本发明涉及一种泌尿外科用结石清除装置,包括套管、网篮本体、网篮导芯，所述套管内设有网篮导芯，网篮导芯的内端设有网篮本体，套管的外端设有限位帽，网篮导芯的外端穿过限位帽露在套管的外侧，网篮导芯的外端设有操作柄，所述网篮本体远离网篮导芯的一端设有导向球，所述套管的内端设为开口结构，所述套管靠近外端侧壁上设有导管。本发明在进入输尿管的过程中个，注射器向套管内注射溶解液，溶解石街，然后展开成纺锤状或者椭圆状，同时滚刷展开，向外拉动套管进行清除结石，同时在导管上连接负压吸引装置，将刷下的结石吸出，便于吸出溶解并被扫下的结石，能够有效的清除输尿管内的石街。

技术领域
本发明涉及肿瘤科技术领域，具体涉及一种泌尿外科用结石清除装置。
背景技术
目前，泌尿外科中，肾及输尿管结石发病率逐年上升趋势，体外震波碎石具有创伤小、无需住院、费用低、恢复快等优点，但是对于泌尿系统直径大于2cm的结石进行体外震波碎石后，容易在输尿管内形成石街，造成肾绞痛持续加重且难以缓解、肾积水加重、尿外渗、肉眼血尿等并发症。
目前常用的结石清除的工具为取石网篮、碎石网篮、取石气囊，其中取石网篮均是由网篮、鞘管和控制手柄组成，其中网篮是由镍钛合金丝制成，当遇到泥沙样结石时，选用取石气囊，松软性结石采用八线网篮，小结石（＜0.8cm）选用八线网篮，中等大小结石（1cm）采用四线网篮，大结石（＞1.5cm）采用一体式碎石网篮，但是不适用于石街的清除。
发明内容
为克服所述不足，本发明的目的在于提供一种泌尿外科用结石清除装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种泌尿外科用结石清除装置,包括套管、网篮本体、网篮导芯，所述套管内设有网篮导芯，网篮导芯的内端设有网篮本体，套管的外端设有限位帽，网篮导芯的外端穿过限位帽露在套管的外侧，网篮导芯的外端设有操作柄，所述网篮本体远离网篮导芯的一端设有导向球，所述套管的内端设为开口结构，所述套管靠近外端侧壁上设有导管。
具体地，所述网篮本体设为纺锤型或椭圆形网篮。
具体地，所述滚刷包括滚刷芯、刷毛、连接头，滚刷芯的两端分别设有连接头，连接头固定在镍钛合金丝的向外凸起处。
具体地，所述滚刷芯中部设有可折弯部。
具体地，所述滚刷芯与连接头可转动连接在一起。
具体地，所述限位帽内设有内限位孔，内限位内壁设有内螺纹，网篮导芯靠近外端的一端设有外螺纹，外螺纹与内螺纹相匹配，未使用时，所述网篮本体一部分容纳在套管内。
具体地，还包括弹性吸头，弹性吸头采用弹性硅橡胶材质制成，弹性吸头设为喇叭形结构，其直径小的一端固定在套管内端面上，直径大的一端设有滑环，滑环套在网篮本体的镍钛合金丝上，位于导向球与滚刷之间。
本发明具有以下有益效果：在进入输尿管的过程中个，注射器向套管内注射溶解液，当网篮本体进入到最内侧时，向内旋转网篮导芯，将网篮本体释放，网篮本体不受套管约束时，展开成纺锤状或者椭圆状，同时滚刷展开，向外拉动套管进行清除结石，同时在导管上连接负压吸引装置，将刷下的结石吸出，便于吸出溶解并被扫下的结石，能够有效的清除输尿管内的石街。

现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
根据图1、图2、图3所示的一种泌尿外科用结石清除装置,包括套管1、网篮本体6、网篮导芯3，所述套管1内设有网篮导芯3，网篮导芯3的内端设有网篮本体6，套管1的外端设有限位帽2，网篮导芯3的外端穿过限位帽2露在套管1的外侧，网篮导芯3的外端设有操作柄4，所述网篮本体6远离网篮导芯3的一端设有导向球61，所述套管1的内端设为开口结构，所述套管1靠近外端侧壁上设有导管5，导管5可以与溶解液注射器连接在一起，通过导管5向套管内注射溶解液，用于溶解石街，所述网篮本体6采用多条镍钛合金丝制成，相邻的两条镍钛合金丝之间设有滚刷62，用于刷下被溶解的石街，形成的结石粉末、或浆液。
具体地，所述网篮本体6设为纺锤型或椭圆形网篮。
具体地，所述滚刷62包括滚刷芯622、刷毛621、连接头623，滚刷芯622的两端分别设有连接头623，连接头623固定在镍钛合金丝的向外凸起处。
具体地，所述滚刷芯622中部设有可折弯部624，当进入输尿管时，方便压缩，方便进入输尿管，不会给患者造成痛苦。
具体地，所述滚刷芯622与连接头623可转动连接在一起，滚刷芯622的端部设有限位环，连接头内设有限位腔，限位环穿过连接头壁设在限位腔内，滚刷62在外力作用下可沿输尿管内壁转动，刷下被溶解的结石。
具体地，所述限位帽2内设有内限位孔，内限位内壁设有内螺纹，网篮导芯3靠近外端的一端设有外螺纹，外螺纹与内螺纹相匹配，未使用时，所述网篮本体6一部分容纳在套管1内，所述外螺纹的长度大于网篮本体6容纳在套管1内的长度，便于沿尿道进入输尿管内，送达到最内端时，在进入输尿管的过程中个，注射器向套管内注射溶解液，溶解石街，当网篮本体6进入到最内侧时，向内旋转网篮导芯3，将网篮本体6释放，网篮本体6不受套管1约束时，展开成纺锤状或者椭圆状，同时滚刷62展开，向外拉动套管1进行清除结石，同时在导管5上连接负压吸引装置，将刷下的结石吸出，便于吸出溶解并被扫下的结石。
实施例2
如图4所示的一种泌尿外科用结石清除装置,还包括弹性吸头11，弹性吸头11采用弹性硅橡胶材质制成，弹性吸头11设为喇叭形结构，其直径小的一端固定在套管1内端面上，直径大的一端设有滑环12，滑环套12在网篮本体6的镍钛合金丝上，位于导向球61与滚刷62之间，向内旋转网篮导芯3，将网篮本体6释放，网篮本体6不受套管约束时，展开成纺锤状或者椭圆状，同时滚刷62展开这时，网篮本体6也会将弹性吸头11打开，避免溶解清除的结石分散到未被清除的位置，有利于将溶解清扫掉的结石彻底清除。
本发明不局限于所述实施方式，任何人应得知在本发明的启示下作出的结构变化，凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案，均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种泌尿外科用结石清除装置,其特征在于：
包括套管、网篮本体、网篮导芯、滚刷，所述套管内设有网篮导芯，网篮导芯的内端设有网篮本体，套管的外端设有限位帽，网篮导芯的外端穿过限位帽露在套管的外侧，网篮导芯的外端设有操作柄，所述网篮本体远离网篮导芯的一端设有导向球，所述套管的内端设为开口结构，所述套管靠近外端侧壁上设有导管，所述网篮本体采用多条镍钛合金丝制成，相邻的两条镍钛合金丝之间设有滚刷，所述滚刷包括滚刷芯、刷毛、连接头，滚刷芯的两端分别设有连接头，连接头固定在镍钛合金丝的向外凸起处，所述滚刷芯中部设有可折弯部，所述滚刷芯与连接头可转动连接在一起；
还包括弹性吸头，弹性吸头采用弹性硅橡胶材质制成，弹性吸头设为喇叭形结构，其直径小的一端固定在套管内端面上，直径大的一端设有滑环，滑环套在网篮本体的镍钛合金丝上，位于导向球与滚刷之间；向内旋转网篮导芯，将网篮本体释放，网篮本体不受套管约束时，展开成纺锤状或者椭圆状，同时滚刷展开这时，网篮本体也会将弹性吸头打开，避免溶解清除的结石分散到未被清除的位置，有利于将溶解清扫掉的结石彻底清除。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泌尿外科用结石清除装置,其特征在于：所述网篮本体设为纺锤型或椭圆形网篮。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泌尿外科用结石清除装置,其特征在于：所述限位帽内设有内限位孔，内限位孔内壁设有内螺纹，网篮导芯靠近外端的一端设有外螺纹，外螺纹与内螺纹相匹配，未使用时，所述网篮本体一部分容纳在套管内。
