Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the security tag 10 includes a substrate layer 110, a dichroic layer 130, and an adhesive layer 150.
The base layer 110 is used to carry the dichroic layer 130. The base layer 110 has good air tightness and can prevent gas molecules from permeating. The material of the substrate layer 110 is selected from polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), aluminum foil, or a composite material with the above material on the surface. It is understood that in other embodiments, the material of the substrate layer 110 may be other materials with good air tightness.
The dichroic layer 130 is laminated on the surface of the base layer 110. The color separation layer 130 includes a color separation part 131 and a graphic part 132. The color separation section 131 is laminated on the surface of the base layer 110, and the color separation section 131 contains a volatile dye. Specifically, the color separation section 131 is made of color separation ink including a base ink and a volatile dye. Further, the color separation section 131 is printed with color separation ink. In the illustrated embodiment, the color separator 131 has a substantially square shape. Of course, in other embodiments, the color separator 131 is not limited to a square shape, and may have any other shape.
The base ink is a conventional ink, the base ink having a second color, the base ink being non-volatile. Further, the base ink is selected from at least one of any commercially available offset ink (e.g., dark Japanese New golden crown Red ink), gravure ink (e.g., Enmei ENZ-1301 yellow ink), flexo ink (e.g., Adens 2000 series gold ink), and screen ink (e.g., Penta to cav-8100 yellow screen ink).
The volatile dye has good volatility and has a third color. Further, the volatile dye is at least one selected from the group consisting of guaiazulene, a guaiazulene derivative, an azo dye and an anthraquinone dye. Of course, in other embodiments, the volatile dye may also be another dye, as long as it has color and good volatility. It should be noted that the third color referred to herein does not include colorless.
The color separation ink has a color formed by mixing the second color with the third color. In the illustrated embodiment, the second color and the third color are different colors, and in this case, the color separation ink has a color different from both the second color and the third color. Of course, in other embodiments, the second color and the third color may be the same color, and in this case, the color of the color separation ink, the second color and the third color are all the same.
The graphic part 132 is adjacent to the color separation part 131. Further, the graphic part 132 is disposed adjacent to the color separation part 131 and surrounds the color separation part 131. The graphic part 132 has a color different from that of the color separation part after the volatile dye is volatilized. In the illustrated embodiment, the graphic portion 132 is colorless.
The adhesive layer 150 is laminated on the dichroic layer 130. The adhesive layer 150 includes a first adhesive layer 151 and a separator 153.
The first adhesive layer 151 is laminated on the side of the color separation layer 130 away from the substrate layer 110, the first adhesive layer 151 has a first color and can adsorb volatile dyes volatilized by the color separation part 131 to form an adsorption region with a color different from the first color, and the projection of the adsorption region on the color separation layer 130 completely coincides with the color separation part 131.
Further, the first adhesive layer 151 is made of a transparent colorless material, and is colorless and has good transparency, and the first adhesive layer 151 adsorbs the volatile dye with the third color volatilized by the color separation part 131 to form an adsorption region. At this time, the color of the color separation part 131 is different from that of the graphic part 132 due to the volatilization of the volatile dye.
Further, the color separation section 131 exhibits the second color of the base ink due to the volatilization of the volatile dye. Further, the material of the first adhesive layer 151 is selected from at least one of acrylic resin, pressure sensitive adhesive, polyurethane, and shadowless adhesive.
Of course, in other embodiments. The material of the first adhesive layer 151 may also be an adhesive material having another color, as long as the first adhesive layer 151 can adhere the dichroic layer 130 and the separation layer 150, and the color after adsorbing the volatile dye is different from the first color, so as to distinguish the boundary between the adsorption region and the adjacent other region. It is understood that the color of the adsorption region may be the same as the color of the color separation part 131 after the volatile dye is volatilized, as long as the color of the region adjacent to the adsorption region is different from the color of the adsorption region, and the color of the color separation part 131 after the volatile dye is volatilized is different from the color of the text region 132, as long as the adsorption region and the color separation part after the volatile dye is volatilized can be identified. Of course, the color of the adsorption region is different from the color separation part 131 after the volatile dye is volatilized, so that the adsorption region and the color separation part after the volatile dye is volatilized can be more conveniently identified.
In other embodiments, the volatile dye may be heated and baked to accelerate the volatile dye to be absorbed by the first adhesive layer 151, so as to form an absorption region with a color different from the first color.
The separation layer 153 is stacked on a side of the first adhesive layer 151 away from the dichroic layer for preventing the volatile dye from permeating therethrough.
Further, the material of the isolation layer 153 is a transparent colorless material, which is colorless and has good transparency. Further, the material of the isolation layer 153 is a PET film or a PVC film. Of course, in other embodiments, the isolation layer 153 may also be other materials with good air tightness.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 5, when the anti-counterfeit label 10 is used, a part of the adhesive layer 150 is peeled off from the color separation part 131, and it can be seen that the first adhesive layer 151 forms an absorption region with a color different from the first color due to the absorption of the volatile dye, and the projection of the absorption region on the color separation layer 130 completely coincides with the color separation part 131.
Of course, if the adhesive layer 150 laminated on the color separation part 131 is made of a transparent colorless material and the first adhesive layer is also made of a transparent colorless material, the color of the color separation part 131 is observed to be a mixed color of the second color and the third color directly through the adhesive layer 150 without peeling off the adhesive layer 150 on the color separation part 131, the adsorption region observed after peeling off the adhesive layer 150 above the color separation part is a third color, the color separation part 131 is a color different from the graphic part 132, and further, when the volatile dye is completely volatilized, the color separation part is a second color.
In some embodiments, the security tag 10 further comprises a second adhesive layer 180. The second adhesive layer is formed on a surface of the substrate layer 110 away from the dichroic layer 130. For attaching the security tag to the product. The second adhesive layer 180 is at least one selected from acrylic resin, pressure sensitive adhesive, and polyurethane. Of course, in other embodiments, the material of the second adhesive layer 180 may also be other materials with adhesive force.
In some embodiments, the above-mentioned security label 10 further comprises a release layer 190, wherein the release layer 190 completely covers a side surface of the second adhesive layer 180 away from the substrate layer. The release layer 190 serves to protect the second adhesive layer 180. The peeling layer 190 is selected from one of cellophane and paper coated with silicone oil. Of course, it is understood that in other embodiments, the release layer 190 may be other materials that facilitate release.
The anti-counterfeit label 10 at least has the following advantages:
(1) only the first adhesive layer 151 above the color separation part 131 forms an adsorption area with a color different from that of the first adhesive layer 151 due to the adsorption of volatile dyes, the rest of the first adhesive layer 151 still keeps the original first color, the color of the adsorption area is different from that of the first adhesive layer 151, the area where the adsorption area is located is easily defined, the color of the color separation part 131 is different from that of the image-text part 132 at the moment, the area where the color separation part 131 is located is easily defined, the projection of the adsorption area on the color separation layer 130 is completely overlapped with the color separation part 131, and no registration error exists. When a counterfeiter realizes the color separation effect by printing the colored adhesive layer and then mounting the color separation layer 130, the dislocation error caused by the deformation of the film layer in the preparation process cannot be avoided. Therefore, the counterfeit deterrent label 10 is easily identifiable and is not easily counterfeited.
(2) The first adhesive layer 151 and the isolation layer 153 are both transparent colorless materials, and the color separation part 131 is observed to be in a color formed by mixing the second color and the third color directly through the adhesive layer 150, after the first adhesive layer 151 adsorbs the volatile dye, the adhesive layer 150 is uncovered, the adsorption area presents a color different from that of the first adhesive layer 151, and the color separation part 131 presents the second color or the color of the color separation part 131 is between the second color and the third color but is different from that of the image-text part. It should be noted that the color of the color separation portion can be between the second color and the third color due to the volatile dye portion having the third color.
(3) The second adhesive layer 180 facilitates the attachment of the security tag 10 to the surface of an object during use.
(4) The release layer 190 can protect the second adhesive layer.
Referring to fig. 6, 7 and 8, a counterfeit label 20 according to another embodiment has substantially the same structure as the counterfeit label 10, except that a discontinuous slit 255 is further formed on an adhesive layer 250 of the counterfeit label 20, the slit 255 divides the adhesive layer 250 into a fixed portion and an open portion, and a projection area of the open portion on the base layer 210 is greater than or equal to a projection area of the color separation portion 231 on the base layer 210. The adhesive layer 250 is divided into a fixed part and an opening part by the arrangement of the slit 255, so that the adhesive layer 250 can be locally uncovered to observe the color separation effect, and on the other hand, the slit 255 can prevent the volatile dye with violent molecular motion from diffusing to the periphery through the molecular motion, and the negative influence of the volatile dye on the first adhesive layer caused by diffusion is weakened.
The color separation layer 230 of the security label 20 further comprises a background portion 233, and the color of the background portion 233 is different from the color of the image-text portion 132 and the color of the color separation portion 131 after the volatile dye is volatilized, but is the same as the color of the adsorption area. The background portion 233 is laminated on the surface of the base layer 210, and the background portion 233 is provided so as to surround the color separation portion 231, in contact with the color separation portion 231 and the graphics portion. The width of the background portion 233 is 0.05mm to 5 mm. In the illustrated embodiment, the background portion 233 has a substantially band shape. The background portion 233 has the same color as the adsorption region, and after the volatile dye is volatilized and adsorbed by the first adhesive layer, the volatile dye diffuses to some extent, particularly the volatile dye that is easily diffused, on the first adhesive layer due to molecule migration, and at this time, due to the existence of the background portion 233 and the discontinuous slits 255, the color separation portion 231 of the forgery-preventing label 20 is viewed through the isolation layer, and the visual effect of the color separation portion 231 is not weakened due to the diffusion of the volatile dye.
The above-described security tag 20 has substantially the same structure as the security tag 10, and therefore, has similar effects to the security tag 10. In addition, the method has the following advantages:
(1) the background portion 233 is provided to reduce an edge blurring phenomenon caused by a volatile dye that is easily diffused when the color separation layer is observed through the adhesive layer 250, and improve a visual effect.
(2) The adhesive layer 250 is provided with discontinuous slits 255, so that on one hand, the opening part of the adhesive layer 250 is conveniently stripped from the color separation part 231, on the other hand, the diffusion of the volatile dye which is easy to diffuse can be weakened, and the negative influence caused by the diffusion of the volatile dye is reduced.
Referring to fig. 9, another embodiment of a security tag 30 is substantially the same as the security tag 20, except that the security tag 30 further includes a de-adhesive layer 370. The anti-sticking layer 370 is located between the first adhesive layer 351 and the color separation portion 331, the anti-sticking layer 370 covers the surface of the color separation portion 331 to reduce the adhesive force of the first adhesive layer above the color separation portion 331, and the anti-sticking layer 370 can allow the volatile dye to penetrate through.
Further, the material of the debonding layer 370 is a transparent colorless material, which is colorless and has good transparency. Further, the material of the debonding layer 370 is selected from at least one of polyvinyl alcohol, silicone oil, silicone grease, and emulsified paraffin. Of course, in other embodiments, the material of the de-sticking layer 370 may be other materials that allow the transmission of volatile dyes and have reduced adhesion.
The above-described security tag 30 has substantially the same structure as the security tag 20, and therefore, has similar effects to those of the security tag 20. In addition, the adhesion of the first adhesive layer 351 can be reduced, which facilitates the separation of the first adhesive layer 351 and the color separation part 331.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, another embodiment of a security label 40 is substantially the same as the security label 30, except that the security label 40 further includes an actuating member 420, the actuating member 420 is connected to an edge of the adhesive layer 450, and the actuating member 420 can drive the adhesive layer 450 to move away from the color separation portion 431, so that the absorption area is visible. The provision of the actuator 420 facilitates opening of the adhesive layer 450 over the color separation portion 431.
The above-mentioned antifalsification label 40 is roughly the same with the structure of antifalsification label 30, therefore also has the similar effect of antifalsification label 30, in addition, still has starting member 420, does benefit to and opens the coating 450 of gluing above colour separation portion 431 for antifalsification label 40 uses more conveniently.
Another embodiment of a security tag comprises:
a base layer;
the color separation layer is laminated on the substrate layer and comprises a color separation part and an image-text part, the color separation part is adjacent to the image-text part, and the color of the color separation part is different from that of the image-text part;
the adhesive coating stacked on the color separation layer comprises a first adhesive layer and an isolation layer, wherein the first adhesive layer is provided with an adsorption area, the adsorption area is formed by absorbing volatile dye with a color different from that of the first adhesive layer by the first adhesive layer, the projection of the adsorption area on the color separation layer is completely overlapped with the color separation part, the isolation layer is stacked on one side, away from the color separation layer, of the first adhesive layer, and the isolation layer can prevent the volatile dye from penetrating through the isolation layer.

When the anti-counterfeit label is used, the edge of the anti-counterfeit label 50 is lightly scratched, the opening part of the adhesive layer 550 is easily peeled off from the color separation part 531 of the dichroic layer 530 due to the adhesive removing layer 570 and the slit 555, after the opening part is separated from the color separation part 531, the blue absorption area and the red color separation part 531 can be seen, and the projection of the blue absorption area on the dichroic layer 530 is completely overlapped with the red color separation part 531.
The security label 50 of embodiment 1 only has the first adhesive layer 551 located above the dichroic portion 531 to form blue due to absorption of guaiazulene, the remaining portion of the first adhesive layer 551 is still transparent and colorless, the dichroic portion changes from purple to red, which is different from the transparent and colorless image-text portion, the projection of the absorption region on the dichroic layer 530 completely coincides with the red dichroic portion 531, and there is no registration error between the absorption region formed by the first adhesive layer 551 and the dichroic portion 531. The label is easy to identify and has good anti-counterfeiting performance.
Example 2
The security label of example 2 was colored green in color components observed through the spacer, and the security label of example 2 was substantially the same in structure as the security label of example 1, except that the base ink of this example was engme 1301 yellow ink, which was colored yellow, and the color separation ink was colored green.
Example 3
The color separation part of the security label of example 3 observed through the isolation layer is blue-gold, and the structure of the security label of example 3 is substantially the same as that of the security label of example 1, except that the basic ink of this embodiment is alloy 2000 series gold ink, which is gold, and the color separation ink is blue-gold.
