Abstract

本发明公开了一种混合汽油,按重量百分数计由以下组分组成:汽油70%~90%、乙醇7%~25%、正已醇0.3%~0.8%、正辛醇0.7%~1.2%、正戊醇、0.05%~0.2%、环已醇0.02%~0.08%、异辛醇0.24%~0.7%、桉叶油0.8%~3%。本发明使汽车在较低温度下能更易启动,其中乙醇易充分燃烧,且长期使用有利于发动机的养护。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种燃料,特别是涉及一种混合汽油。
背景技术
能源紧缺是现在社会进步的重要阻碍之一,其中以化石能源的紧缺尤为突出。目前,大部分国家都在研究生物质能源,被认为是解决化石能源供不应求的有效途径之一。适用于汽车的纯汽油替代品主要有醇类、二甲醚、天然气合成油等,最常用的是乙醇汽油。但乙醇汽油也存在一定缺陷,如成本高、动力不足导致的油耗增加等,但最严重的问题是:①乙醇汽油的使用温度范围不够宽,温度较低时,特别是北方地区冬季,发动机冷启动困难;②对发动机产生液膜(燃料不能完全蒸发而粘附在进气管壁上的现象),导致发动机功率下降;③乙醇不完全燃烧时产生的乙醛含量较高。
因此本领域技术人员致力于开发一种使用温度范围宽、能保持发动机功率良好,且能促进乙醇完全燃烧的节能、环保混合汽油。
发明内容
有鉴于现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种使用温度范围宽、能保持发动机功率良好,且能促进乙醇完全燃烧的节能、环保混合汽油。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种混合汽油,按重量百分数计由以下组分组成:
较优的,所述汽油为92#或98#汽油中的一种或组合。
较优的,所述乙醇含水量的体积分数不超过0.03%。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明使汽车在较低温度下能更易启动,其中乙醇易充分燃烧,能耗更高,且长期使用有利于发动机的养护。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
以下实施例中,除各原料组分选取的比例不同,制备方法均包括以下步骤:
1)将汽油与乙醇混合均匀,待用;
2)将正已醇、正辛醇、正戊醇、环已醇、异辛醇、桉叶油混合均匀后加入汽油与乙醇的混合液中,搅拌混合均匀即可。
以下实施例中,乙醇含水量的体积分数均不超过0.03%。
实施例1至5中,各组分重量构成如下(表1):

将实施例1至实施例5所制得的混合汽油进行相分离实验,得到相分离的温度见表2:

通过以上实验结果可知,本发明制得的混合汽油相分离温度非常低,已远超过国家标准,不会导致低温环境下油水分层,从而对燃料的整体使用性能造成不良影响。
同时,对实施例1至实施例5与现有汽油进行油耗试验,使用同一车辆,不同油品试验后均深度清洁油箱及管道,并排除前50公里数据。得百公里耗油量见如下结果,见表3:

实验结果表明,相比与常规汽油,本发明燃料燃烧更充分,能耗更高,更加节能。
