本发明涉及建筑物五金附件领域,特别公开了一种智能系统窗。该智能系统窗,包括框型材和扇形材,其特征在于:所述扇形材的开启侧安装有连接框型材的执手及传动系统,扇形材内安装有电控调光玻璃和光传感器控制系统,电控调光玻璃由前玻璃、后玻璃以及安装在前玻璃上的调光膜系统组成,前玻璃和后玻璃之间中空,且中空空间内安装有连接光传感器控制系统的电动百叶窗帘系统;执手及传动系统包括执手,执手在连接扇形材的一端上安装有电磁感应板系统。本发明结构简单,设计合理,执手包括电磁感应系统,提高防盗性能;电控调光玻璃上安装调光膜系统达到智能调光的目的;电动百叶窗帘系统的设置达到防晒的目的。

(一)技术领域
本发明涉及建筑物五金附件领域,特别涉及一种智能系统窗。
(二)背景技术
随着生活质量的不断提高,人们对住宅质量与性能有了明确要求,建筑门窗的节能性能、安全性能、隔音降噪、防晒、舒适度、耐用度等越来越多的受到重视,在购买建筑门窗产品时除了注重门窗及五金的质量外,更注重门窗的是否智能、安全、舒适等综合性能。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种集安全、防晒及智能调光为一体的智能系统窗。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:
一种智能系统窗,包括框型材和扇形材,其特征在于:所述扇形材的开启侧安装有连接框型材的执手及传动系统,扇形材内安装有电控调光玻璃和光传感器控制系统,电控调光玻璃由前玻璃、后玻璃以及安装在前玻璃上的调光膜系统组成,前玻璃和后玻璃之间中空,且中空空间内安装有连接光传感器控制系统的电动百叶窗帘系统;执手及传动系统包括执手,执手在连接扇形材的一端上安装有电磁感应板系统。
本发明通过在执手上安装电磁感应板系统实现对扇形材的开关监控,通过调光膜系统的设置实现电控调光玻璃的功能实现,通过电动百叶窗帘系统的设置,实现光传感器控制系统的调控作用,最终得到安全、防晒、智能调光的系统窗。
本发明的更优技术方案为:
所述电磁感应板系统通过前保护盖和后保护盖扣合包覆,实现电磁感应板系统的安装和日常防护。
所述扇形材的固定侧通过上铰链和下铰链连接框型材,实现扇形材和框型材的配合安装。
所述电磁感应板系统内设置有报警系统,电磁感应板系统采用电磁原理,与执手及传动机构配合,当窗扇所辖范围内发生不当侵入时,触发系统中报警系统,起到防盗作用。
所述调光膜系统内设置有亮度控制系统,调光膜系统配合亮度控制系统,可根据实际需要输入程序变换调光膜所能显示的内容。
所述光传感器控制系统安装在前玻璃的外侧面上,通过对周围环境光亮度的感应,调节电动百叶窗帘系统,控制窗帘卷起的高度和百叶旋转的角度。
本发明结构简单,设计合理,执手包括电磁感应系统,若有非法入侵行为发生时会触发报警,提高防盗性能;电控调光玻璃上的调光膜系统可根据实际需要调节玻璃亮度,达到智能调光的目的;电动百叶窗帘系统根据光传感器控制系统感知环境光亮度控制百叶的生气或落下,达到防晒的目的。

(五)具体实施方式
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括框型材1和扇形材2,所述扇形材2的开启侧安装有连接框型材1的执手及传动系统5,扇形材2内安装有电控调光玻璃4和光传感器控制系统301,电控调光玻璃4由前玻璃401、后玻璃402以及安装在前玻璃401上的调光膜系统403组成,前玻璃401和后玻璃402之间中空,且中空空间内安装有连接光传感器控制系统301的电动百叶窗帘系统3;执手及传动系统5包括执手501,执手501在连接扇形材2的一端上安装有电磁感应板系统503。
如附图1和附图3所示,本发明包括框型材1以及通过上铰链7和下铰链6连接的扇型材2,扇型材2上安装有执手及传动系统5,通过操作执手及传动系统5实现扇型材2的开启和关闭,当窗扇范围内发生不当侵入时,触发与执手及传动系统5连接的电磁感应系统503的报警系统,起到防盗作用,前保护盖502以及后保护盖504为保护电磁感应板系统503配套使用。
根据附图3所示,所述的电控调光玻璃4由前玻璃401和后玻璃402以及安装在前玻璃401之上的调光膜系统403组成,调光膜系统403可以通过操作系统中的亮度控制部分根据实际情况调节前玻璃401的亮度,起到调光的作用。电动百叶窗帘系统3安装在前玻璃401和后玻璃403之间,可以通过光传感器控制系统301感知环境光亮度调节电动百叶窗帘系统3的开启和关闭或者百叶的角度,实现遮阳的作用。
除说明书所述技术特征外,其余技术特征均为本领域技术人员已知技术。

1.一种智能系统窗,包括框型材(1)和扇形材(2),其特征在于:所述扇形材(2)的开启侧安装有连接框型材(1)的执手及传动系统(5),扇形材(2)内安装有电控调光玻璃(4)和光传感器控制系统(301),电控调光玻璃(4)由前玻璃(401)、后玻璃(401)以及安装在前玻璃(401)上的调光膜系统(403)组成,前玻璃(401)和后玻璃(402)之间中空,且中空空间内安装有连接光传感器控制系统(301)的电动百叶窗帘系统(3);执手及传动系统(5)包括执手(501),执手(501)在连接扇形材(2)的一端上安装有电磁感应板系统(503)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的智能系统窗,其特征在于:所述电磁感应板系统(503)通过前保护盖(502)和后保护盖(504)扣合包覆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的智能系统窗,其特征在于:所述扇形材(2)的固定侧通过上铰链(7)和下铰链(6)连接框型材(1)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的智能系统窗,其特征在于:所述电磁感应板系统(503)内设置有报警系统。
5.根据权利要求1所述的智能系统窗,其特征在于:所述调光膜系统(403)内设置有亮度控制系统。
6.根据权利要求1所述的智能系统窗,其特征在于:所述光传感器控制系统(301)安装在前玻璃(401)的外侧面上。
