Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an operation auxiliary instrument in the field of medical instruments, in particular to a stripping guide device for an orthopedic operation.
Background
The orthopedic operation is often applied to the condition that a needle threading guide cable is needed to bundle bone blocks or fix insertion points of ligaments and tendons, which plays an important role in maintaining the mechanical stability of bones and the movement function of the tendons. Some of the current guiding and winding methods are simple and rough, have large damage to periosteum tissues and lack protective measures for important angioneurotic tissues. The prior auxiliary apparatus lacks the separation and protection of muscle, nerve and vascular tissues separated by operation, and is very easy to cause injury; some threading and threading devices are of a three-dimensional support structure, are too complex and heavy, and are not beneficial to practicability and maintenance.
For example, US 4946462A discloses an arthroscopic guide and method of guiding, which discloses a method of drilling a guide wire into the femoral and tibial sockets, but does not disclose how to thread the wire, and the operator must thread the wire deep behind the knee joint during the operation. Chinese patent CN207545067U discloses "a multifunctional handle for knee arthroscopy", which can play a certain protective role, the concave part of the handle is beneficial to drill, the convex mirror surface which is beneficial to the observation of the operator is arranged around the concave part, but the device does not mention how to solve the problem of inconvenient guiding and winding.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows: the invention aims to provide an orthopedic operation stripping guide device which is convenient for an operator to thread a guide wire and reduces the damage to the tissues of a patient as much as possible.
The technical scheme is as follows: in order to achieve the aim, the orthopedic surgery stripping guide device comprises a handle, a guide rod and a guide wire; the handle comprises a wide handle part and a guide part which form a certain angle with each other, and the free end of the guide part is provided with a bending part; the guide part is provided with a perforation and/or a passing groove for the guide wire to pass through the wide handle part and pass out from the free end; the guide rod comprises a rod body with a guide cavity arranged therein and a blunt end arranged at the front end of the rod body, the front end of the rod body is provided with a port corresponding to the position of the perforation and/or the penetration groove at the free end of the guide part, and the port is communicated with the guide cavity; the free end of the guide part is provided with a fixing groove in threaded connection with the blunt end of the guide rod; the handle is provided with a guide groove for the guide rod to pass through and to be matched with the fixing groove.
The guiding device provided by the invention realizes that an operator can conveniently pass the guide wire on the operation side when the muscle and blood vessel tissues are stripped in the orthopedic operation, thereby realizing the safe and convenient guide of the penetration and the winding of the cable. Especially has more practical significance in knee arthroscopic surgery. The guide wire sequentially passes through the guide part from the wide handle part and penetrates out of the bending part, then passes through the interface of the guide rod and passes through the guide cavity to the tail end. The guide wire is returned to the operator after passing through, and the tail end of the guide wire can be connected with a lead wire for winding and binding.
Further, the guide portion comprises a first rod body connected with the wide handle portion, a first bending portion which is deviated to the outer side by a certain angle, a second rod body connected with the first bending portion, and a second bending portion which is bent to the inner side by a certain radian. Set up the aim at of first flexion, with the outside skew of second body of rod, make the art person peel off the in-process and can open the art field, further peel off and open muscle tissue and blood vessel nerve. The position of the first bending part corresponds to the stripping position, so that the point contact on muscles in the stripping process can be expanded into arc surface contact, and the damage to tissues is reduced.
Further, the arc of the second curved portion is not less than 90 °. The radian is generally between 90 degrees and 120 degrees according to different arc lengths.
As a general design of the present invention, the first rod, the first bending portion, the second rod, and the second bending portion have a through hole therein for providing a threading path for the guide wire. Preferably, in order to further reduce the thickness of the device and reduce the damage to the stripped blood vessels, nerves and muscle tissues, a mode of matching the perforation and the passing groove is adopted: the thickness of the first rod body is larger than that of the second rod body, a through hole for the guide wire to pass through is formed in the first rod body, a passing groove communicated with the through hole is formed in the inner side surfaces of the first bending portion, the second rod body and the second bending portion, and the passing groove and the guide wire form limiting fit, wherein the limiting fit means that most of the guide wire is limited in the passing groove and cannot be separated. Based on the design, the thickness of the second rod body and the second bending part is 4-6mm, and the diameter of the guide rod is 6-8 mm.
Preferably, the handle is made of titanium alloy material, and the titanium alloy material has the characteristics of high strength, small weight, convenience in cleaning and disinfection and the like.
The free end of the second bending part is provided with an expansion part. The expansion part ensures that the operator can not scratch the tissue when peeling the tissue, the expansion part is beneficial to the design of the fixing groove, and the operator can conveniently enter the guide rod into the fixing groove.
Furthermore, a C-shaped threading hole is formed in the rear end of the guide wire. The C-shaped threading hole is flat, and one end of the guide wire is provided with a lead port for penetrating a lead to be bound.
The guide wire according to the present invention is preferably a guide wire having high support force and high compliance, and has a guide structure such as a perforation/passage groove, so that it is not necessary to consider the operability of the guide wire excessively, for example, the guide wires of the systems of the holder, Rinato, Pilot, and the like. The diameter of the guide wire is preferably 1.5-3.0 mm.
The wide handle part has a certain radian, and preferably, the circle center of the wide handle part is coincident with the position of the fixed groove.
The included angle between the wide handle part and the guide part is 80-100 degrees, and the shape similar to the L shape is formed. The shape is suitable for the operator to operate the wide handle to perform the stripping, and the operation visual field is opened as much as possible.
Has the advantages that: the invention is suitable for stripping muscle tissue, nerves and blood vessels in orthopedic surgery, and threading guide wires and leading wires to tie or fix bone blocks and ligaments. The bending part of the device can effectively prevent the injury in the muscle tissue stripping process, the thickness of the handle is reduced as much as possible on the basis of ensuring the normal passing of the guide wire, particularly the guide groove formed on the inner surface of the handle, and the handle also plays a role of reinforcing ribs to improve the strength of stress points of the handle.
