If the paperboards are not firmly bonded, the strength of the produced corrugated case is insufficient, the layers are easy to peel in the using process, the shock resistance and the compressive strength of the finished product carton are directly reduced, the finished product carton is easy to damage in the stacking and transporting processes, and the economic loss is caused. The current national standard for corrugated board makes a clear specification on the adhesive strength of A, C, B, E flutes.
The existing method for effectively measuring the bonding strength of the corrugated board is GB/T6548-; the method of testing the adhesive strength of corrugated board and the diameter of the pins for testing the corrugation of A, C, B, E are specified in this standard.
The adhesive strength test method procedures specified in the GB/T6548 + 2011 standard for adhesive strength test methods: a corrugated board sample of 100mm multiplied by 25mm is manufactured according to the standard, and a proper stripping frame is selected according to the flute shape. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method of the stripping frame for detecting the bonding strength of the E-shaped corrugated board. The peeling frame and the manufacturing method thereof are suitable for detecting the bonding strength of the E-shaped corrugated board by arranging the contact pin matched with the E-shaped corrugated board, not only can effectively ensure the strength and the deflection of the contact pin, but also can finely adjust the parallelism of the contact pin through the copper column. In addition, if the contact pin is bent and damaged, the copper column is only required to be punched out, and the damaged contact pin can be detached and replaced.
The defects in the invention are mainly as follows: firstly, because corrugated paper is affected by equipment and process of a specific manufacturer, the distance between corrugated holes is not uniform, sometimes, even the difference from the standard is larger, so that a contact pin is difficult to be correctly inserted into a corrugated paper sample; the pin is troublesome to disassemble when damaged, and the middle pin is difficult to knock out when damaged; after the pin inserting holes are used for a period of time, the pin inserting holes are easy to loosen and uneven in stress, and accuracy and precision are affected; and fourthly, the templates with different aperture sizes need to be replaced for different prismatic shapes, and more spare parts are troublesome to use.

After repeated tests and calculation, the diameter of the contact pin is set to be 1 mm; (3) if the sample is a double-layer E corrugated board, assuming that the upper-layer E corrugated board is detected, the specific detection steps are as follows, firstly connecting an upper contact pin fixing base 9 and an upper supporting piece 11 through a positioning hole and a positioning column, pushing a supporting slide block 10 into a slide rail of the upper supporting piece 11, inserting an upper contact pin 7 into a lower edge hole of the upper-layer E corrugated board, then embedding one end of the upper contact pin 7 into a groove of the supporting slide block 10, pushing a slide block 8 into the slide rail of the upper contact pin fixing base 9 after placement is finished, aligning a threaded end of the upper contact pin 7 with a threaded hole on the slide block 8, and screwing the threaded hole into the; (4) connecting a lower contact pin fixing base 1 and a lower support piece 5 through a positioning hole and a positioning column, inserting a lower contact pin 3 into an upper edge hole of an upper layer E corrugated board, placing a flat end of the lower contact pin 3 on the lower contact pin fixing base 1, placing the other round end on the lower support piece 5, wherein screw holes are formed in the lower contact pin fixing base 1 and the pressing plate 2, and a connecting screw rod 4 and a connecting nut 6 are connected through the screw holes and are used for fixing the lower contact pin 3; the lower supporting piece 5 and the upper supporting piece 11 form a frame-shaped structure, then pressure is applied to the upper supporting piece 11 and the lower supporting piece 5 simultaneously, the upper and lower inserting pins on the upper supporting piece 11 and the lower supporting piece 5 do up-and-down relative motion, the upper and lower corrugated holes of the E-shaped corrugated board are enlarged until the corrugated paper and the paperboard are separated, and finally the upper inserting pin 7 and the lower inserting pin 3 are pulled out, so that the next test can be carried out.
