本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀复合金属板,包括金属框架和金属板基体层,所述金属板基体层由碳钢板材和耐腐蚀合金板复合形成,所述碳钢板材和耐腐蚀合金板相互背离的一面分别涂覆耐腐蚀层,所述耐腐蚀层为石墨烯水性涂料层;所述金属框架包覆在金属板基体层周围。本发明提供的耐腐蚀复合金属板,采用碳钢板材和耐腐蚀合金板作为金属板基体,具有优异的力学性能;表面石墨烯水性涂料具备良好的防腐蚀性能,同时增强了金属板基体的刚性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐腐蚀复合金属板,属于金属制品技术领域。
背景技术
油腔、地下管道、水下设施等,由于长期与腐蚀性物质接触,对耐海水、耐原油、耐腐蚀、防锈等性能提出了较高的要求,传统单一的防腐技术和材料很难满足一些具有强腐蚀介质环境的要求。因此需设计出更耐腐蚀的复合金属板以满足市场需求。
发明内容
目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,本发明提供一种耐腐蚀复合金属板。
技术方案:为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种耐腐蚀复合金属板,包括金属框架和金属基体层,所述金属板基体层由碳钢板材和耐腐蚀合金板复合形成,所述碳钢板材和耐腐蚀合金板相互背离的一面分别涂覆耐腐蚀层;所述金属框架包覆在金属板基体层周围。
进一步地,所述金属框架由四根条状金属板材拼接组成。
进一步地,所述条状金属板材内侧面设有凹槽,所述凹槽的高度等于金属板基体层的厚度。
进一步地,所述耐腐蚀层为石墨烯水性涂料层。
进一步地,所述碳钢板材与耐腐蚀合金板采用热轧工艺结合在一起。
进一步地,所述金属框架与金属板基体层接触缝隙内填充防腐蚀涂料。
进一步地,所述防腐蚀涂料为石墨烯水性涂料。
有益效果:本发明提供的耐腐蚀复合金属板,采用碳钢板材和耐腐蚀合金板作为金属板基体,具有优异的力学性能;表面石墨烯水性涂料具备良好的防腐蚀性能,同时增强了金属板基体的刚性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
如图1所示,一种耐腐蚀复合金属板,包括金属框架1和金属板基体层,所述金属板基体层由碳钢板材21和耐腐蚀合金板22复合形成,所述碳钢板材21和耐腐蚀合金板22相互背离的一面分别涂覆耐腐蚀层3;所述耐腐蚀层3为石墨烯水性涂料层,所述碳钢板材21与耐腐蚀合金板22采用热轧工艺结合在一起。
所述金属框架1包覆在金属板基体层周围;如图3所示,所述金属框架1由四根条状金属板材拼接组成。如图2所示,条状金属板材内侧面设有凹槽11,所述凹槽11的高度等于金属板基体层的厚度,金属板基体层刚好可以嵌入凹槽内。
所述金属框架1与金属板基体层接触缝隙内填充防腐蚀涂料;所述防腐蚀涂料为石墨烯水性涂料。

1.一种耐腐蚀复合金属板,其特征在于:包括金属框架和金属板基体层,所述金属板基体层由碳钢板材和耐腐蚀合金板复合形成,所述碳钢板材和耐腐蚀合金板相互背离的一面分别涂覆耐腐蚀层;所述金属框架包覆在金属板基体层周围。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀复合金属板,其特征在于:所述金属框架由四根条状金属板材拼接组成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的耐腐蚀复合金属板,其特征在于:所述条状金属板材内侧面设有凹槽,所述凹槽的高度等于金属板基体层的厚度。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀复合金属板,其特征在于:所述耐腐蚀层为石墨烯水性涂料层。
5.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀复合金属板,其特征在于:所述碳钢板材与耐腐蚀合金板采用热轧工艺结合在一起。
6.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀复合金属板,其特征在于:所述金属框架与金属板基体层接触缝隙内填充防腐蚀涂料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的耐腐蚀复合金属板,其特征在于:所述防腐蚀涂料为石墨烯水性涂料。
