本发明公开了一种新型复合红木家具,包括,本体缠绕在所述本体外表上下面的塑料薄膜层,所述本体和塑料薄膜层之间粘合玻璃纤维布,所述塑料薄膜是由聚磷酸酯、丙二醇、磷酸酯组合而成,所述聚磷酸酯占新型复合红木家具重量百分比的50‑65%,所述丙二醇占新型复合红木家具重量百分比的15‑25%,所述磷酸酯占新型复合红木家具重量百分比的20‑35%。通过上述方式,本发明能够具有抗冲击性强,抗挤压,价格低廉的优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家具,特别是涉及一种新型复合红木家具。
背景技术
随着人们生活品质的提高,越来越多人更追求红木家具,尤其是对红木家具的功能及本身的性能要求越来越严格,而传统的红木家具木材比较单一,无法满足人们的最家具品质的需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种新型复合红木家具,能够具有抗冲击性强,抗挤压,价格低廉的优点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:包括,本体缠绕在所述本体外表上下面的塑料薄膜层,所述本体和塑料薄膜层之间粘合玻璃纤维布,所述塑料薄膜是由聚磷酸酯、丙二醇、磷酸酯组合而成,所述聚磷酸酯占新型复合红木家具重量百分比的50-65%,所述丙二醇占新型复合红木家具重量百分比的15-25%,所述磷酸酯占新型复合红木家具重量百分比的20-35%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的玻璃纤维布是由聚四氟乙烯、蚕丝、铝粉混合组成。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的塑料薄膜层厚度为0.8-1.5mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的本体和塑料薄膜之间通过粘合剂进行粘合。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的本体上下面厚度不超过1mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的玻璃纤维布按照重量百分比配比:聚四氟乙烯占52%、蚕丝28%、铝粉20%。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的一种新型复合红木家具,能够具有抗冲击性强,抗挤压,价格低廉的优点。

区别于现有技术,本发明通过在本体和塑料薄膜层之间粘合玻璃纤维布,能够具有抗冲击性强,抗挤压,价格低廉的优点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合红木家具,其特征在于,所述的玻璃纤维布是由聚四氟乙烯、蚕丝、铝粉混合组成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型复合红木家具,其特征在于,所述的塑料薄膜层厚度为0.8-1.5mm。
