Abstract
The invention discloses a self-help dressing change clothes for back dressing change, which comprises a front part clothes piece, a back part clothes piece, a medicine cloth fixing device, a bandage sleeve buckle and an elastic bandage; the front part and the back part are connected at the shoulder line to form a clothes body which can be worn from the neckline; the midline of the two sides of the clothing body is connected with the sleeve seam of the clothing body through the clothing piece connecting device; the medicine cloth fixing device is arranged in the rear piece; the bandage sleeve buckles are arranged on the front piece surface and the rear piece surface; the medicine cloth fixing device is an embedded bag and/or an elastic pressing line; the invention is convenient for patients to independently put on and take off under the condition of unattended operation; the two modes of fixing the medicine cloth of the embedded bag and the elastic line pressing are provided, and the medicine bag is convenient and flexible. The bandage sleeve buckle provides two modes of fixing the bandage in a transverse direction and an oblique direction, and supports waist-surrounding and shoulder-surrounding binding. The invention relates to medical supplies, in particular to a self-help dressing change clothes for back dressing change.
Background
At present, hospitals are fully ill, medical staff operate in overload for a long time, the cost of manual care is objectively increased, and patients feel pressure. Under the pressure of high hospitalization costs, some patients with lighter or gradually healed conditions have selected home self-care. The work often done in self-care is to change the dressing itself, such as for dermatological patients, with frequent dressing changes. Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples in conjunction with the accompanying drawings: the self-help dressing change clothes for back dressing change as shown in fig. 1 to 14 comprise a front part clothes piece 1, a back part clothes piece 2, a medicine cloth fixing device 3, a bandage sleeve buckle 4 and an elastic bandage 5; the structural layout of the parts can be seen from fig. 1.
The front part garment piece 1 and the back part garment piece 2 comprise sleeve-carrying pieces 15, and the front part garment piece 1 and the back part garment piece 2 are connected at shoulder lines to form a garment body which can be worn from a neckline; it can be seen from fig. 2 and 3 that the front cut piece 1 and the rear cut piece 2 are connected at the shoulder line to form a garment body that can be worn from the neckline, which enables the patient to put on and take off himself without care. The joints at the two sides of the garment body are connected through a garment piece connecting device 16 arranged at the front garment piece 1 and the rear garment piece 2, and the sleeve joints of the garment body are connected through garment piece connecting devices 16 arranged at the front end and the rear end of the sleeve piece 15; the front garment piece 1 is provided with a front piece surface 6 and a front piece inner 7 according to the exterior and the interior, and the back garment piece 2 is provided with a back piece surface 8 and a back piece inner 9 according to the exterior and the interior; fig. 2 shows the lining structure of the front cut panel 1 and the back cut panel 2; fig. 3 shows the outer appearance of the front panel 1 and the rear panel 2.

The medicine cloth fixing device 3 is an embedded bag 11; the embedded bag 11 is a rectangular bag body with the side length of 6-16 cm; the embedded bags 11 are each a unit and are provided with a plurality of embedded bags which are arranged vertically and horizontally in sequence; the front surface of the embedded bag 11 is provided with square open-mouths 12, the medicine cloth 10 is embedded in the open-mouths 12, and four sides of the medicine cloth 10 are embedded in the four sides of the embedded bag 11. The structure of the insert pocket 11 can be seen in fig. 5, and the medicine cloth 10 is inserted into the open-faced opening 12, and four sides of the medicine cloth 10 are inserted into the four sides of the insert pocket 11, which is used for inserting the medicine cloth with smaller area, is stable and is not easy to loose in fig. 6; it can also be seen from the figure that the embedded bags 11 are each a unit provided with a plurality of units arranged in a longitudinal and transverse order.
The medicine cloth fixing device 3 is provided with four elastic pressing lines 13 which are arranged in a group and are in a diamond shape; the end of each elastic pressing line 13 is fixed on the back sheet 9, and four elastic pressing lines 13 are used for pressing and fixing four corners of the medicine cloth 10; each group of elastic pressing lines 13 is a unit, and is provided with a plurality of groups which are arranged vertically and horizontally in sequence. As can be seen in fig. 5, the elastic pressing lines 13 are arranged in groups of four and are arranged in a diamond shape, and each group is a unit; this way, a unit can be used for pressing and fixing a large area of cloth, and as can be seen in fig. 7, four corner units of a large piece of cloth 10 are fixed under four elastic pressing lines 13.
The medicine cloth fixing device 3 is combined with the embedded bag 11 in a vertically overlapped way through an elastic pressing line 13. The embodiment of fig. 5 shows the combination of the elastic pressing line 13 and the embedded bag 11 one above the other.
The bandage sleeve buckles 4 are provided with a plurality of bandage sleeves and are arranged on the front piece watch 6 and the rear piece watch 8 and used for fixing the elastic bandage 5 through the snare.

In the embodiment of fig. 10, the elastic bandage 5 is passed through a vertically arranged bandage sleeve 4, which can be seen in fig. 11, in a manner for horizontal encircling of the body; in the embodiment of fig. 12 and 13, a single or two elastic bandages 5 pass through the obliquely arranged bandage sleeve fastener 4, and the mode is used for fixing the oblique bandages, so that the oblique binding mode such as shoulder winding and the like is convenient, and the elastic bandages 5 are obliquely bound around the shoulder as shown in fig. 1. In the embodiment of fig. 14, a plurality of buttons and buttonholes are provided at both ends of the elastic bandage 5 for fastening connection.
The front garment piece 1 and the back garment piece 2 are made of gauze. The gauze has the characteristics of ventilation, economy, elasticity, convenient putting on and taking off, convenient washing and repeated use.
