registered destination layer exists, it is necessary to cancel the registration of the previous destination layer after additionally registering the destination layer of the other layers. For example, in fig. 3, when the registration of 3 layers is to be cancelled, it is necessary to operate the cancel button 15 of 3 layers after registering layers other than 3 layers as the destination layer. In addition, since the user may not know the procedure, a message such as "please register another destination layer before and cancel the registration of the previous destination layer" may be notified to the user by display or sound.
In the travel control of the car 11, a deceleration start position is determined based on the relationship between the travel speed and the remaining distance to the destination floor, and the car 11 is decelerated at the deceleration start position to be leveled at the destination floor. This is called flat-layer control. After the floor leveling control is started, the car 11 is decelerated until the destination floor is determined, and therefore, the destination floor needs to be cancelled before the floor leveling control is started (condition b). When the cancel button 15 is operated after the floor leveling control is started, the registration of the destination floor cannot be canceled. In this case, a message such as "destination layer cannot be cancelled" may be notified to the user by display or sound.
When both of the above conditions a and b are satisfied, that is, when 2 or more destination floors are registered including the destination floor currently registered in the table T1 and the elevator control device 22 determines that the registration of the destination floor can be cancelled before the leveling control for the destination floor is started. If the cancellation is possible (yes in step S17), the elevator control device 22 deletes the information on the destination floor corresponding to the cancel button 15 operated by the user from the table T1 (step S18). Along with this, the elevator control device 22 turns off the destination floor button 14 corresponding to the destination floor and removes the display of the cancel button 15 from the operation panel 13 (step S19).
On the other hand, in step S17, when the conditions a and b are not satisfied, that is, when there are 1 registered destination floors or when the leveling control for the destination floors is started, the registration of the destination floors cannot be canceled even if the cancel button 15 is operated.
As described above, according to embodiment 1, the touch panel type operation panel 13 is provided in the car 11, and the cancel button 15 is displayed on the operation panel 13 in conjunction with the operation of the destination floor button 14, so that even a user who does not know the operation method can intuitively use the cancel button 15 to easily cancel the registration of the destination floor. This eliminates the pressure for operating the car 11 while leaving the unnecessary destination floor, and thus avoids unnecessary stopping to improve the operation efficiency.
(embodiment 2)
Next, embodiment 2 will be explained.
In the above-described embodiment 1, when the destination layer button 14 of an arbitrary layer on the operation panel 13 is operated, the cancel button 15 is unconditionally displayed. In contrast, in embodiment 2, when the destination layer button 14 is operated, the cancel button 15 is displayed only when the destination layer registered by the destination layer button 14 can be cancelled.
Fig. 6 is a flowchart showing processing operations of the elevator control device 22 according to embodiment 2.
Now, consider a case where a user rides in the car 11 and operates the destination-floor button 14 on an arbitrary floor on the touch-panel-type operation panel 13. When the user operates the destination floor button 14 on any floor on the operation panel 13 (yes in step S21), an operation signal of the destination floor button 14 is supplied to the elevator control device 22 via the touch panel control device 21. Thus, the elevator control device 22 executes the following processing.
That is, the elevator control device 22 lights the destination floor button 14 operated by the user, and registers the destination floor information corresponding to the destination floor button 14 in the destination floor management table T1 (steps S22 to S23).
Here, the elevator control device 22 determines whether or not the destination floor can be cancelled based on the number of already registered destination floors and the timing of the floor leveling control of the car 11 (step S24).
When both of the conditions a and b described in the above-described embodiment 1 are satisfied, that is, when 2 or more destination floors are registered including the destination floor currently registered in the table T1 and the elevator control device 22 determines that the registration of the destination floor can be cancelled before the leveling control for the destination floor is started. If the cancellation is possible (yes in step S25), the elevator control device 22 displays the cancel button 15 in correspondence with the destination floor button 14 operated by the user (step S26).
On the other hand, in step S25, when the conditions a and b are not satisfied, that is, when there are 1 registered destination floors or when the leveling control for the destination floor is started, the cancel button 15 is not displayed.
When the user operates the cancel button 15 on the operation panel 13 (yes in step S27), an operation signal of the cancel button 15 is supplied to the elevator control device 22 via the touch panel control device 21. Thus, the elevator control device 22 deletes the information of the destination floor corresponding to the cancel button 15 operated by the user from the table T1 (step S28). Along with this, the elevator control device 22 turns off the destination floor button 14 corresponding to the destination floor and removes the display of the cancel button 15 from the operation panel 13 (step S29).
As described above, according to embodiment 2, the cancel button 15 is displayed only when the destination floor registered with the destination floor button 14 can be canceled, and the registration of the destination floor can be reliably canceled using the cancel button 15.
(embodiment 3)
Next, embodiment 3 will be explained.
Normally, the destination floor button 14 is turned off at a time point when the car 11 reaches the destination floor registered by the destination floor button 14. At this time, if the cancel button 15 corresponding to the destination layer button 14 is displayed, the display of the cancel button 15 is also simultaneously eliminated. However, if the cancel button 15 is displayed until the car 11 reaches the destination floor, there is a possibility that the cancel button is operated by another user due to an erroneous operation or for a malicious purpose. Therefore, in embodiment 3, the display time of the cancel button 15 is determined in advance in the touch panel control device 21, and the cancel button 15 is displayed during the display time.
Fig. 7 is a block diagram showing a functional configuration of the touch panel control device 21 according to embodiment 3.
In embodiment 3, the touch panel control device 21 includes, as functions related to display control of the cancel button 15, a touch panel operation detection unit 31, a cancel button display unit 32, an internal timer 33, an operation time storage unit 34, a display time setting unit 35, and a cancel determination unit 36.
The touch panel operation detection unit 31 detects that the destination button 14 on the touch panel type operation panel 13 is operated. The cancel button display unit 32 specifies the position of the destination layer button 14 detected by the touch panel operation detection unit 31, and displays the cancel button 15. In this case, as described in embodiment 1 above, the cancel button 15 is displayed so as to overlap a part of the destination-layer button 14 operated by the user, or the cancel button 15 is displayed in the vicinity of the destination-layer button 14 (see fig. 3 to 4).
Here, when the operation of the destination button 14 is detected, the operation time of the destination button 14 obtained from the internal timer 33 is stored in the operation time storage unit 34. The cancel determination unit 36 calculates the display elapsed time of the cancel button 15 based on the difference between the operation time stored in the operation time storage unit 34 and the current time obtained from the internal timer 33.
When the display elapsed time of the cancel button 15 exceeds the display time (for example, 5 seconds) set in advance by the display time setting unit 35, a display end signal is output from the cancellation judgment unit 36 to the cancel button display unit 32. In accordance with the display end signal, the cancel button display unit 32 eliminates the display of the cancel button 15 from the operation panel 13.
In this way, according to embodiment 3, since the cancel button 15 automatically disappears after a predetermined time has elapsed, it is possible to prevent the registration of the destination layer from being canceled by an erroneous operation or for the purpose of mischief.
In embodiment 3, the display control of the cancel button 15 is performed in the touch panel control device 21, but the same function as described above may be provided in the elevator control device 22.
(embodiment 4)
Next, embodiment 4 will be explained.
In embodiment 4, the display of the cancel button 15 is canceled at a timing when the registration of the destination layer cannot be canceled.
Fig. 8 is a block diagram showing the functional configurations of the touch panel control device 21 and the elevator control device 22 according to embodiment 4.
In embodiment 4, the touch panel control device 21 includes a touch panel operation detection unit 31 and a cancel button display unit 32 as functions related to display control of the cancel button 15. The touch panel operation detection unit 31 detects that the destination button 14 on the touch panel type operation panel 13 is operated. The cancel button display unit 32 specifies the position of the destination layer button 14 detected by the touch panel operation detection unit 31, and displays the cancel button 15.
On the other hand, the elevator control device 22 includes an operation control unit 22a and a display control unit 22b as functions related to display control of the cancel button 15. The operation control unit 22a controls the operation of the car 11. The display control unit 22b performs display control of the touch panel type operation panel 13 by the touch panel control device 21.
In such a configuration, when the operation of the destination layer button 14 is detected by the touch panel operation detecting section 31 of the touch panel control device 21, the cancel button 15 is displayed by the cancel button display section 32 (see fig. 3 to 4).
Here, when the touch panel operation detecting unit 31 detects the operation of the destination button 14, the detection signal is supplied to the operation control unit 22a of the elevator control device 22. Thus, the operation control unit 22a starts the operation of the car 11 based on the destination floor registered by the destination floor button 14. At this time, the leveling control is performed, that is, the deceleration start position is determined based on the relationship between the traveling speed and the remaining distance to the destination floor, and the car 11 is decelerated at the deceleration start position to level the destination floor. As described in the above-described embodiment 1, since the car 11 determines the destination floor and decelerates all the time after the floor leveling control is started, cancellation of the destination floor is a condition (condition b) before the floor leveling control is started.
When the start of the floor leveling control is detected based on the travel information of the car 11 obtained from the operation control unit 22a, the display control unit 22b outputs a display end signal to the cancel button display unit 32 of the touch panel control device 21. In accordance with the display end signal, the cancel button display unit 32 eliminates the display of the cancel button 15 from the operation panel 13.
In this way, according to embodiment 4, the cancel button 15 is automatically cleared by the timing of the floor leveling control of the car 11. Therefore, as in the above-described embodiment 3, it is possible to prevent the registration of the destination layer from being canceled due to an erroneous operation or for the purpose of mischief.
According to at least 1 embodiment described above, it is possible to provide an elevator system in which even a user who does not know an operation method can easily cancel registration of a destination floor on an operation panel provided in a car.
Several embodiments of the present invention have been described, but these embodiments are presented as examples and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention. These novel embodiments can be implemented in other various forms, and various omissions, substitutions, and changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention. These embodiments and modifications thereof are included in the scope and gist of the invention, and are included in the invention described in the claims and the equivalent scope thereof.
