Abstract
本发明公开了一种高耐候性制程保护膜,包括开膜条、主体、按键孔和保护胶条,所述主体一侧的顶端设置有摄像头孔,且摄像头孔下方的主体上设置有话筒预留孔,所述话筒预留孔远离摄像头孔的一端设置有按键孔,所述主体的内部设置有PET基材,且PET基材一侧的主体内部设置有耐候薄膜层,所述耐候薄膜层远离PET基材的一侧设置有胶黏剂层,且胶黏剂层远离耐候薄膜层的一侧设置有弹性层,所述弹性层远离胶黏剂层的一侧设置有抗压层,且抗压层远离弹性层的一侧设置有防爆层,所述防爆层远离抗压层的一侧设置有防指纹涂层。本发明通过设置有摄像头孔、话筒预留孔和按键孔,使得保护膜在贴合手机时便于准确定位,避免贴歪,影响正常使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及保护膜技术领域,具体为一种高耐候性制程保护膜。
背景技术
随着社会的进步,信息时代的到来,电子产品的发展也越来越快,随着手机等电子产品对人们生活的影响越来越深入,电子产品在加工过程中,通常都会使用保护膜,例如手机屏幕在加工过程中其表面都会贴覆保护膜,避免工件划伤或者在酸碱环境对工件的腐蚀。
传统的制程保护膜虽然能满足基本需求,对手机屏幕具有一定的保护作用,但是仍然存在一些不足,传统的保护膜功能单一,保护膜内部结构简单,强度低,从而使得保护膜受到外力作用容易碎裂,此外传统的保护膜不能很好地抗震,长期使用容易磨损,进而降低保护膜的使用寿命,并且传统的保护膜容易遭受腐蚀造成保护膜变形,化学性能低,而且传统的保护膜长期使用,从而使得保护膜表面极易残留指纹,影响使用者的体验感。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高耐候性制程保护膜,以解决上述背景技术中提出的强度低、抗腐蚀性能低以及容易残留指纹的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高耐候性制程保护膜,包括开膜条、主体、按键孔和保护胶条,所述主体一侧的顶端设置有摄像头孔,且摄像头孔下方的主体上设置有话筒预留孔,所述话筒预留孔远离摄像头孔的一端设置有按键孔,所述主体的内部设置有PET基材,且PET基材一侧的主体内部设置有耐候薄膜层,所述耐候薄膜层远离PET基材的一侧设置有胶黏剂层,且胶黏剂层远离耐候薄膜层的一侧设置有弹性层,所述弹性层远离胶黏剂层的一侧设置有抗压层,且抗压层远离弹性层的一侧设置有防爆层,所述防爆层远离抗压层的一侧设置有防指纹涂层。
优选的,所述主体的另一侧设置有保护胶条,且保护胶条远离主体一侧的顶端设置有开膜条,所述保护胶条的厚度范围在0.02-0.04mm。
优选的,所述防爆层的内部均匀设置有加强筋,且加强筋与防指纹涂层靠近防爆层的一侧固定连接。
优选的,所述抗压层的内部均匀固定有抗压球,且抗压球的纵截面呈上凸型。
优选的,所述弹性层的内部均固定有柱体,且柱体等间距竖直排列,所述柱体上均设置有波纹管,且波纹管呈螺旋状排列,所述弹性层均通过波纹管与柱体之间构成伸缩结构。
优选的,所述耐候薄膜层远离PET基材一侧的胶黏剂层内部均设置有粘合剂,所述胶黏剂层的材质为氟塑料。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该高耐候性制程保护膜通过设置有摄像头孔、话筒预留孔和按键孔,使得保护膜在贴合手机时便于准确定位,避免贴歪,影响正常使用,同时通过在主体的另一侧设置有保护胶条,且保护胶条远离主体一侧的顶端安装有开模条,便于对主体进行保护,避免沾染灰尘,当需要使用时,可以通过开模条将保护胶条撕下,同时通过设置有耐候薄膜层,从而使得保护膜的化学性质稳定,在酸碱以及高温环境中抗老化性能好不易腐蚀变形,并且该耐候涂覆层阻水性能较好,液态渗透性较低,便于保护手机屏的表面,同时通过在防爆层的内部均匀固定有加强筋,从而使得防爆层的内部结构稳定,强度更高,从而使得保护膜避免在高强度环境下碎裂,通过设置有抗压层,且在抗压层的内部均匀设置有抗压球,从而使得保护膜抗压能力强,进而延长了保护膜的使用寿命,通过设置有弹性层,且在弹性层的内部设置有柱体和波纹管,从而使得保护膜具有抗震的性能,避免外力作用将其压碎。

请参阅图1-4,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种高耐候性制程保护膜,包括开膜条3、主体4、按键孔5和保护胶条6,主体4一侧的顶端设置有摄像头孔1,且摄像头孔1下方的主体4上设置有话筒预留孔2,主体4的另一侧设置有保护胶条6,且保护胶条6远离主体4一侧的顶端设置有开膜条3,保护胶条6的厚度范围在0.02-0.04mm,使得保护胶条6更容易与主体4贴合,从而使得保护胶条6有效地避免灰尘粘在主体4上,话筒预留孔2远离摄像头孔1的一端设置有按键孔5,主体4的内部设置有PET基材13,且PET基材13一侧的主体4内部设置有耐候薄膜层16,耐候薄膜层16远离PET基材13的一侧设置有胶黏剂层14,且胶黏剂层14远离耐候薄膜层16的一侧设置有弹性层12,弹性层12的内部均固定有柱体17,且柱体17等间距竖直排列,柱体17上均设置有波纹管18,且波纹管18呈螺旋状排列,弹性层12均通过波纹管18与柱体17之间构成伸缩结构,从而使得保护膜具体一定的抗震性能,具有弹性,从而大大延长了保护膜的使用寿命,减少投入支出,耐候薄膜层16远离PET基材13一侧的胶黏剂层14内部均设置有粘合剂15,胶黏剂层14的材质为氟塑料,保证胶黏剂层14余PET基材13连接地更加牢固,氟塑料使得保护膜化学性质稳定,具有抗腐蚀性,渗透性好,避免液态渗入保护膜,污染手机屏幕,弹性层12远离胶黏剂层14的一侧设置有抗压层11,且抗压层11远离弹性层12的一侧设置有防爆层8,防爆层8的内部均匀设置有加强筋9,且加强筋9与防指纹涂层7靠近防爆层8的一侧固定连接,从而使得保护膜内部结构更加稳定,强度更高,避免外力作用将其压碎,抗压层11的内部均匀固定有抗压球10,且抗压球10的纵截面呈上凸型,使得保护膜具有一定的抗压性,从而保证保护膜适合高强度的工作环境,防爆层8远离抗压层11的一侧设置有防指纹涂层7。
工作原理:使用时,使用者通过开膜条3将保护胶条6从主体4上撕下,从而使得摄像头孔1、话筒预留孔2以及按键孔5与手机屏幕之间依次相对应,通过在PET基材13和胶黏剂层14之间设置耐候薄膜层16,从而使得保护膜的化学性质稳定,在酸碱以及高温环境中抗老化性能好不易腐蚀变形,同时保护膜的液态渗透性较低,从而便于对手机屏幕的表面进行保护,通过在耐候薄膜层16远离PET基材13一侧的胶黏剂层14内部均匀设置粘合剂15,从而使得胶黏剂层14与耐候薄膜层16之间连接地更加牢固,通过在弹性层12的内部均匀设置柱体17,且波纹管18呈螺旋状缠绕在柱体17上,从而使得保护膜具有一定的抗震性能,避免外力作用将其压碎,同时通过在抗压层11的内部均匀设置抗压球10,从而使得保护膜的抗压能力好,并且在防爆层8的内部均匀设置加强筋9,使得保护膜内部结构更加稳定,强度更高,从而延长了保护膜的使用寿命,同时通过在防爆层8远离抗压层11的一侧设置防指纹涂层7,从而使得保护膜有效地防止指纹残留在保护膜表面,避免影响使用者正常使用。

1.一种高耐候性制程保护膜,包括开膜条(3)、主体(4)、按键孔(5)和保护胶条(6),其特征在于:所述主体(4)一侧的顶端设置有摄像头孔(1),且摄像头孔(1)下方的主体(4)上设置有话筒预留孔(2),所述话筒预留孔(2)远离摄像头孔(1)的一端设置有按键孔(5),所述主体(4)的内部设置有PET基材(13),且PET基材(13)一侧的主体(4)内部设置有耐候薄膜层(16),所述耐候薄膜层(16)远离PET基材(13)的一侧设置有胶黏剂层(14),且胶黏剂层(14)远离耐候薄膜层(16)的一侧设置有弹性层(12),所述弹性层(12)远离胶黏剂层(14)的一侧设置有抗压层(11),且抗压层(11)远离弹性层(12)的一侧设置有防爆层(8),所述防爆层(8)远离抗压层(11)的一侧设置有防指纹涂层(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐候性制程保护膜,其特征在于:所述主体(4)的另一侧设置有保护胶条(6),且保护胶条(6)远离主体(4)一侧的顶端设置有开膜条(3),所述保护胶条(6)的厚度范围在0.02-0.04mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐候性制程保护膜,其特征在于:所述防爆层(8)的内部均匀设置有加强筋(9),且加强筋(9)与防指纹涂层(7)靠近防爆层(8)的一侧固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐候性制程保护膜,其特征在于:所述抗压层(11)的内部均匀固定有抗压球(10),且抗压球(10)的纵截面呈上凸型。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐候性制程保护膜,其特征在于:所述弹性层(12)的内部均固定有柱体(17),且柱体(17)等间距竖直排列,所述柱体(17)上均设置有波纹管(18),且波纹管(18)呈螺旋状排列,所述弹性层(12)通过波纹管(18)与柱体(17)之间构成伸缩结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐候性制程保护膜,其特征在于:所述耐候薄膜层(16)远离PET基材(13)一侧的胶黏剂层(14)内部均设置有粘合剂(15),所述胶黏剂层(14)的材质为氟塑料。
