Detailed Description
The interchangeable terms "electronic equipment" and "electronic device" include portable radio communication equipment. The term "portable radio communication equipment", which in the following is referred to as "mobile radio terminal", "portable electronic device" or "portable communication device", includes all equipment such as mobile telephones, pagers, communicators, electronic organizers, Personal Digital Assistants (PDAs), smartphones, portable communication apparatus or the like.
In this application, embodiments of the present invention are described primarily in the context of a portable electronic device in the form of a mobile telephone (also referred to as a "handset"). It should be understood, however, that the present invention should not be limited to the context of a mobile telephone, but may relate to any type of suitable electronic device, examples of such electronic devices including media players, gaming devices, PDAs and computers, digital cameras, tablets, wearable electronic devices, and the like.
Example 1
Fig. 1 is a schematic flow chart of a wireless charging method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, the wireless charging method includes:
step 101, a first mobile terminal and a second mobile terminal start a wireless charging function;
step 102, determining that a first mobile terminal is a wireless charging sender and a second mobile terminal is a wireless charging receiver;
and 103, the first mobile terminal wirelessly charges the second mobile terminal.
In this embodiment, the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal may be mobile communication terminals (e.g., mobile phones), or may also be tablet computers, digital cameras, notebook computers, and the like; and may also be a wearable device such as google glasses, iwatch, and the like. The present invention is not limited to this, and the following description will be given taking as an example that both the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal are mobile communication terminals.
In this embodiment, the first mobile terminal is determined as a sender of wireless charging, and the second mobile terminal is a receiver of wireless charging. The first mobile terminal has a wireless charging hardware structure, such as an electromagnetic induction coil and the like, and converts electric energy stored in the battery into electromagnetic induction energy through the electromagnetic induction coil; the second mobile terminal also has a hardware structure for receiving wireless charging, for example, receiving electromagnetic induction energy through an electromagnetic induction coil, and storing the received energy in a battery.
As for the hardware configuration of the wireless charging transmitting terminal and the receiving terminal, embodiment 2 can be referred to. The hardware configuration of the wireless charging is not limited in the present invention, and any conventional method, such as electromagnetic induction charging, magnetic field resonance charging, or radio wave charging, may be used.
A further description of how wireless charging is performed between two mobile terminals is provided below.
In one embodiment, the wireless charging function may be turned on by establishing an association between the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal through the near field communication technology. The near field communication technology is, for example, nfc (near field communication), Bluetooth (Bluetooth), infrared remote control, WIFI, or the like. The present invention is not limited to this, and may be any technique for communicating in a close range.
Taking NFC as an example, a first mobile terminal initiating NFC may be determined as a sender of wireless charging, and a second mobile terminal receiving NFC may be determined as a receiver of wireless charging; or, the first mobile terminal receiving the NFC is determined as a sender of wireless charging, and the second mobile terminal initiating the NFC is determined as a receiver of the wireless charging.
Fig. 2 is another flowchart of the wireless charging method according to the embodiment of the present invention, which illustrates a case where the first mobile terminal initiates NFC and then wirelessly charges the second mobile terminal. As shown in fig. 2, the wireless charging method includes:
step 201, a first mobile terminal initiates a request to a second mobile terminal through an NFC module;
in this embodiment, both the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal may have NFC modules, and related technologies may be referred to for related contents of NFC.
Step 202, the second mobile terminal sends a handshake message after receiving the request through the NFC module;
step 203, judging whether the handshake is successful; in case the handshake is successful, step 204 is performed.
Step 204, the first mobile terminal is used as a sender to start the wireless charging function, and the second mobile terminal is used as a receiver to start the wireless charging function;
in the present embodiment, the first mobile terminal is determined to be a wireless charger; the second mobile terminal is determined as a charged party, can detect the wireless charger and carry out relevant preparation work.
Step 205, the first mobile terminal wirelessly charges the second mobile terminal.
It should be noted that, the above has only been schematically described in terms of how the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal are associated with each other by the NFC module, and how to determine the sending party and the receiving party, but the present invention is not limited to this, and other communication manners, such as Bluetooth (Bluetooth), may also be used for association.
Fig. 3 is a schematic diagram of wireless charging between mobile terminals according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 3, a first mobile terminal (mobile phone 1) may be in close contact with a second mobile terminal (mobile phone 2), for example, the position of the electromagnetic coil for wireless charging of the mobile phone 1 is opposite to the position of the electromagnetic coil for wireless charging of the mobile phone 2, thereby achieving wireless charging with higher conversion efficiency.
In another embodiment, the first mobile terminal and/or the second mobile terminal starts the wireless charging function by receiving an instruction input by a user. The first mobile terminal receiving the sending instruction is determined as a wireless charging sender, and the second mobile terminal receiving the receiving instruction is determined as a wireless charging receiver; or, the first mobile terminal receiving the sending instruction is determined as a sender of wireless charging, and the second mobile terminal not receiving the instruction is determined as a receiver of wireless charging.
Fig. 4 is another flowchart of the wireless charging method according to the embodiment of the present invention, which illustrates a situation that the first mobile terminal performs wireless charging to the second mobile terminal after receiving a transmission instruction input by a user. As shown in fig. 4, the wireless charging method includes:
step 401, a first mobile terminal receives a sending instruction input by a user;
in this embodiment, the man-machine interface may be configured by software to receive a sending instruction input by a user. For example, a button for wireless charging (implementing a function similar to a switch) may be set in a menu of a cell phone, and when the user presses the button, the first mobile terminal is determined as a sender of wireless charging.
In step 402, the first mobile terminal starts a wireless charging function and is determined as a sender.
And step 403, the second mobile terminal is used as a receiving party to start the wireless charging function.
In this embodiment, the second mobile terminal may also be configured with a human-computer interface to receive a receiving instruction input by a user. For example, a button for wireless charging (implementing a function similar to a switch) may be set in a menu of a cell phone, and when the user presses the button, the second mobile terminal is determined as a recipient of the wireless charging.
Alternatively, the second mobile terminal may be determined as the recipient of the wireless charging by default in a case where the instruction is not received and the wireless charger is detected.
And step 404, the first mobile terminal wirelessly charges the second mobile terminal.
By setting a software setting like a switch, wireless charging from a mobile terminal to a mobile terminal can be achieved. However, the present invention is not limited to the use of software, and may also be implemented in hardware, for example, a key for wireless charging may be added.
The above has been schematically described how to turn on wireless charging between two mobile terminals, taking NFC and user input instructions as examples. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the wireless charging function may be turned on based on the detection information of the sensor, for example.
The sensor may be any sensor that is provided in the mobile terminal and detects information related to the mobile terminal. The sensor can be one or any combination of the following sensors: the device comprises an acceleration sensor, a close-range sensor, a temperature sensor, a speed sensor, an atmospheric pressure sensor, a geomagnetic sensor, a deformation sensor, a humidity sensor and a light sensor; but the invention is not limited thereto.
For example, an acceleration sensor may be provided in both the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal. When the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal are attached together in an up-down arrangement mode and are shaken at the same frequency, the acceleration sensor of the first mobile terminal and the acceleration sensor of the second mobile terminal can both detect the shaking, so that the wireless charging functions of the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal can be respectively started according to the detected information. Meanwhile, the first mobile terminal located above may be determined as a sender of wireless charging, and the second mobile terminal located below may be determined as a receiver of wireless charging.
It is to be noted that the above description is only illustrative of the present invention, but the present invention is not limited thereto. The present invention will be further described below.
Fig. 5 is another flowchart of a wireless charging method according to an embodiment of the invention. As shown in fig. 5, the wireless charging method includes:
step 501, associating a first mobile terminal with a second mobile terminal.
For example, the association may be performed using an NFC module, but the present invention is not limited thereto. Other communication means may also be employed.
Step 502, comparing the electric quantity of the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal;
step 503, judging whether the difference between the electric quantity of the first mobile terminal and the electric quantity of the second mobile terminal is larger than a preset threshold value; when the difference between the power of the first mobile terminal and the power of the second mobile terminal is greater than the preset threshold, step 504 is executed.
For example, taking the example of associating by using NFC module communication, the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal may obtain the power information of the other party through the NFC module. After the first mobile terminal obtains the power information of the second mobile terminal, for example, 5%, the power information may be compared with the power information of itself (for example, 90%). It may be determined that the difference is 85%, greater than a preset threshold (e.g., 50%); it is thus possible to determine to perform wireless charging.
Alternatively, after the first mobile terminal obtains the power information of the second mobile terminal, for example, 20%, the power information may be compared with the power information of itself (for example, 50%). It may be determined that the difference is 30% less than a preset threshold (e.g., 50%); it can be determined not to perform wireless charging.
And step 504, the first mobile terminal serves as a sender to start the wireless charging function, and the second mobile terminal serves as a receiver to start the wireless charging function.
In this embodiment, in some scenarios, the mobile terminal with low power may be used to charge the mobile terminal with high power. For example, when the first mobile terminal needs more power for service processing, the power of one or more low-power mobile terminals may be collected to obtain sufficient power.
For example, in the case where the power information of the first mobile terminal is, for example, 20%, and the power of the second mobile terminal is, for example, 75%, it may be determined that wireless charging is performed. The first mobile terminal acts as a sender and the second mobile terminal acts as a receiver.
In step 505, the first mobile terminal determines a charging mode for wirelessly charging the second mobile terminal.
In the present embodiment, the charging mode may be various information related to charging, such as a charging level, a charging time, a charging intensity, and the like. Where the charge level may be a predefined amount of charge, e.g., level 1 for 5% charge, level 2 for 10% charge, level 3 for 15% charge, etc. The charging time may be a charging duration time, such as 1 minute of charging, or 3 minutes of charging, or the like. The charging intensity may be a predefined intensity, such as a high power charge, a medium power charge, a low power charge, and the like.
Step 506, the first mobile terminal wirelessly charges the second mobile terminal according to the charging mode.
In the above embodiment, two mobile terminals have been described as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this, and may include a case where one mobile terminal wirelessly charges a plurality of other mobile terminals, a case where a plurality of mobile terminals wirelessly charges one mobile terminal, or a case where a plurality of mobile terminals wirelessly charges a plurality of mobile terminals. The following further explains the present invention.
In this embodiment, before the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal turn on the wireless charging function, the method may further include: the first mobile terminal selects from the plurality of mobile terminals according to the priority and determines the second mobile terminal as the object to be charged, and/or the second mobile terminal selects from the plurality of mobile terminals according to the priority and determines the first mobile terminal as the charging party.
The priority can be statically determined in advance, for example, the charging priority of the mobile phone can be predefined to be greater than that of the tablet computer; the priority may also be determined dynamically, e.g., may change dynamically based on time, location, or information detected by a sensor, etc.
For example, when the mobile terminal a can wirelessly charge other mobile terminals, association can be established with other mobile terminals B (mobile phone), C (camera), and D (tablet computer) through NFC. Then, the mobile terminal B may be determined as the charged object by determining that the priority of the mobile terminal B is the highest (the probability of using the mobile phone is the greatest during the working hours) for 10:00 am (i.e., the working hours) at the current time.
For another example, when the mobile terminal a needs to be wirelessly charged, association may be established with other mobile terminals B (mobile phone), C (camera), and D (tablet computer) through NFC. Then, it can be determined that the train is sitting on the high-speed train through the detection information of the current speed sensor (for example, the current moving speed is 100 km/h), so that the camera is temporarily not used; it is thus determined that the priority of the mobile terminal C is highest (the probability of using the camera is smallest at this time), and the mobile terminal C is determined as the charging party.
It should be noted that the above description has been made schematically for the case where there are a plurality of charging parties or a plurality of charged parties, the present invention is not limited thereto, and a specific scenario may be determined according to actual situations. For example, a plurality of mobile terminals may be managed by using a group management method, and a charging party (or one or more charging parties) may be determined by group management, so that the charging party may not need to know information about the charging party or the charging party may not need to know information about the charging party.
The above description is made on how to determine the sender and the receiver before the wireless charging. In this embodiment, during the wireless charging, the charging mode, the transmitting side and the receiving side, and the like may be dynamically changed according to the detection information of the sensor, or the received user instruction, and the like.
For example, when the first mobile terminal charges the second mobile terminal, the charging mode is determined to be level 1, i.e. 5% for the second mobile terminal, according to step 505, for example. However, during the charging process, the acceleration sensor of the first mobile terminal and the acceleration sensor of the second mobile terminal both detect the shaking of a specific frequency (for example, this indicates that the receiving party needs more power), and the first mobile terminal may adjust the charging mode from level 1 to level 2 according to the detection information, that is, the second mobile terminal is charged by 10%.
According to the embodiment, the wireless charging is realized among the mobile terminals, the mobile terminals with relatively abundant electric quantity can be conveniently used for wirelessly charging the mobile terminals with insufficient electric quantity, the problem of insufficient electric quantity in emergency can be solved, and the wireless charging device is simple to operate and less in use limitation.

In this embodiment, the first mobile terminal and the second mobile terminal may both have a receiving and transmitting hardware structure for wireless charging, after the sender and the receiver are confirmed, the sender turns on a wireless charging transmitting related hardware circuit to convert the energy of the battery into a corresponding electromagnetic signal, and the receiver turns on a wireless charging receiving related hardware circuit and charges the battery by using the charging control chip.
