本发明公开了一种绿色环保型清洁剂,它所含的成分重量比为:椰子油提取物5‑8%,橄榄油10‑16%,芦荟4‑7%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠11‑17%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1‑5%,食用香精6‑12%,甘氨酸2‑6%,茶皂素8‑10%,氯化钠3‑7%,去离子水余量,然后通过中和、煮沸及滴加搅拌的方法制得。该果蔬清洁剂方便易得,使用不伤手,而且环保无污染。

本发明创造涉及一种日用化工产品技术领域,特别是涉及一种通用的绿色环保型清洁剂。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,越来越多的追求水果和蔬菜的新鲜度,果农和菜农为了满足消费者对果蔬的要求,追求最大的经济利益,会想方设法的保持果蔬的新鲜度,比如浸泡在某些溶液里,喷洒某些保鲜剂。在种植过程中,为了提高产量,防止鸟虫的侵蚀,缩短生长过程,也会对果蔬喷洒某些农药,这些都会积淀在果蔬中,人们在食用时,若果不能很好的进行清洗,这些东西都会进入人体内,长期下去会严重地损害人类的健康,因此果蔬要食用前要进行彻底的清洗。
现存较多的果蔬清洗剂都含有表面活性剂等,虽然能较好地清洗果蔬,但是清洗完的废水会对环境造成污染。
发明内容
本发明创造要解决的问题是现有清洗剂不能零污染地清洗掉水果和蔬菜表面残余的农药及各种试剂,提出一种绿色环保型清洁剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明创造采用的技术方案是:一种绿色环保型清洁剂,它所含的成分重量比为椰子油提取物5-8%,橄榄油10-16%,芦荟4-7%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠11-17%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱1-5%,食用香精6-12%,甘氨酸2-6%,茶皂素8-10%,氯化钠3-7%,去离子水余量。
一种绿色环保型清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)依次往去离子水中投入氯化钠、甘氨酸和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,进行中和;
2)加入椰子油提取物、橄榄油、芦荟,煮沸;
3)冷却后,往溶液中加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、茶皂素,搅拌均匀;
4)滴入适量的食用香精,即可。
本发明创造具有的优点和积极效果是:该绿色环保型清洁剂中所有成分均为植物或动物提取物,不含有较多的化学试剂,同时不含有表面活性剂,不会对环境造成污染,且含有的均为油脂类物质,根据相似相容原理,农药可以很好地溶解在清洗剂里。同时,清洗剂里含有芦荟等,长期使用也不用担心会对手部造成伤害,相反可以很好地滋润手部。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种绿色环保型清洁剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
