As an embodiment of the invention, one side of the punching steel needle 9 is provided with a friction roller 44; the friction roller 44 is rotatably connected to the inner wall of the rolling drum 4 through a mounting seat, the surface of the friction roller 44 is in contact with the surface of the punching steel needle 9, and one end of a connecting rod 45 is hinged to the side wall of the friction roller 44; the other end of the connecting rod 45 is hinged with the end of the piston rod 46; the piston rod 46 is slidably arranged in the piston cylinder 47, and a spring is arranged between the end part of the piston rod 46 and the inner wall of the piston cylinder 47; the piston cylinder 47 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the rolling roller 4 through a mounting seat, and the other end of the piston cylinder 47 is connected with a first check valve 48 and a second check valve 49; the first check valve 48 is communicated with the annular air bag 43 through an air pipe; the annular air bag 43 is connected with a pressure valve 40 through an air pipe; when the punching machine works, the punching steel needle 9 moves after being impacted, the punching steel needle 9 drives the friction roller 44 to rotate, the friction roller 44 pushes the piston rod 46 through the connecting rod 45 to compress air in the piston cylinder 47, the compressed air sequentially passes through the one-way valve 48 and the air pipe and finally enters the annular air bag 43, so that the pressure intensity in the annular air bag 43 is increased, the pressure intensity in the annular air bag 43 is continuously increased along with the continuous reciprocating rotation of the friction roller 44, when the pressure intensity reaches the rated pressure of the pressure valve 40, the pressure valve 40 is opened, so that the pressure intensity in the annular air bag 43 is ensured to be constant, the protection cylinder 42 has enough strength, meanwhile, when the protection cylinder 42 is impacted strongly, the protection cylinder 42 extrudes the annular air bag 43, so that the pressure intensity in the annular air bag 43 is increased, the pressure valve 40 is opened, and the pressure in the annular air bag 43 is reduced, the effect of enabling the protection cylinder 42 to have vibration damping is achieved; subsequently, the rotation of the friction roller 44 supplements the compressed gas into the annular air bag 43, so that the pressure in the annular air bag 43 is kept constant, and the leveling effect of the protection cylinder 42 on the road surface is further ensured.
During operation, the grinding roller 4 is fixed by being installed through the matching of the gear shaft 2 and the driven gear 3, and simultaneously rotates around the fixed shaft 5, so that the punching steel needle 9 heated by the heating coil is driven to rotate, the punching steel needle 9 heated on the grinding roller 4 punches a damaged road surface, when impact force is transmitted to the punching steel needle 9, the punching steel needle 9 extrudes the arc-shaped elastic sheet 81, after the arc-shaped elastic sheet 81 is compressed, compressed air in the first cavity 82 is discharged through the first through hole 811, and the discharged compressed air enters the first mounting hole 921 from the second through hole 911, so that the needle point 91 is pushed, a part of impact force is offset, the impact force on the transmission shaft 7 is reduced, and the service life of the transmission shaft 7 is prolonged; the punching steel needles 9 heat the road surface simultaneously, when the road surface is heated to be capable of deforming, the controller controls the clutch 6 to be closed, the clutch 6 is disconnected after the closing moment, the clutch 6 is closed to stop rotating the transmission shaft 7, so that the flower-shaped cam 8 and the rolling roller 4 rotate relatively, the surface of the flower-shaped cam 8 and the round head end of the punching steel needle 9 slide relatively, the punching steel needle 9 contracts under the action of the spring force, the rolling roller 4 continues to rotate, so that the softened road surface is rolled, the road surface is leveled, the road surface is repaired quickly, and the smooth of the expressway is guaranteed; the punching steel needle 9 moves after being impacted, the punching steel needle 9 drives the friction roller 44 to rotate, the friction roller 44 pushes the piston rod 46 through the connecting rod 45 to compress the air in the piston cylinder 47, the compressed air sequentially passes through the one-way valve 48 and the air pipe and finally enters the annular air bag 43, thereby realizing the increase of the pressure in the annular air bag 43, the pressure in the annular air bag 43 is increased along with the continuous reciprocating rotation of the friction roller 44, when the pressure reaches the rated pressure of the pressure valve 40, the pressure valve 40 is opened, thereby ensuring that the pressure in the annular bladder 43 is constant, so that the protection cylinder 42 has sufficient strength, meanwhile, when the protection cylinder 42 is strongly struck, the protection cylinder 42 presses the annular bladder 43, so that the pressure inside the annular bladder 43 is increased, then the pressure valve 40 is opened, the pressure in the annular air bag 43 is reduced, and the effect of damping vibration of the protection cylinder 42 is achieved; subsequently, the rotation of the friction roller 44 supplements the compressed gas into the annular air bag 43, so that the pressure in the annular air bag 43 is kept constant, and the leveling effect of the protection cylinder 42 on the road surface is further ensured.
