现代社会生活中,玻璃扮演着越来越多、越来越重要的角色,住家建筑、办公建筑、车窗等场所玻璃都成了必不可少的用品,然而,随着人类的进步,科学的发达,噪音污染及防爆安全已经成为不可忽视的问题,充斥着人们的整个生活环境,现有的普通玻璃,其结构强度较差,当大面积使用时,容易因撞击或震动而碎裂,使用极不安全,而且隔音效果与防晒隔热效果也不好,不能满足现代人们对玻璃隔热和隔音性能的要求,因此,需要进一步改进和完善。

本发明要解决的技术问题克服现有的缺陷,提供一种隔热隔音性能好的防爆玻璃,可以很好地隔绝外界的杂音,给居住者提供一个舒适安静的环境,通过设置第一透明塑料板与第二透明塑料板在提高防爆玻璃结构强度与隔音效果的同时又保证了防爆玻璃的透视性,第一透明塑料板与第二透明塑料板之间通过支撑柱与缓冲弹簧柱连接,可以使第一透明塑料板与第二透明塑料板之间具有一定的缓冲空间,可以提高防爆玻璃的防撞性能,通过设置光色玻璃在通常条件下光色玻璃是透明的,当受到可见光或紫外光的照射时,无色透明的光色玻璃变成灰黑色,可以降低其透光度,使室内的光线柔和,可以起到防晒作用,当太阳光或紫外线减弱后,光色玻璃则恢复原透明度,钢化玻璃具有防爆功能,实用安全可靠性高,通过设置透明塑料吸音板对噪音进行吸收的同时也不影响防爆玻璃的透视性,可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。

进一步而言,所述吸音柱为透明塑料柱,且所述吸音柱外侧表面均匀挖设有蜂窝吸音孔。
进一步而言,所述塑料吸音板主体一侧表面均匀穿插设有若干消音管,且所述消音管贯通吸音空腔。
进一步而言,所述镀银隔热膜层的厚度同为1.5mil,且所述镀银隔热膜层一侧表面通过粘接剂粘贴有抗氧化层。
进一步而言,所述铝隔热膜层的厚度同为1.5mil,且所述铝隔热膜层一侧表面通过粘接剂粘贴有PET保护膜层。

1.一种隔热隔音性能好的防爆玻璃,包括支撑柱(1),其特征在于:所述支撑柱(1)两端通过缓冲弹簧柱(2)分别连接有第一透明塑料板(4)与第二透明塑料板(5),所述第一透明塑料板(4)与第二透明塑料板(5)一侧均固定设有透明塑料吸音板(6),所述第一透明塑料板(4)一侧表面通过粘接剂粘贴有光色玻璃(7),所述光色玻璃(7)一侧表面通过粘接剂粘贴有镀银隔热膜层(8),所述第二透明塑料板(5)一侧表面通过粘接剂粘贴有钢化玻璃(9),所述钢化玻璃(9)一侧表面通过粘接剂粘贴有铝隔热膜层(10),所述透明塑料吸音板(6)包括塑料吸音板主体(11),所述塑料吸音板主体(11)内腔挖设有吸音空腔(12),所述吸音空腔(12)内腔一侧均匀固定设有吸音柱(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热隔音性能好的防爆玻璃,其特征在于:所述吸音柱(13)为透明塑料柱,且所述吸音柱(13)外侧表面均匀挖设有蜂窝吸音孔(14)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热隔音性能好的防爆玻璃,其特征在于:所述塑料吸音板主体(11)一侧表面均匀穿插设有若干消音管(15),且所述消音管(15)贯通吸音空腔(12)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热隔音性能好的防爆玻璃,其特征在于:所述镀银隔热膜层(8)的厚度同为1.5mil,且所述镀银隔热膜层(8)一侧表面通过粘接剂粘贴有抗氧化层(16)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热隔音性能好的防爆玻璃,其特征在于:所述铝隔热膜层(10)的厚度同为1.5mil,且所述铝隔热膜层(10)一侧表面通过粘接剂粘贴有PET保护膜层(17)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种隔热隔音性能好的防爆玻璃,其特征在于:所述支撑柱(1)为塑料柱或玻璃柱,且所述支撑柱(1)的长度为1-2cm。
