The invention has the positive and beneficial technical effects that: the external rotation of the foot is mainly caused by the fact that the tension of the muscle of the external side of the foot is too high, so that the foot deviates from the normal physiological angle of the human body. The orthosis is designed with the L-shaped ankle foot limiting support and the lower leg limiting support which are arranged in a split mode, the feet are rotated to a normal angle through the torsion force (from outside to inside) of the springs, so that the orthosis moves in the internal rotation and normal angle, and the purposes of reducing the muscle tension and overcorrection to avoid returning to the original angle are achieved. And the torsion is controlled by changing the torsion angle so as to adapt to patients with different muscle spasticity. The torsion is flexibly adjusted according to the muscle tension of different patients, and the torsion is adjusted according to the external rotation degree of the patients, so that good treatment effect is ensured.
