Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in conjunction with the accompanying drawings, and it will be understood that they are described herein for the purpose of illustration and explanation and not limitation.
The processing method of the mail provided by the embodiment of the present invention is used for realizing the integration of the outgoing mail and the incoming mail, as shown in fig. 1, and includes steps 101-103:
step 101: and acquiring a mail code and a code reference relation of the target mail, wherein the mail code is a uniquely determined code when the target mail is generated, and the code reference relation is used for representing the reference relation between the mail code and other mail codes.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the target email may be any one or more emails in an inbox, an outbox, and the like, and specifically, the target email may be an unread email newly received by a user, a read email previously received by the user, an email that the user needs to newly send, or one or more emails selected based on a selection instruction of the user. When each mail is generated, a mail code uniquely corresponding to the mail is generated; meanwhile, when the mail refers to other mails, generating a code reference relation of the mail according to the mail code of the mail and the mail codes of other mails, wherein the code reference relation is used for expressing the reference relation between the mail code and other mail codes; because the mail codes and the mails are in one-to-one correspondence, namely, the code reference relationship can represent the reference relationship between the mail and other mails. For example, a user A sends a mail a to a user B, and generates a mail code (i) of the mail a while generating the mail a, wherein the mail a is the most original mail and the mail a has no code reference relationship; when a user B replies a mail B to a user A on the basis of the mail a, firstly generating a mail code of the mail B, meanwhile, because the mail B is a reply mail of the mail a, the mail B quotes the mail a, and at the moment, generating a code quote relation of the mail B according to the current mail B and the quoted mail code of the mail a, namely, the mail code references the mail code I, and the mail code corresponds to the mail B to reference the mail a.
Step 102: and determining the superior mail code referred by the mail code according to the code reference relation, and determining the first superior mail of the target mail corresponding to the superior mail code.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the code reference relationship of the target mail specifically refers to a reference relationship between a mail code of the target mail and a mail code of a superior mail (i.e., a superior mail code) of the target mail, and after determining the superior mail code, a superior mail, i.e., a first superior mail, of the target mail corresponding to the superior mail code can be determined. Taking the example in the above step 101 as an example, if the target email is email b and the code reference relationship is two-r, the upper level email at this time is coded as code r, corresponding to email a, that is, email a is the upper level email of email b. Meanwhile, when the target mail does not have the code reference relationship, the target mail is the most original mail, even if the subsequent existing incoming and outgoing mails are also based on the most original mail, the target mail can be directly displayed at the moment, and special processing is not needed.
The reference relationship in the embodiment of the invention refers to a reply relationship and/or a forwarding relationship when the mail is sent; for example, if mail a is a mail for replying to mail b, mail a refers to mail b, and mail b is a higher-level mail of mail a. The reference relation between the mails can determine that the superior mail (i.e. the first superior mail) referred by the target mail can be 1 piece or multiple pieces. For example, the user a sends an initial mail a to the user B, C, D at the same time, generates a mail code (i) for the mail a, and then the user B replies the mail a with the mail B and generates a mail code (ii) for the mail B, wherein the code reference relationship of the mail B is (ii) - (i); then, the user C replies the mail a by using the mail C and generates a mail code of the mail C, and the code reference relationship of the mail C is (C) - (r); and finally, the user D replies the mail b and the mail c simultaneously by using the mail D and generates a mail code of the mail D, wherein the code reference relations of the mail D are- (r-c), (r-c) or- (r-c).
Step 103: and displaying the first upper e-mail, and displaying the target e-mail in a lower display area of the first upper e-mail, wherein the lower display area of the first upper e-mail is used for displaying all lower e-mails of the first upper e-mail.
In the embodiment of the invention, the reference relation between the mails can be determined according to the coding reference relation of the mails, and further the reference relation between the mails can be determined; a group of correlated mails can be determined based on the reference relationship among the mails, the most original mails referred by the group of mails are the same, and the mails in the group of mails have the reference relationship or the upper-lower level relationship, so that the display area or the display position of each mail can be determined according to the reference relationship or the upper-lower level relationship.
After determining a first upper-level mail of the target mail, simultaneously displaying the target mail and the first upper-level mail, wherein the target mail is displayed in a lower-level display area of the first upper-level mail because the target mail is a lower-level mail of the first upper-level mail; meanwhile, a plurality of lower-level mails may exist in the first upper-level mail, all the lower-level mails of the first upper-level mail can be displayed in the lower-level display area, and different lower-level mails occupy different display areas. In addition, after the mail category of the target mail is determined, all mails in the mail category may be displayed, or only the similar mail whose sending time is before the sending time of the target mail may be displayed, which may be determined according to the actual situation or the user setting.
In the embodiment of the invention, each mail corresponds to a display area for displaying the mail, and a sender, a subject, a mail text and the like of the corresponding mail can be displayed in the display area; and a lower display area for displaying the lower mail of the mail is also arranged. Specifically, when the target mail is determined to be a lower-level mail of a certain mail, an area or a position for displaying the target mail is determined based on a lower-level display area of the mail. For example, the general mails may be arranged in the order from bottom to top, that is, a certain area above the upper level mail is used as a lower display area of the upper level mail, and the target mail is displayed in the lower display area; when the upper-level mail has a plurality of lower-level mails (i.e., other mails refer to the upper-level mail in addition to the target mail), the plurality of lower-level mails may bisect the lower-level display area. For example, user a simultaneously sent email a to user B, C, D, then user B replied to email a with email B, then user C replied to email a with email C, and finally user D replied to email B and email C with email D; for the mail a, the mail a is the most initial mail and is displayed at the lowest layer; for the mail b and the mail c, both are subordinate mails of the mail a, so the mail b and the mail c can be displayed in parallel above the mail a; as for the mail d, it is a lower mail than the mails b and c, and thus can be displayed above the mails b and c. One way of displaying the mail a, b, c, d is shown in fig. 2. In addition, mail d may reply to mail a, but if b and c have been received by the local mailbox at the time point of reply, the hierarchical relationship is calculated by user option and time: if the user D selects the reply email a, the user D is reminded whether to merge the contents of the emails b and c, if so, the email D replies to both the email a and the emails b and c, namely the email D contains the contents of the emails b and c as the upper level, and the specific details are shown in FIG. 3. If not, mail d is treated as peer b and c mails (i.e., mail d only replies to mail a, as shown in FIG. 4).
The method for processing the mails, provided by the embodiment of the invention, sets the mail codes and the code reference relation for the mails, can determine the reference relation between the mails and other mails according to the mail codes and the code reference relation when the mails are required to be displayed, and determine the upper and lower mails of the mails, further respectively display the incoming and outgoing mails in corresponding display areas according to the reference relation of the mails, so that a user can know the contents of all the incoming and outgoing mails by reading one mail, the mails do not need to be checked in a sealed manner, the user can conveniently read the mails, the user can conveniently manage the similar mails, and the mails are conveniently filed and referred. The reference relation between mails can be conveniently and quickly determined according to the mail codes and the code reference relation, and the processing efficiency is high.
Another embodiment of the present invention provides a method for processing an email, which includes steps 101 and 103 in the above embodiments, and the implementation principle and technical effect thereof are as shown in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 1. Meanwhile, in the embodiment of the present invention, all mails related to the target mail may be displayed, and after the first upper-level mail is displayed, the method further includes steps a1-a 2:
step A1: judging whether the first superior mail has an effective coding reference relation or not, and determining a second superior mail which is the superior mail of the first superior mail according to the mail coding and the coding reference relation of the first superior mail when the first superior mail has the effective coding reference relation; and displaying the second upper e-mail, and displaying the first upper e-mail in a lower display area of the second upper e-mail, wherein the lower display area of the second upper e-mail is used for displaying all lower e-mails of the second upper e-mail.
Step A2: and repeating the processing process of the superior mails until the determined superior mails have no effective code reference relationship.
In the embodiment of the invention, the effective coding reference relation means that the corresponding superior mails can be determined based on the coding reference relation; when the mail does not have a code reference relationship (for example, the most original mail does not have a code reference relationship), or the code reference relationship of the mail is null (null, which is essentially the same as the code reference relationship does not exist), or the upper-level mail corresponding to the code reference relationship is not queried (for example, the upper-level mail is deleted, etc.), there is no valid code reference relationship at this time. When the superordinate mail has a valid code reference relationship, the superordinate mail of the superordinate mail, i.e. the second superordinate mail, can be determined according to a process similar to step 102, and the first superordinate mail and the second superordinate mail are displayed according to a process similar to step 103. Then in step a2, it is determined whether the second superior email has a valid code reference relationship, i.e. it is determined whether there is a further superior email in the second superior email; when present, repeat step a1 to determine all superordinate mail; when the existing mail is not existed, the current upper mail is the most original mail, and the processing can be stopped at the moment.
In the embodiment of the invention, the superior mails are determined and displayed layer by judging whether the effective coding reference relation exists or not, so that all mails related to the target mail can be displayed, all similar incoming mails can be displayed globally in a hierarchical manner, and the user can further conveniently look up the mails.
On the basis of the above embodiment, after step 103 "displaying the target email in the lower display area of the first upper email", the method further includes a process of replying the email, as shown in fig. 5, where the process specifically includes steps 104 and 106:
step 104: and receiving a reply instruction pointing to the e-mail to be replied, wherein the e-mail to be replied is one or more e-mails currently in a display state.
In the embodiment of the invention, after a certain mail is displayed, the mail is in the display state at the current moment. For example, after the target email and the first upper email are displayed in step 103, the target email and the first upper email are in a display state, that is, the user can directly refer to the target email and the first upper email. When a user needs to reply the e-mail in the display state, a reply instruction pointing to the e-mail is input, and the e-mail is the e-mail to be replied. For example, the user may select the email to be replied to by clicking, double clicking, long pressing, sliding, or the like. Meanwhile, the reply instruction may specify one recipient, or may specify a plurality of recipients or a recipient list, and the like, which is specifically determined according to the instruction of the user.
Step 105: and determining a third superior email referenced by the email to be replied according to the email code and the code reference relation of the email to be replied, and generating an editable email template, wherein the email template comprises the email to be replied and the third superior email, and the email to be replied is displayed in a lower display area of the third superior email.
In the embodiment of the invention, the third superior mail can be determined based on the processing process similar to the step 102, and the third superior mail is the superior mail of the mail to be replied; when the mail to be replied is the target mail, the third superior mail is the first superior mail. The mail templates generated according to the mail to be replied and the third superior mail can also display the mails hierarchically according to the reference relationship between the mails, so that a user receiving the mails based on the mail template can also quickly determine the reference relationship between the mails.
Meanwhile, the reply instruction in the embodiment of the invention can point to multiple emails, and when the emails to be replied are multiple, in order to avoid disorder of the upper-level and lower-level relationships among the emails, the multiple emails to be replied can be limited to be the emails of the same level, namely, the multiple emails of the same level can be replied at the same time.
Specifically, when the reply instruction points to a plurality of mails to be replied, before "determining the third superior mail referred by the mail to be replied according to the mail code and the code reference relation of the mail to be replied" in step 105, the method further includes steps B1-B2:
step B1: and judging whether the mails to be replied are mails of the same level or not, and when all the mails to be replied are mails of the same level, taking all the mails to be replied as effective mails to be replied and executing the subsequent process of determining a third superior mail.
Step B2: and when the mails to be replied at different levels exist, grouping and displaying according to the mail levels of the mails to be replied, and after receiving a group selection instruction input by a user, taking a group of mails to be replied corresponding to the group selection instruction as the mails to be replied and executing the subsequent process of determining a third superior mail.
In the embodiment of the invention, because the reference relations exist among the mails, namely the mails have the upper-level and lower-level relations, different mails may have different levels, if a user replies a plurality of mails with different levels at the same time, the reference relation of the subsequent mails is easy to be complicated, and the subsequent user is not easy to quickly know the reference relation among the mails. In step B2, when the user selects to reply the mails with different levels, the system automatically displays all the mails to be replied in groups according to the mail levels, thereby facilitating the user to determine which group of mails is the group that the user needs to reply most, and inputs a group selection instruction to select the group of mails that the user needs to reply most; and then the terminal or the system can reply or forward the mails to be replied, which are selected by the user and are at the same level, so that the quoting relationship among the mails is clear, and the subsequent user can conveniently and quickly determine the correct mail quoting relationship.
For example, as in the above embodiment corresponding to fig. 2, since the mail a and the mail b are not the same-level mails, the user D does not reply to the mail a and the mail b at the same time. The generated mail template at this time may contain the contents of all the mails of the same category known to the user, the display form is calculated according to the received mails and the reply time of the current mailbox of the user, and the mails are arranged according to the superior-inferior relation (as shown in fig. 2), so that the receiver can conveniently check the mail traffic, and the whole mail reply process can be understood more easily.
In addition, when the user needs to reply to the mails of different levels at the same time, the whole reply process of the mails is displayed by adjusting the display area of the current mail. For example, user a sends email a to user B, C, D at the same time, then user B replies email a with email B, then user C replies email a with email C, at this time, if user D replies email a, if it needs to reply to emails B and C, then merge the content of B and C to the current email according to the rule set by the user (for example, whether to merge the content of B and C is reminded, if the user selects yes, email D replies email a, and at the same time, the content of emails B and C is included as the upper level), and a display manner at this time is shown in fig. 3.
Step 106: when a new mail is generated based on the mail template, a unique mail code is set for the new mail, and the reference relationship between the mail code of the new mail and the mail code of the mail to be replied is used as the code reference relationship of the new mail.
In the embodiment of the invention, when a user needs to send a mail or reply or forward a mail, a new mail code needs to be generated; the mail code may be specifically generated according to the mail metadata, or may be generated according to the mail code of the mail referred by the mail. For example, the mail code of the mail a is (r), when the user needs to reply to the mail a with the mail b (i.e. the mail b refers to the mail a), the mail code of the mail b can be generated independently (r), the mail code of the mail b can be generated according to the mail code of the mail a (r), or (r) the mail code of the mail b (r) is generated according to the mail code of the mail a (r)And the like. And simultaneously, when a new mail is generated, generating a coding reference relation according to the reference relation between the new mail and other mails. In step 106, since the mail to be replied is referred by the new mail, that is, the mail to be replied is the superior mail of the new mail, the code reference relationship of the new mail can be generated according to the mail code of the new mail and the mail code of the mail to be replied, and the user receiving the new mail can conveniently generate the code reference relationship of the new mail according to the mail code and the code of the new mailThe relationship is referenced to determine the corresponding superordinate mail.
Optionally, the mail code and the code reference relationship of the mail may be represented by a parameter, as long as the uniqueness of the mail code and the code reference relationship are ensured to correctly position the superior mail. For example, the user B receives the email a with the email code of (i), and when the user B needs to reply to the email a with the email B, the code reference relationship of the email B may be (ii) - (i), and at this time, "ii) - (i" may also be simultaneously used as the email code of the email B.
Alternatively, a hierarchy parameter may be added to the mail encoding to indicate the hierarchy of the current mail relative to the most original mail. Specifically, the step 106 "set unique mail code for new mail" includes the steps C1-C3:
step C1: determining the mail code of the mail to be replied and the mail level of the mail to be replied, wherein the mail level of the mail to be replied represents the level distance between the mail to be replied and the most original mail.
Step C2: and generating a unique mail serial number for the new mail, and determining the mail level of the new mail according to the mail level of the mail to be replied.
Step C3: and generating the mail code of the new mail according to the mail serial number of the new mail, the mail code of the mail to be replied and the mail level of the new mail.
In the embodiment of the invention, each mail is coded by a corresponding unique mail, and the process of generating the mail code is similar to the process of generating the mail code of the new mail; the mail level of the to-be-replied mail represents a level distance between the to-be-replied mail and the most original mail, for example, the mail level of the most original mail is 1, if the to-be-replied mail is directly replied to the most original mail, the level distance between the to-be-replied mail and the most original mail is 1, and the mail level of the to-be-replied mail may be 2 at this time. Meanwhile, the mail code contains the related information of the mail level. When the mail level of the new mail is determined according to the mail level of the mail to be replied, the new mail is directly replied to the mail to be replied, so the level distance between the mail to be replied and the mail to be replied is also 1, and the mail level of the mail to be replied can be used as the mail level of the new mail after being processed by adding one.
Meanwhile, the mail serial number is a serial number for uniquely identifying the mail, and may be a number or a character, which is not limited in this embodiment; the e-mail to be replied also has a corresponding e-mail serial number. Determining the mail code of the new mail after determining the mail serial number and the mail level of the new mail and the mail code of the mail to be replied which is directly referred by the new mail; at the moment, the level of the new mail and the superior mail (i.e. the mail to be replied) which is referred by a single level (directly drunk) can be directly determined according to the mail code of the new mail, so that the reference relationship between the new mail and other mails can be conveniently and quickly determined.
For example, the mail code is represented in the form of i-j-k, where i represents a unique mail serial number of the current mail, j represents a mail code (or mail serial number, which is determined based on the mail codes of other mails) of other mails referred by the current mail, and k is a mail level. Still taking the embodiment corresponding to fig. 2 as an example, the mail code of the mail a is 1-0-1, where "0" indicates that there is no referenced upper-level mail code, the display mode of the four mails and the mail code are shown in fig. 6, and in fig. 6, j indicates the mail number of the upper-level mail.
In addition, when the mail content needs to be displayed, only the newly added content of the mail can be displayed, and the reference content of the mail is not displayed, because the upper-level mail of the mail already displays the reference content of the mail. That is, displaying the target mail in the lower display area of the first upper mail includes: and determining the mail content matched with the first superior mail in the target mail, and hiding the mail content matched with the first superior mail when the target mail is displayed. For example, when displaying the mail content of mail B, only the content newly added by user B needs to be displayed in the display area of mail B, and the content of upper mail a does not need to be displayed.
In the embodiment of the invention, the reference relation between the mails can be conveniently and quickly determined according to the mail codes and the code reference relation, and the processing efficiency is high; the method has the advantages that the mails of one class are displayed in the same view, a user can conveniently select an object to be replied, the user can reply different replies to the same theme by multiple persons at the same time in the same mail, other recipients can read all the mails and replies of the theme in the same view, and the replying efficiency can be improved.
On the basis of the above embodiment, the "displaying the target mail in the lower display area of the first upper mail" in the step 103 specifically includes the steps D1-D2:
step D1: determining all lower-level mails of the first upper-level mail, determining the sending time of each lower-level mail, and determining a temporary area for displaying the target mail in a lower-level display area according to the number of the lower-level mails and the sending time of each lower-level mail.
Step D2: and combining temporary areas of all the first superior mails for displaying the target mail into an effective display area, and displaying the target mail in the effective display area.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the target mail needs to be displayed, firstly, the first upper-level mail may correspond to a plurality of lower-level mails, namely, the lower-level display area of the first upper-level mail needs to display a plurality of lower-level mails; and the target mail is only one of the lower mails, which needs to be allocated. Taking fig. 2 as an example, the lower level mail of the mail a includes a mail b and a mail c, and in this case, it is necessary to allocate display areas for the mail b and the mail c in the lower level display area of the mail a, respectively, and fig. 2 is to equally allocate the lower level display areas. Meanwhile, for the mail b, the mail b has only one upper-level mail, namely, the mail a, and at this time, the mail b can be directly displayed in a temporary area for displaying the mail b in a lower-level display area of the mail a, namely, the determined temporary area is only one and can be directly used as an effective display area of the mail b. Meanwhile, since the delivery time of the mail b is earlier than that of the mail c, the mail b is disposed on the left side of the mail c.
If the target e-mail has a plurality of first upper e-mails, then each first upper e-mail allocates a temporary area for the target e-mail in step D1, and then all the temporary areas need to be combined into an effective display area for displaying the target e-mail in step D2. Taking fig. 2 as an example, when the target email is email d, the upper level email of email d includes email b and email c at this time; meanwhile, the lower level mails of the mail b and the mail c only have the mail d, the lower level display area of the mail b is a temporary area of the mail d, the lower level display area of the mail c is also a temporary area of the mail d, and all the lower level display areas of the mail b and the mail c jointly form an area for displaying the mail d, namely an effective display area. In the embodiment of the invention, the reference relation among the mails can be more intuitively represented by combining one or more temporary areas into the effective display area for displaying the target mail, thereby further facilitating the user to look up the incoming and outgoing mails.
Optionally, when the target email is displayed, the email content related to the first superior email in the target email is hidden. When the target mail is replied based on the first superior mail, the mail content of the first superior mail may exist in the mail content of the target mail, and at this time, if the target mail and the first superior mail are displayed at the same time, the mail content of the first superior mail may be repeatedly displayed, and at this time, repeated display is avoided by hiding the mail content related to the first superior mail in the target mail.
The method has the advantages that the mails of one class are displayed in the same view, a user can conveniently select an object to be replied, the user can reply different replies to the same theme by multiple persons at the same time in the same mail, other recipients can read all the mails and replies of the theme in the same view, and the replying efficiency can be improved.
