技术领域
本发明涉及卫生用品，尤其涉及超薄带导流槽的吸收芯体。
背景技术
传统的卫生巾、婴儿纸尿裤产品芯体的构造分两大类：一种结构采用的是木质绒毛浆与高分子(SAP)混合物（混合物内无胶）再由无纺布包覆而成，其缺点有产品结构很厚，吸水后更厚，且容易成团，使用时没有舒适感。另一种结构采用的是上层无纺布+高分子(SAP)+蓬松无纺布+高分子(SAP)+下层无纺布叠加复合后分切而成，在生产卫生巾、婴儿纸尿裤产品时，芯体产品中的高分子(SAP)撒漏很严重，造成原材料浪费。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供结构设计合理、结构简单、使用方便的超薄带导流槽的吸收芯体。
超薄带导流槽的吸收芯体，包括芯体主体，所述芯体主体由上层无纺布、面层刮胶层、上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层、第一结构胶层、第二结构胶层、下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层、下层刮胶层、下层无纺布组成，上层无纺布的底部通过面层刮胶层与上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层的顶部粘合，上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层的底部通过第一结构胶层、第二结构胶层与下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层的顶部粘合，下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层的底部通过下层刮胶层与下层无纺布的顶部粘合，下层无纺布的截面为C型，下层无纺布与上层无纺布的顶部四边粘合，上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层和下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层内设有导流槽，上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层和下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层内的高分子吸水颗粒呈纵向条形状分布。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明结构设计合理，芯体主体从上到下上层无纺布、面层刮胶层、上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层、第一结构胶层、第二结构胶层、下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层、下层刮胶层、下层无纺布组成，芯体主体由上层无纺布与下层无纺布包覆高分子吸水颗粒，芯体主体中的高分子吸水颗粒不会撒漏，高分子吸水颗粒呈纵向条形状，在上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层和下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层内有效的形成纵向导流槽，且有效阻隔高分子吸水颗粒窜动，不结团，本产品取代传统木桨绒+SAP(吸水高分子)的吸收芯体可以减少卫生巾、婴儿纸尿裤的厚度，增加舒适感。

参照图1-图2，超薄带导流槽的吸收芯体，包括芯体主体1，所述芯体主体1由上层无纺布2、面层刮胶层3、上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层4、第一结构胶层5、第二结构胶层6、下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层7、下层刮胶层8、下层无纺布9组成，上层无纺布2的底部通过面层刮胶层3与上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层4的顶部粘合，上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层4的底部通过第一结构胶层5、第二结构胶层6与下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层7的顶部粘合，下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层7的底部通过下层刮胶层8与下层无纺布9的顶部粘合，下层无纺布9的截面为C型，下层无纺布9与上层无纺布2的顶部四边粘合，上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层4和下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层7内设有导流槽10，上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层4和下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层7内的高分子吸水颗粒11呈纵向条形状分布。本发明结构设计合理，芯体主体从上到下上层无纺布、面层刮胶层、上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层、第一结构胶层、第二结构胶层、下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层、下层刮胶层、下层无纺布组成，芯体主体由上层无纺布与下层无纺布包覆高分子吸水颗粒，芯体主体中的高分子吸水颗粒不会撒漏，高分子吸水颗粒呈纵向条形状，在上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层和下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层内有效的形成纵向导流槽，且有效阻隔高分子吸水颗粒窜动，不结团，本产品取代传统木桨绒+SAP(吸水高分子)的吸收芯体可以减少卫生巾、婴儿纸尿裤的厚度，增加舒适感。

1.超薄带导流槽的吸收芯体，包括芯体主体，其特征在于：所述芯体主体由上层无纺布、面层刮胶层、上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层、第一结构胶层、第二结构胶层、下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层、下层刮胶层、下层无纺布组成，上层无纺布的底部通过面层刮胶层与上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层的顶部粘合，上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层的底部通过第一结构胶层、第二结构胶层与下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层的顶部粘合，下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层的底部通过下层刮胶层与下层无纺布的顶部粘合，下层无纺布的截面为C型，下层无纺布与上层无纺布的顶部四边粘合，上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层和下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层内设有导流槽，上层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层和下层连续或间断条状高分子吸水材料层内的高分子吸水颗粒呈纵向条形状分布。
