The emergency lane of the expressway is a lane which is arranged for guaranteeing quick response processing of emergency events, once a traffic accident occurs, traffic congestion is formed, and the rescue task vehicle can quickly arrive at the scene of the accident through the emergency lane. When an emergency happens, if the rescuers can arrive at the scene one second in advance, effective measures can be taken in time, and the death probability can be greatly reduced. The smoothness of the emergency lane is an important condition for ensuring that the rescue vehicle reaches the site in time.
In real life, there are often people who use the expressway emergency lane as a traffic lane. Especially, when traffic jam occurs on the highway, some motor vehicles can conveniently occupy an emergency lane to drive, and the motor vehicles are queued in the emergency lane to wait when the traffic jam occurs at the front side, so that the rescue work when an emergency occurs is greatly influenced. Therefore, the eighty-th regulation of the road traffic safety law enforcement regulation of the people's republic of china: the motor vehicle runs on the expressway and cannot run or stop on the emergency lane.

In addition, the technical features involved in the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not conflict with each other.
Example 1
The embodiment of the invention provides a method for recording the illegal emergency lane occupation behavior of a plurality of motor vehicles, which is used in a highway traffic control terminal. On the expressway, in order to guarantee safety and facilitate emergency, a special emergency lane is arranged on the expressway, an emergency lane mark is arranged on the emergency lane, and a faultless or nonemergency vehicle is prohibited from entering the emergency lane, so that the illegal emergency lane occupation behavior cannot be effectively prohibited only by the mark action, and the law enforcement difficulty of the illegal emergency lane occupation behavior is increased. The method for recording the behaviors of the plurality of motor vehicles illegally occupying the emergency lane is used for timely and accurately recording the behaviors of the motor vehicles illegally occupying the emergency lane, and warns the motor vehicle drivers to comply with corresponding laws and regulations and maintain the traffic order of the highway by forcefully monitoring the behaviors of illegally occupying the emergency lane.
As shown in fig. 1, the method for recording the illegal emergency lane occupation behavior of a plurality of motor vehicles comprises the following steps:
step S1: and starting the video image recording equipment to record the original video information of the monitored road section.
And starting a video recording device arranged on the expressway to carry out video monitoring on the monitored road section, wherein the obtained monitoring video is used as original video information and is used as an original basis for subsequently judging that the motor vehicle illegally occupies the emergency lane.
Step S2: the method comprises the steps of shooting a first image with a license plate number for each motor vehicle entering a vehicle identification area, numbering the motor vehicles, dividing original video information into multi-path tracking video information through a video separator, enabling each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area to correspond to one path of tracking video information, and synchronously marking the numbers to the corresponding motor vehicles in the tracking video information.
Firstly, whether the motor vehicle enters a vehicle identification area is judged, the vehicle identification area is arranged on the road surface on an expressway, and the height and the angle of the video image recording equipment are adjusted, so that the video image recording equipment can accurately shoot the image of the motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area.
In the process of judging whether the motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification area, the following modes can be adopted:
firstly, whether the image of the motor vehicle enters the image range of the vehicle identification area or not is monitored, and when the image of the motor vehicle enters the image range of the vehicle identification area, the motor vehicle is judged to enter the vehicle identification area. If the image of the motor vehicle does not exist in the vehicle identification area, the fact that no motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification area is indicated.
As another alternative embodiment, the process of determining whether the vehicle enters the vehicle identification area may be as follows: firstly, detecting the position of a motor vehicle by a radar, installing a radar scanner at an intersection, and obtaining the distance between the motor vehicle and the intersection by radar ranging; when the motor vehicle enters the preset position of the radar detector, the motor vehicle is judged to enter the vehicle identification area.
When a motor vehicle enters a vehicle identification area, a first image of the motor vehicle with a license plate number is shot, as shown in fig. 2, when a traffic control terminal finds that the motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification area through a picture shot by a video image recording device or laser radar ranging, the motor vehicle is shot, and the image of the motor vehicle with a clear license plate number is shot as the first image. The accuracy of radar ranging is high, and as shown in fig. 3, after the radar identifies an image in the vehicle identification area, the video image is triggered to be recorded to shoot the image. Since the angle and the height of the video image recording device are adjusted according to the position of the vehicle identification area, the image of the motor vehicle, especially the number plate of the motor vehicle, can be clearly shot in the vehicle identification area and can also be clearly displayed in the image of the motor vehicle.
In practice, when a number of vehicles are running on a monitored road section, the original video information may simultaneously contain the running tracks of a plurality of motor vehicles, at this time, the illegal behaviors of occupying emergency lanes of the plurality of motor vehicles are directly judged in the original video information, the judgment is easily interfered by adjacent motor vehicles, and the situation that the definition of images of the running tracks of the motor vehicles is not high may exist, so that the difficulty is increased for judging the illegal behaviors. Therefore, in the embodiment of the invention, the motor vehicles running into the vehicle identification area are numbered firstly, aiming at each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area, the original video information is divided into a plurality of paths of tracking video information by the video separator, each motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area corresponds to one path of tracking video information to track each motor vehicle respectively, and the number corresponding to the motor vehicle tracked by the tracking video information is marked on the image of the motor vehicle, so that the number synchronously follows the running track of the motor vehicle, therefore, the corresponding number is displayed in the video image of the tracking video information during the running process of the motor vehicle, which motor vehicle can be clearly known according to the number, and the number is numbered according to the sequence of the motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area, so that a complex data processing process is not needed, the serial numbers are marked on the motor vehicle for synchronous following, so that a visible unique identifier is formed for each vehicle without spending more time on vehicle identification, and the data processing amount is reduced. The tracking video information can track the running track of the motor vehicle in real time until the motor vehicle drives out of the monitoring range of the monitored road section, the monitoring range can be set according to requirements, and can be some areas which are easy to illegally occupy emergency lanes, and the monitoring range is used for monitoring behaviors of the motor vehicle illegally occupying the emergency lanes.
Specifically, the method for separating tracking video information of the current tracked motor vehicle from the original video information comprises the following steps: acquiring a current tracked motor vehicle corresponding to the tracking video information, firstly determining which motor vehicle the motor vehicle tracked by the tracking video information needing to be separated is, then extracting a video image corresponding to the driving track of the motor vehicle from the original video information, due to the different driving positions of the vehicles, the positions of the vehicles in the video images may be different, and in order to observe the driving condition of the vehicle to be tracked, meanwhile, the interference of other motor vehicles around the motor vehicle is eliminated as much as possible, the extracted video image needs to be further processed, then amplifying the video image to make the image of the current tracked motor vehicle be positioned in the central region of the video image to obtain tracking video information, after the video image is locally amplified, the running track of the motor vehicle is clearer, observation is facilitated, and follow-up recording of illegal emergency lane occupation behaviors is facilitated.
Step S3: and judging whether the tracked motor vehicle illegally runs in an emergency lane or not in the tracking video information.
Before the motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification area, the motor vehicle may already be driven in the emergency lane, which constitutes the behavior of illegally occupying the emergency lane, so that it is necessary to first determine whether the motor vehicle illegally drives in the emergency lane, and if the motor vehicle illegally drives in the emergency lane, step S4 is executed, otherwise step S5 is executed.
Step S4: when the motor vehicle illegally runs on the emergency lane, a second image of the motor vehicle marked with the number is intercepted from the tracking video information, and the first image, the second image, the original video information and the tracking video information are sent to an illegal database.
When the motor vehicle is judged to illegally run on the emergency lane, because the running of the motor vehicle on the emergency lane is a continuous process, in order to ensure the integrity of an evidence chain, an image marked with a number of the motor vehicle running in the emergency lane needs to be intercepted from tracking video information as a second image, and the corresponding time at the moment is marked.
Step S5: and judging whether the motor vehicle illegally crosses the lane line of the solid line to enter the emergency lane.
When the position of the motor vehicle crosses the solid lane line, the motor vehicle enters the emergency lane. The method can be determined according to the position relation between the motor vehicle and the emergency lane solid lane line in the tracking video information of the motor vehicle, and when the motor vehicle covers the emergency lane solid lane line, the motor vehicle crosses the emergency lane solid lane line. When the motor vehicle crosses the solid lane line of the emergency lane, the motor vehicle enters the emergency lane, and in this case, the possible situations include: some motor vehicles cannot normally run due to reasons such as faults and the like, and need to temporarily occupy an emergency lane; the emergency rescue vehicle enters an emergency lane for reaching an accident scene more quickly; the non-emergency motor vehicle illegally drives into an emergency lane when normally driving. Therefore, it is necessary to determine whether the motor vehicle entering the emergency lane is illegal, when the motor vehicle entering the emergency lane is driving or staying in the emergency lane according to the traffic laws and requirements, the motor vehicle does not illegally enter the emergency lane, if the motor vehicle has no fault and is not in special conditions such as emergency rescue, it is determined that the motor vehicle illegally crosses the lane line to enter the emergency lane, and step S6 is executed, otherwise, the position relationship between the motor vehicle and the lane line of the emergency lane is continuously monitored.
Step S6: when the motor vehicle illegally crosses the solid lane line of the emergency lane, a third image of the numbered motor vehicle crossing the solid lane line of the emergency lane and a fourth image of the motor vehicle running in the emergency lane are intercepted from the tracking video information.
When the motor vehicle illegally enters the emergency lane is judged, the motor vehicle crosses the solid lane dividing line of the emergency lane is a continuous process, in order to ensure the integrity of an evidence chain, an image when the motor vehicle crosses the solid lane dividing line of the emergency lane is required to be intercepted from tracking video information to be used as a third image, meanwhile, time corresponding to the moment is marked, and because the number of the corresponding motor vehicle is marked on the motor vehicle in advance and runs along with the motor vehicle, the image with the number is intercepted to be used as the third image when the motor vehicle crosses the emergency lane marking line is intercepted. And after the motor vehicle crosses the emergency lane mark line, intercepting an image running in the emergency lane as a fourth image, wherein the fourth image is also the image with the number selected and records the moment. Thus, the illegal action of the motor vehicle crossing the lane line of the emergency lane can be clearly recorded through the third image and the fourth image, the motor vehicle is conveniently identified in the video image through the correspondence between the serial number and the motor vehicle, and then the step S7 is executed.
Step S7: and sending the first image, the third image, the fourth image, the original video information and the tracking video information to an illegal database.
The first image is shot in the vehicle identification area, and the number plate of the motor vehicle in the area can be clearly displayed, so that the first image can comprehensively display the image information of the vehicle, the third image reflects the record of the motor vehicle crossing the solid lane dividing line of the emergency lane, and the fourth image reflects the record of the motor vehicle running in the emergency lane, so that the illegal information of the motor vehicle can be clearly reflected through the first image, the third image and the fourth image, and meanwhile, for the completeness of an evidence chain, the separated tracking video information and the original video of the running track of the motor vehicle in the monitoring area are also sent together, so that a complete evidence chain is formed.
The method for recording the behaviors of the plurality of motor vehicles illegally occupying the emergency lane provided by the embodiment of the invention avoids the problem that the evidence chain of illegal behavior recording is incomplete because the motor vehicle license plate is shielded by the following motor vehicle, thereby realizing the purpose of effectively and continuously recording the illegal behaviors of the plurality of motor vehicles occupying the emergency lane at any position in the monitoring range of the monitoring road section and solving the problem that the behaviors of the motor vehicles illegally occupying the emergency lane can only be recorded at a specific position.
Specifically, in the embodiment of the present invention, when recording the illegal behaviors of occupying an application lane of the motor vehicles entering the vehicle identification area, one path of tracking video information needs to be separated from the original video information for each motor vehicle, so that a large amount of tracking video information is generated, and in practice, only the tracking video information corresponding to the motor vehicle that has the illegal behaviors of occupying an emergency lane and the first image with the license plate number are concerned and retained, so as to serve as a further implementation manner, as shown in fig. 4, the method for recording the illegal behaviors of occupying the emergency lane of the plurality of motor vehicles further includes:
step S8: when the motor vehicle illegally enters the emergency lane, illegal emergency lane occupation information is generated, and the illegal emergency lane occupation information is sent to the communication equipment bound by the motor vehicle.
After the motor vehicle illegally occupies the emergency lane, the illegal action of the motor vehicle is sent to the communication equipment such as the mobile phone of the vehicle owner bound by the motor vehicle, so that the vehicle owner is reminded of sending the traffic illegal action, the relevant punishment of a traffic department needs to be received in time, and the warning function can be played for the motor vehicle driver to supervise and urge the motor vehicle driver to obey the traffic rules.
As another further embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the method for recording the behaviors of a plurality of motor vehicles illegally occupying emergency lanes further includes:
step S9: and judging whether a second image or a third image and a fourth image corresponding to the motor vehicle exist or not aiming at any motor vehicle entering the vehicle identification area.
If the motor vehicle has the behavior of illegally occupying the emergency lane, a second image of the illegal driving emergency lane exists, or a third image and a fourth image which are generated when the motor vehicle crosses the emergency lane marking line and are driven in the emergency lane exist, so that the behavior of illegally occupying the emergency lane exists if the second image, the third image and the fourth image are generated, and the behavior of illegally occupying the emergency lane does not exist if the second image, the third image and the fourth image do not exist. If the second image or the third image or the fourth image exists, step S10 is executed, otherwise step S11 is executed.
Step S11: and when the second image or the third image and the fourth image exist, storing the original video information, the tracking video information and the first image.
If the motor vehicle has the behavior of illegally occupying the emergency lane, the original video information and the tracking video information recorded by the video image recording equipment need to be stored, so that the subsequent query is facilitated.
Step S11: and when the second image or the third image and the fourth image do not exist, deleting the tracking video information and the first image.
If the second image or the third image and the fourth image do not exist, the motor vehicle does not illegally occupy the emergency lane, and the behavior of illegally occupying the emergency lane does not exist in the monitoring area. The tracking video information corresponding to the motor vehicle is not reserved, so that the tracking video information can be deleted, and the original video information also contains the running tracks of other motor vehicles, so that the original video information is not operated. Therefore, the storage space is saved, and the utilization efficiency of the storage equipment is improved. The amount of traffic on a highway is very large, and if data for all vehicles is retained, it takes up a very large amount of storage space, in addition, the traffic police manually searches the illegal information from the video images, which also needs to spend a great deal of time, in the scheme, the illegal information is judged to obtain whether the motor vehicle has the illegal information or not after the motor vehicle enters the monitoring range and exits the monitoring range, if the tracking video information does not exist, the tracking video information is deleted, if the tracking video information exists, the tracking video information is uploaded to a monitoring center to be stored, the schematic diagram of the process is shown in fig. 3, in the server of the monitoring center, the stored image data can be previewed by the upper computer, and the data can be further processed in the data center or the receiving platform to provide more traffic data information. Therefore, the monitoring terminals at the intersections do not need to store too much useless information, the utilization rate of resources is improved, the time for manually identifying the video images by the traffic police is saved, illegal vehicles are automatically found, a complete evidence chain is formed, and more information is provided for traffic management.
As another optional implementation, in order to further improve the accuracy of the identification, the method may further include: after the motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification area, identifying the number plate of the motor vehicle; because the image of the motor vehicle in the vehicle identification area can be clearly shot, and the license plate can be clearly seen, the license plate identification in the area is more accurate, and the problem that the motor vehicle license plate cannot be identified due to being shielded is solved. Then, the identified number plate is marked on the image of the motor vehicle, and the number plate synchronously follows the running track of the motor vehicle. Therefore, no matter the motor vehicle runs to any position, the number plate information of the motor vehicle can be determined in time, and real-time monitoring is facilitated.
As another alternative, in step S7, the tracking video information sent to the violation database starts when the numbered vehicle crosses the emergency lane line and is about to enter the emergency lane, and ends when the vehicle completely exits the emergency lane line. Therefore, the evidence of the complete illegal emergency lane occupation behavior is reserved, the storage space occupied by the video file is reduced to the maximum extent, and the resources are saved to the maximum extent.
Further, according to the starting time and the ending time of the video image, the time difference between the starting time and the ending time can be calculated, the occupied time length is determined according to the time difference, and the occupied time length is sent to an illegal database.
If the motor vehicle has the illegal emergency lane occupation behavior, the illegal emergency lane occupation time length can be calculated according to the time when the motor vehicle enters the emergency lane and the time when the motor vehicle leaves the emergency lane to drive, and the traffic management department can process the illegal behavior according to the corresponding illegal emergency lane occupation time length in the illegal database.
As another alternative embodiment, the license plate of the motor vehicle may not be recognized when the motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification area, but in the process of sending the first image, the third image, the fourth image, the tracking video information and the original video information to the violation database in step S7, the license plate recognition may be performed according to the first image; and then the identified number plate information is simultaneously sent to a violation database. In this embodiment, the license plate identification may not be performed in the previous step, but the license plate of the vehicle may be identified through the captured first image after the vehicle illegally occupies the emergency lane, and then the identified license plates may be transmitted to the illegal database together. In the scheme, the problems that the number plate is identified after the motor vehicle enters the vehicle identification, the data volume to be processed is large, and the redundant data is large can be avoided, and only the number plate of the vehicle with illegal behaviors needs to be identified, so that the data processing amount is reduced, and the utilization rate of the data is improved. As another implementation, the number plate may be identified according to one or a combination of the second image, the third image, the fourth image, or the vehicle image in the tracking video information, or the identified number plate may be verified. For example, the number plate is identified through the first image, the verification is carried out through the second image, the third image or the fourth image, if the number plate is consistent with the second image, the identified number plate is considered to be correct, and if the number plate is inconsistent with the third image, the image with the clear number plate is obtained from the tracking video information again for re-identification, so that the accuracy of license plate identification is improved.
Example 2
