The invention discloses a method for orderly charging based on equipment types, which comprises the following steps: obtaining sensor data from at least one sensor in communication with a charging station; determining device information for each of one or more chargeable devices within a charging range of the charging station based on the sensor data, the determined device information for each of the one or more chargeable devices including one or more of: device type, location information or timing information; and controlling a charging operation of the charging station to charge the one or more chargeable devices based at least in part on the device information of each of the one or more chargeable devices within the charging range of the charging station.

The method of, wherein controlling the charging operation comprises:
selecting one or more charging interfaces from a plurality of available charging interfaces of a charging station based on the determined device information; and
indicating the selected one or more charging interfaces.
The method of (a), wherein the plurality of available charging interfaces comprises: a plurality of charging coils configured to wirelessly transmit power to a chargeable device; and a plurality of interface ports for receiving a charging cable connectable to other chargeable devices;
wherein selecting one or more charging interfaces comprises:
selecting an available one of the plurality of interface ports for the first chargeable device determined to be configured with a charging input port; and
selecting an available one of the plurality of charging coils for the second chargeable device determined to be configured for wireless charging.
The method further comprises the following steps:
determining completion of a charging operation of the first device by one or more chargeable devices charged by the charging station; and
in response to completion of the charging operation, a notification is provided to a user of the first device to complete the charging operation.
The method of, wherein providing the notification comprises:
the method further includes sending a wireless communication message to a second device associated with a user of the first device, wherein the data indicates completion of a charging operation of the first chargeable device.
The method of (a), wherein the second device associated with the user of the first device comprises a wearable wireless device.
The method of, wherein providing the notification comprises:
a visual indication is provided that the charging operation is completed at a location on the charging station proximate to the first location determined for the first device.
The method of (a), wherein obtaining sensor data comprises:
obtaining image data using at least one light capture device located in a vicinity of a charging station for a scene corresponding to a user accessing an area in the vicinity of the charging station;
and wherein determining device information based on the sensor data comprises identifying, from the image data of the scene, at least one chargeable device object present in the image data that corresponds to at least one of the one or more chargeable devices, and determining a related device type and location estimate for the identified at least one chargeable device.
The method of (a), wherein obtaining sensor data comprises:
the device information is obtained using at least one RF transceiver of the charging station configured to transmit wireless communications to wireless devices in the vicinity of the charging station and receive wireless reply communications from the wireless devices in the vicinity. The method of, wherein controlling the charging operation comprises:
selecting one or more charging interfaces from a plurality of available charging interfaces of a charging station based on the determined device information; and indicating the selected one or more charging interfaces.
The method of (a), wherein the plurality of available charging interfaces comprises: a plurality of charging coils configured to wirelessly transmit power to a chargeable device; and a plurality of interface ports for receiving a charging cable connectable to other chargeable devices; wherein selecting one or more charging interfaces comprises:

displacing one of the plurality of movable charging coils to a coil position in the charging station proximate to the determined relative position of the first chargeable device and the one or more chargeable devices.
The method, wherein configuring the charging circuit of the charging station comprises:
one of a plurality of charging coils disposed in a charging station is activated to perform a wireless charging operation on a first chargeable device.
Example two:
a system for ordered charging based on device type, comprising:
one or more energy storage devices;
at least one inductive coil coupled to the one or more energy storage devices, the at least one coil configured to inductively charge at least one inductively chargeable device;
at least one wired charging port coupled to the one or more energy storage devices, the at least one charging port configured to charge at least one wired chargeable device;
at least one sensor for obtaining sensor data relating to one or more chargeable devices within a charging range of a charging system; and
a controller coupled to the one or more energy storage devices, the at least one induction coil, the at least one charging port, and the at least one sensor, the controller configured to:
determining device information for each of the one or more chargeable devices based on the sensor data, the determined device information for each of the one or more chargeable devices comprising one or more of: device type, location information or timing information; and
the charging operation of the charging system is controlled to charge the one or more chargeable devices based at least in part on the device information for each of the one or more chargeable devices within a charging range of the charging system.
The charging system of, wherein the controller configured to control the charging operation is configured to:
selecting one or more charging interfaces of a charging station from a plurality of available charging interfaces including at least one charging coil and at least one wired charging port based on the determined device information, comprising:
selecting an available one of the at least one wired charging port for the first chargeable device determined to be configured with a charging input port; and
selecting an available one of the at least one charging coil for the second chargeable device, the second chargeable device determined to be configured to wirelessly charge; and
indicating the selected one or more charging interfaces.
The charging system of (a), wherein the at least one sensor comprises at least one light capture device located proximate to the charging system configured to obtain image data of a scene corresponding to an area proximate to the charging system through which the scene passes. A user accesses the charging system;
and wherein the controller configured to determine the device information is configured to identify, from the image data of the scene, at least one chargeable device object appearing in the image data, the chargeable device object corresponding to at least one of the one or more chargeable devices, and determine a related device type and location estimate for the identified at least one chargeable device.
The charging system of claim, wherein the at least one sensor comprises at least one RF transceiver configured to transmit wireless communications to wireless devices in the vicinity of the charging station and receive wireless reply communications from the wireless devices in the vicinity. A radio station;
and wherein the controller configured to determine device information is configured to determine device type information and corresponding location estimates corresponding to some wireless devices in the vicinity of the charging station from the received wireless reply communication.
The charging system of, wherein the controller configured to control the charging operation of the charging system is configured to:

determining device information for each of one or more chargeable devices within a charging range of the charging station based on the sensor data, the determined device information for each of the one or more chargeable devices including one or more of: device type, location information or timing information; and
controlling a charging operation of the charging station to charge one or more chargeable devices based at least in part on the device information of each of the one or more chargeable devices within a charging range of the charging station;

determining completion of a charging operation of the first device by one or more chargeable devices charged by the charging station; and in response to completion of the charging operation, providing a notification to a user of the first device of completion of the charging operation;
wherein providing notification of completion of the charging operation comprises:
transmitting a wireless communication message to a second device associated with a user of the first device, wherein the data indicates completion of a charging operation of the first chargeable device;
wherein the second device associated with the user of the first device comprises a wearable wireless device;
wherein providing notification of completion of the charging operation comprises:
providing a visual indication that the charging operation is completed at a location on the charging station proximate to the first location determined for the first device;
wherein obtaining sensor data comprises:
obtaining image data using at least one light capture device located in a vicinity of a charging station for a scene corresponding to a user accessing an area in the vicinity of the charging station;
and wherein determining device information based on the sensor data comprises identifying, from the image data of the scene, at least one chargeable device object appearing in the image data that corresponds to at least one chargeable device of the one or more chargeable devices, and determining a related device type and location of the identified at least one chargeable device;
wherein obtaining sensor data comprises:
obtaining device information using at least one RF transceiver of the charging station, the at least one RF transceiver configured to transmit wireless communications to wireless devices in the vicinity of the charging station and receive wireless reply communications from the wireless devices in the vicinity;
and wherein determining device information based on the sensor data comprises determining device type information and respective locations corresponding to some wireless devices in the vicinity of the charging station from the received wireless reply communications;
wherein determining the location information for each of the one or more chargeable devices determines the location information for the chargeable device based on wireless transmissions from the chargeable device;
wherein controlling the charging operation of the charging station comprises:
measuring a charging attribute of the one or more chargeable devices includes measuring one or more of a first chargeable device from the one or more chargeable devices to obtain an impedance of a battery of the first chargeable device, or a capacity of the first chargeable device.
