Background
The harvested grains contain much water, the breeding and growth of microorganisms are easily caused by overhigh humidity, and if the grains are stacked without being dried in the sun, the grains are easy to mildew and deteriorate, so that the grains are not beneficial to storage. The water can be evaporated by airing, so that the grains are in a dormant state, the parasitic of the mould is prevented, and the grains are conveniently stored and eaten by people. At present, grains are aired by spreading the grains on the ground or a table top with sufficient sunlight, and when the grains are collected in sunset, the spread grains are swept into a pile and then bagged in times. Because the ground has more dust and impurities, the grains are inevitably doped with impurities such as sand and the like when being swept, and the eating of the grains in the future is influenced; the airing on the table top is often limited by the range of the table top and the position which can be irradiated by sunlight, and when the amount of grains is large, the grains cannot be aired fully; in rainy days, the grains are difficult to be quickly and timely collected, and the grains are easily wetted by rainwater to influence the airing effect.

So need not operating personnel and sweep cereal to the container in, convenient and fast can improve collection efficiency.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: according to the invention, the pull rings on the left side and the right side are taken down from the upper loop bar and sleeved on the lower loop bar by an operator, and the left side and the right side of the airing film are pulled upwards, so that grains can be concentrated in the middle of the airing film, the collection is convenient, and the operation is simple; the grains can quickly fall into the container through the soft film sleeve, so that the grain collecting device is convenient and quick, and can improve the collecting efficiency; the airing position can be adjusted according to the irradiation range of sunlight, so that grains can be aired fully; the grains can be quickly collected in rainy days, so that the grains are prevented from being wetted by rainwater; the invention can be folded and occupies small space.

When the direct irradiation of sunlight is lost in the area, an operator can move the grain airing device to a proper airing position to continue airing, so that grains can receive more sufficient sunlight. When the grain airing device is used for airing grains again, an operator twists the rotary rod 14 in the positive direction to push the second trapezoidal frame 9 to move rightwards to unfold the first airing frame 5, the second airing frame 6, the third airing frame 7 and the fourth airing frame 8.
After grains on the left side and the right side of the airing film 16 slide down along the arc-shaped slope and are concentrated in the middle of the airing film 16, an operator pulls the soft film sleeve 25 out to the outer side, places the container under the soft film sleeve 25, opens the iron plate 23 through the handle 24, and then the grains quickly fall into the container through the soft film sleeve 25. So need not operating personnel and sweep cereal to the container in, convenient and fast can improve collection efficiency.
