Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a repairing paste for a casting lost foam, in particular to a repairing paste for a lost foam and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Lost foam casting is one of the most advanced casting processes in the world at present, is known as a revolution in casting history, and is called as 21 st century green casting at home and abroad. The invention also provides a preparation method of the repair paste for the lost foam, which comprises the step of mixing the polyvinyl butyral and the polyvinyl acetate emulsion according to the proportion.
The invention also provides a method for repairing the lost foam by applying the repair paste for the lost foam, which comprises the following steps:
(1) placing the lost foam on an operation table, and dipping absorbent cotton in acetone to clean the defective part of the lost foam;
(2) mixing polyvinyl butyral and polyvinyl acetate emulsion to obtain a repairing paste;
(3) coating the repair paste on the defect part, leveling and standing for 20-30 min;

Example 1
The repair method of the lost foam comprises the following steps:

(2) mixing polyvinyl butyral with the number average molecular weight of 30K and the milky white glue I type polyvinyl acetate emulsion to obtain a repairing paste; wherein, the polyvinyl butyral accounts for 75 percent by mass, and the milky white glue I type polyvinyl acetate emulsion accounts for 25 percent by mass;
(3) and coating the repair paste on the defect part, leveling and standing for 25 min.

Example 3
The repair method of the lost foam comprises the following steps:

The ZGCr25Ni20 molten steel is poured into the lost foam repaired by the application examples 1-3, and the defect that the casting is not marked after pouring, the surface of the casting is smooth, and the casting has no shrinkage porosity, air holes and other casting defects, thereby indicating that the repair paste has small gas evolution. In the casting process, the pungent smell is small, which shows that the repairing paste of the invention has small pungent smell and is relatively environment-friendly. As mentioned above, the repairing method for the lost foam by using the repairing paste is simple and convenient to operate, has good bonding performance with the lost foam, is short in repairing standing time and has high practical value.
