To explain further, the cooling platen 4 includes a water inlet portion 42, an upper water guide portion 43, a reinforcing portion 44, and a lower water guide portion 45; the water inlet part 42 is communicated with the water valve 6, and the water inlet part 42 and the upper water guide part 43, the upper water guide part 43 and the reinforcing part 44 and the lower water guide part 45 are separated by partition plates; the upper water diversion part 43 is divided into a water inlet channel 431 and a water outlet channel 432 by a partition plate from the middle; the water inlet part 42 is communicated with the water inlet channel 431 through a water inlet hole 421; the two outer side walls of the upper water diversion part 43 and the two outer side walls of the lower water diversion part 45 are provided with the water diversion holes 451; the water outlet passage 432 is communicated with the outside through a water outlet hole 4321.
The whole cooling pressing plate 4 only has two ends for cooling water to pass through, and most of the middle space is hollow, so that the cooling water flows between the cooling pressing plate 4 and the filter plate 5, the thickness and the strength of the cooling pressing plate 4 can be increased, the pressing and fixing effects of the cooling pressing plate 4 on the filter plate 5 are guaranteed, and the filter plate 5 is guaranteed not to deform.
More specifically, the upper end and the lower end of the cooling platen 4 are provided with safety pins 46; the direction of the safety pin 46 is parallel to the plane direction of the filter plate 5; the safety pins 46 are inserted into the filter plates 5 from the upper and lower ends, respectively, to fix the filter plates 5.
Since the filter plates 5 are not suspended in the suspending holes, it is difficult to move the filter plates 5 up and down. Therefore, the cooling platen 4 is provided with safety pins 46 parallel to the plane direction of the filter sheet 5, and the filter sheet 5 is inserted and fixed from both the upper and lower ends, respectively, to prevent the filter sheet 5 from falling off.
