Abstract

A natural/warm air dual-purpose electric circulation fan includes a main body housing (10) and a base assembly (70) supporting the same, and a grill or mesh front cover (60). Within the fuselage housing, coaxially and sequentially from back to front, comprises: the motor (20), the wind-guiding ring (30), the heating element component (40) and the fan blade (50). The front part of the machine body shell is provided with an air duct (11), and the rear part of the machine body shell comprises a grid or mesh-shaped air inlet structure on the surrounding surface of the bottom surface and the normal periphery of the central axis. When the fan is operated, whether the fan is used as a natural wind power circulating fan or a fan heater, the radial direction and the axial direction of the rear of the fan blade can be used for air inlet from a grid or mesh-shaped machine body shell, so that sufficient air quantity is ensured. And because of the restriction of the air duct, a longer air supply distance can be realized. The electric circulation fan is used for selecting natural wind and warm wind, and the air output and the air supply distance of the natural wind circulation fan in the prior art are achieved under two working conditions, so that the service efficiency of equipment is greatly improved, and the situation that each piece of equipment is purchased to occupy a large space is avoided.

Natural wind/warm wind dual-purpose electric circulation fan
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a pumping device in which a working fluid is air, and more particularly, to an air conditioning fan provided with a heat generating medium and in which air is in direct contact with the heat generating medium, and more particularly, to a natural wind/warm wind dual-purpose electric circulation fan having a large intake area to increase a natural wind blowing amount.
Background
The prior art circulation fan, see fig. 4, is an electric circulation fan for blowing natural wind, which is provided with axial flow fan blades, and an annular air duct is arranged at the periphery of the radial front part of the fan blades, or a part of a cylindrical shell is used as the air duct. When the fan blade runs, the rear part of the fan blade radially and axially enters the air from the grille or the meshed machine body shell, so that sufficient air quantity is ensured, and a longer air supply distance can be realized due to the restriction of the air duct.
The prior art also has a fan heater, see fig. 5, which is an electric circulation fan for blowing a heating air flow, and is also provided with an axial flow fan blade, a heating component is arranged at the axial rear of the fan blade, and an air duct is arranged at the radial periphery of the fan blade and the heating component, or a part of a cylindrical shell of the fan body is used as the air duct, namely, the fan blade and the air duct are both wrapped in the same fan body shell. When the air conditioner operates, natural air is sucked from the rear part of the machine body shell corresponding to the grid or mesh at the axial rear part of the air duct, so that the sufficient air quantity for heat dissipation of the heating component is ensured, but indexes such as air quantity, air supply distance and the like are far lower than those of the natural wind power circulating fan with the fan blades with the same diameter, and therefore, the air conditioner is not suitable for being used as a common natural wind power circulating fan.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem that the defects of the prior art are avoided to provide the natural wind/warm wind dual-purpose electric circulating fan, which can be used as a circulating fan for blowing out natural wind or used as a heater for blowing hot wind. When the fan is used as a circulating fan for blowing natural wind, sufficient air quantity and air supply distance are ensured, and when the fan is used as a fan heater, satisfactory heat dissipation effect is still ensured.
The invention solves the technical problems by adopting the technical proposal that the natural wind/warm wind two-purpose electric circulating fan comprises a machine body shell, a base component for supporting the machine body shell, and a grille or a netlike front cover arranged at the forefront part of the machine body shell;
within the fuselage housing, coaxially and sequentially from back to front, comprises: the motor, the air guide ring, the heating element component and the fan blade;
the front part of the machine body shell is an air duct which is a part of the machine body shell, and can also be an independent component which is assembled and fixed on the front part of the machine body shell; the rear part of the machine body shell comprises a grid or mesh-shaped air inlet structure on the bottom surface and the surrounding surface of the normal periphery of the central axis;
the motor is fixedly arranged at the rearmost part of the inside of the machine body shell, the fan blades are axial flow fan blades and are fixedly arranged on the shaft extension of the motor, the heating element assembly is arranged between the motor and the fan blades, and the air guide ring is arranged at the radial periphery of the heating element assembly.
The base component is not only used for supporting the machine body shell, but also can adjust the depression/elevation angle of the air outlet of the machine body shell at any time, and also controls the operation of the motor, displays the operation state of the motor and the position where the swing mechanism is arranged. The wind guide ring is a hollow truncated cone shell, the caliber of the wind guide ring is small at the front and large at the back, and the annular wall is in a furling trend and has a certain taper when seen from the central axis of the wind guide ring to the wind outlet direction. The angle range of the inclined line on the annular wall of the air guide ring intersecting with the central axis of the inclined line is 10 degrees or more and less than or equal to 80 degrees or less.
The heating element assembly comprises a supporting frame and a metal heating wire wound on the insulating framework, the heating element assembly is coaxially and fixedly arranged in the air guide ring by means of the supporting frame, and the shaft of the motor extends to penetrate through the central part of the insulating framework.
When the electric circulation fan operates, referring to fig. 6, the rear of the fan blade radially and axially passes through the grid or mesh air inlet on the machine body shell, wherein the air inlet from the axial direction must flow through the surface of the metal heating wire of the heating body component under the restriction action of the air guide ring, and if the fan is operated under the working condition of the fan heater, the air inlet from the axial direction is forcedly heated to be warm air to be blown out.
Compared with the prior art, the electric circulating fan has the beneficial effects that when the electric circulating fan is operated, the electric circulating fan is used as a natural wind power circulating fan or a fan heater, and the radial direction and the axial direction of the rear part of the fan blade are both used for air inlet from a grid or mesh-shaped machine body shell, so that sufficient air quantity is ensured. And because of the restriction of the air duct, a longer air supply distance can be realized. The electric circulation fan is used for selecting natural wind and warm wind, and the air output and the air supply distance of the natural wind circulation fan in the prior art are achieved under two working conditions, so that the service efficiency of equipment is greatly improved, and the situation that a large space is occupied by purchasing one piece of equipment of natural wind and warm wind is avoided.

Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the natural wind/warm wind dual-purpose electric circulation fan of the present invention includes a body housing 10 and a base assembly 70 supporting the body housing, and a grill or mesh-shaped front cover 60 installed at the forefront of the body housing;
within the fuselage housing 10, coaxially and sequentially from the back to the front, are: the motor 20, the air guide ring 30, the heating element assembly 40 and the fan blade 50;
the front part of the body shell 10 is provided with an air duct 11 which is a part of the body shell, and can also be a separate component 80 which is assembled and fixed on the front part of the body shell 10; the rear part of the machine body shell comprises a grid or mesh-shaped air inlet structure on the bottom surface and the surrounding surface of the normal periphery of the central axis;
the motor 20 is fixedly arranged at the rearmost part of the inside of the body shell 10, the fan blades 50 are axial flow fan blades, the fan blades are fixedly arranged on the shaft extension of the motor 20, the heating element assembly 40 is arranged between the motor 20 and the fan blades 50, and the air guide ring 30 is arranged at the radial periphery of the heating element assembly 40.
The base assembly 70 is not only used for supporting the body housing 10, but also can adjust the depression/elevation angle of the air outlet of the body housing at any time, and also controls the operation of the motor 20, displays the operation state thereof and positions where the swing mechanism is installed. These are all prior art and are not described in detail herein.
The air guide ring 30 is a hollow truncated cone casing, the caliber of which is small at the front and large at the back, and the annular wall is in a folding trend and has a certain taper when seen from the central axis of the air guide ring to the air outlet direction. the motor (20) is fixedly arranged at the rearmost part of the interior of the machine body shell (10), the fan blades (50) are axial flow fan blades, the fan blades are fixedly arranged on the shaft extension of the motor (20), the heating element assembly (40) is arranged between the motor (20) and the fan blades (50), and the air guide ring (30) is arranged at the radial periphery of the heating element assembly (40);
