本发明公开了一种可显示离线二维码的餐桌牌,包括控制模块,其特征在于:所述控制模块连接有显示模块,所述控制模块还连接有用以供电的电源模块,所述电源模块还连接有时钟模块。所述电源模块连接有电源管理模块,所述电源管理模块持续给显示模块、时钟模块进行供电。所述电源管理模块间歇性给控制模块进行供电。所述电源管理模块包括一NPN三极管和一PNP三极管级联,且通过按键触发给电信号,同时连接有两个二极管对按键的给电作用和信号作用做解耦。本发明的目的在于提供一种安全性、稳定性更强,使用更方便的离线餐桌牌。

一种可显示离线二维码的餐桌牌
技术领域
本发明涉及一种餐桌牌,更具体地说,它涉及一种可显示离线二维码的餐桌牌。
背景技术
餐桌牌是一种较为常见的桌面指示工具,常用于会议桌、餐桌等场合,在餐桌牌的表面贴有或印制有起到标识作用的文字或图片。这种传统的餐桌牌其结构简单,功能单一。
在实际使用过程中,餐厅、饭店等地常用餐桌牌来显示一个二维码,顾客通过扫描这个二维码进入点菜页面进行点单,而这样的点单方式就会存在一些问题。即顾客扫描的二维码均为图案内容固定的二维码,这就表示只要有人获取了(如拍照)这个在餐桌牌上或餐桌上显示的二维码图案,即可进行点单,无论此人现在身处何地,在非现场消费的情况下扫码点单或加单,因此商家有可能会碰到一些恶意订单,比如商家在后台发现有一桌已经进行点单,但有可能座位上并没有顾客;或是座位上虽然有顾客,但有人扰乱顾客的点单,乱加菜,干扰餐厅正常经营,给餐厅造成经济损失的情况。显然传统的餐桌牌无法解决该问题,所以需要一种能够避免此类现象产生的新型餐桌牌。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种安全性、稳定性更强,使用更方便的离线餐桌牌。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种可显示离线二维码的餐桌牌,包括控制模块,所述控制模块连接有显示模块,所述控制模块还连接有用以供电的电源模块,所述电源模块还连接有时钟模块。
本发明进一步设置为:所述电源模块连接有电源管理模块,所述电源管理模块持续给显示模块、时钟模块进行供电。
本发明进一步设置为:所述电源管理模块间歇性给控制模块进行供电。
本发明进一步设置为:所述电源管理模块包括一NPN三极管和一PNP三极管级联,且通过按键触发给电信号,同时连接有两个二极管对按键的给电作用和信号作用做解耦。
本发明进一步设置为:所述电源管理模块还连接有稳压模块。
本发明进一步设置为:所述显示模块设置为显示屏,包括但不限于LED显示屏、液晶显示屏、墨水屏。
本发明离线餐桌牌相比现有技术来说,具有的优点如下:能够离线进行随机二维码的生成,并且可以保证顾客在每一次扫码点单时,都能根据需要实时产生不同的点菜二维码,避免恶意点单的情况发生。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图5对本发明离线餐桌牌实施例做进一步说明。
如图1至图5所示的一种可显示离线二维码的餐桌牌,包括控制模块,这里的控制模块连接有显示模块和用以供电的电源模块,进一步地,电源模块还连接有时钟模块。控制模块的功能在于控制显示模块进行显示不同的信息,并且能够根据需求生成不同的随机二维码,时钟模块用于给整个离线设备提供一个时钟信号。在本实施例中,电源模块连接有电源管理模块,这里电源管理模块的主要作用为持续给显示模块、时钟模块进行供电;同时间歇性给控制模块进行供电。
电源管理模块,具体地如图2所示,图中HT7533是稳压电源,负责将4节干电池的电压转换为3.3V标准电压。
P4是外置按键,当用户按下时D3导通,Q1导通,单片机得电。当单片机上电后给PWR_CTRL输出高电平(Q2导通后,Q1也会立即导通并且保持给单片机供电),单片机的KEY引脚仍然可以读取用户的KEY操作情况(假如用户未按下KEY键,由于D3的阻隔作用,单片机读到的KEY仍然是高。如果用户按下KEY由于D2导通单片机读到的是低)。
单片机对RTC设置闹钟提醒,每隔1分钟,INT网络标号会输出低,其余时间则因为集电极开漏输出高阻状态。此电路最终实现了空闲时间对单片机的断电,每隔一分钟单片机得电刷新一次屏幕且可以随时响应用户的操作用以点亮屏幕的背光。
在本实施例中,显示模块具体选择为墨水屏,即电子纸,在能够清晰显示图案外,还具有功耗低的特点。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式,对本领域的普通技术人员来说不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干变型和改进,这些也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种可显示离线二维码的餐桌牌,包括控制模块,其特征在于:所述控制模块连接有显示模块,所述控制模块还连接有用以供电的电源模块,所述电源模块还连接有时钟模块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可显示离线二维码的餐桌牌,其特征在于:所述电源模块连接有电源管理模块,所述电源管理模块持续给显示模块、时钟模块进行供电。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种可显示离线二维码的餐桌牌,其特征在于:所述电源管理模块间歇性给控制模块进行供电。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种可显示离线二维码的餐桌牌,其特征在于:所述电源管理模块包括一NPN三极管和一PNP三极管级联,且通过按键触发给电信号,同时连接有两个二极管对按键的给电作用和信号作用做解耦。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种可显示离线二维码的餐桌牌,其特征在于:所述电源管理模块还连接有稳压模块。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可显示离线二维码的餐桌牌,其特征在于:所述显示模块设置为显示屏,包括但不限于LED显示屏、液晶显示屏、墨水屏。
