Step 206, a quotient of a preset first height difference and a first speed is obtained as a first estimated time interval, wherein the first height difference is a vertical distance between the upper edge of the coin type ticket when the coin type ticket is not detected by the input channel sensor and the upper edge of the coin type ticket when the coin type ticket just leaves the input channel control assembly.
As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the difference between the distance S2 shown in fig. 7 and the distance S1 shown in fig. 6 is the first height difference in the embodiment of the present application, and similarly, the first height difference is fixed and measurable for one coin-type ticket processing apparatus.
Step 207, starting from the first time, after the first estimated time interval, the input channel control module is controlled to close, so as to input a new currency ticket into the input channel temporary storage area.
The step can enable the input channel control assembly to be closed in time, so that the advance preparation of the currency tickets can be realized, and compared with the step of inputting new currency tickets to the input channel temporary storage area after the tickets are drawn, the step can save the time for drawing the tickets.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, for each currency ticket, the first speed needs to be obtained, so as to ensure that each currency ticket can be input to the channel control component through the channel after the first estimated time interval; because the first velocities of different currency tickets are not necessarily the same, such as a currency ticket having oil adhered to its surface, which slows the descent of the currency ticket, if a first estimated time interval is calculated using a neat surfaced currency ticket first velocity, a currency ticket having oil adhered to its surface may not pass through the input channel control assembly within the first estimated time interval.
And step 208, when the main channel sensor starts to detect no currency tickets, sending ticket outlet success information to the ticketing system so that the ticketing system finishes the current ticketing process.
It should be noted that, in practical application, there are cases where the output speed of the currency tickets is fast but the reaction of the ticketing system is slow; as shown in fig. 3, the distance M3 is a distance between the right edge of the currency ticket when the currency ticket is stationary in the temporary storage area of the main channel and the right edge of the currency ticket when the currency ticket just leaves the output channel sensor, and compared with the case that the currency ticket is detected by the channel sensor to be output and then the ticket issuing success information is sent to the ticketing system, the embodiment of the application can feed back the ticket issuing success information of the ticketing system in time, provide sufficient response time for the ticketing system, so that the ticketing system can end the current ticketing process in advance, return to the main interface, and reduce the phenomenon of queuing and buying tickets due to slow response of the ticketing system to a certain extent.
For example, the current passenger has taken a currency ticket, but the ticketing system on the terminal is still in the process of waiting for returning to the main interface, so that the next passenger cannot buy the ticket in time; the step can feed back the successful ticket output information of the ticketing system in time, so that the ticketing system returns to the main interface in time, and the time for the next passenger to wait for the response of the ticketing system is shortened.
Step 209 obtains a second speed at which the currency ticket passes the primary channel sensor.
The second speed may also be detected by the main channel sensor, as the first speed.
Step 210, a third time when the main channel sensor starts to detect no currency ticket is obtained.
And step 211, obtaining a quotient of a preset first horizontal distance difference and a second speed as a second estimated time interval, wherein the first horizontal distance difference is a horizontal distance between the right edge of the currency ticket when the currency ticket is not detected by the main channel sensor and the right edge of the currency ticket when the currency ticket just leaves the output channel control assembly.
Similar to the first height difference, the first horizontal distance difference is also fixed and measurable.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the first horizontal distance difference is a difference between the distance S4 and the distance S3.
And step 212, starting from the third time, after a second pre-estimated time interval, controlling the main channel control assembly to close so as to input a new currency ticket into the main channel temporary storage area.
In practical application, a situation that a passenger purchases ten same currency tickets on the currency ticket processing device at one time exists, and the input channel control component is opened after the main channel control component is closed through step 212, so that the currency tickets in the input channel temporary storage area enter the main channel temporary storage area to be read and written in time, and the ticket issuing speed under the specific situation is accelerated.
In addition, in the practical application process, after the reading and writing board finds that the currency tickets are the waste tickets, the currency tickets are input into the corresponding waste ticket recycling channel, and in step 212, the main channel control assembly is closed in time to convey new currency tickets to be read and written as soon as possible, so that the ticket issuing speed can be increased under the specific condition that the waste tickets exist in the ticket issuing process.
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a flowchart illustrating a method for controlling the drawing of a currency ticket according to a third embodiment of the present application.
A third embodiment of the present application provides a method for controlling a currency ticket, which is applied to a currency ticket processing apparatus, and specifically includes:
step 301, after receiving a ticket preparation command of the ticketing system, if the input channel sensor detects that there is a currency ticket in the input channel temporary storage area, controlling the input channel control component to open, so that the currency ticket enters the main channel from the input channel temporary storage area and is far away from the input channel sensor.
Step 301 is the same as step 201 in the second embodiment of the present application, and for specific description, reference may be made to the content of step 201 in the second embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Step 302, when the input channel sensor starts to detect no currency ticket, the information of successful ticket preparation is sent to the ticketing system, so that the ticketing system controls the read-write circuit board to perform read-write operation on the currency ticket in the main channel.

Step 303, after receiving a ticket drawing command of the ticketing system, if the main channel sensor detects that a currency ticket exists in the main channel temporary storage area, controlling the main channel control component to open so that the currency ticket enters the output channel from the main channel temporary storage area to finish drawing the ticket, wherein the ticket drawing command is sent out after the read-write operation is finished.
Step 303 is the same as step 203 in the second embodiment of the present application, and specific descriptions may refer to the content of step 203 in the second embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Step 304, a second time at which the input channel control assembly is open is obtained.
In step 305, a first time at which the input channel sensor begins to detect no currency tickets is obtained.
Step 305 is the same as step 205 in the second embodiment of the present application, and for a detailed description, reference may be made to the content of step 205 in the second embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Step 306, using the second height difference as a first dividend, using the difference between the first time and the second time as a first divisor, and obtaining a quotient of the first dividend and the first divisor as a first speed, wherein the second height difference is a vertical distance difference between the coin type ticket when the coin type ticket is still in the input channel temporary storage area and when the coin type ticket starts to be unable to be detected by the input channel sensor.
As shown in fig. 6, the distance S1 shown in fig. 6 is the second height difference in the embodiment of the present application, and the second height difference is also fixed and measurable for a currency ticket processing apparatus.
It will be appreciated that the first speed obtained by this method is the average speed at which the currency ticket falls over the distance S1.
It should be noted that if the input channel sensor directly measures the first speed, the input channel sensor needs to have a speed measurement function, and if the input channel sensor in the existing currency ticket processing device does not have the speed measurement function, the input channel sensor needs to be improved, so that the workload and the cost can be increased; the method of the embodiment of the application obtains the first speed through calculation, so that the cost is low and the implementation is easy.
Step 307, obtaining a quotient of a preset first height difference and a first speed as a first estimated time interval, wherein the first height difference is a vertical distance between an upper edge of the coin type ticket when the coin type ticket is not detected by the input channel sensor and the upper edge of the coin type ticket when the coin type ticket just leaves the input channel control assembly.
It will be appreciated that the currency note is moved into the main channel by gravity, and the currency note is moved at an increasing rate so that the currency note falls over a distance S2-S1 faster than the first rate of fall over the distance S1, so that the first estimated time interval calculated from the first rate is sufficient for the currency note to pass through the input channel control assembly and so jamming does not occur.
And step 308, starting from the first time, after a first estimated time interval, controlling the input channel control assembly to close so as to input a new currency ticket into the input channel temporary storage area.
Step 308 is the same as step 207 in the second embodiment of the present application, and specific description may refer to the content of step 207 in the second embodiment, which is not described herein again.
Step 309, when the main channel sensor starts to detect no currency ticket, sending the ticket outlet success information to the ticketing system so that the ticketing system ends the current ticketing process.

As shown in fig. 8, the distance S3 in fig. 8 is a second horizontal distance difference in the present embodiment, which can be calculated from the right edge of the currency ticket in two states.
It will be appreciated that the second velocity obtained by this method is the average velocity at which the currency note moves over the distance S3.
It should be noted that if the main channel sensor directly measures the second speed, the main channel sensor is also required to have a speed measurement function, and if the main channel sensor in the existing currency ticket processing device does not have the speed measurement function, the main channel sensor needs to be improved, so that the workload and the cost can be increased; the method of the embodiment of the application obtains the second speed through calculation, so that the cost is low and the implementation is easy.
And 313, acquiring a quotient of a preset first horizontal distance difference and a second speed as a second estimated time interval, wherein the first horizontal distance difference is a horizontal distance between the right edge of the currency ticket when the currency ticket is not detected by the main channel sensor and the right edge of the currency ticket when the currency ticket just leaves the output channel control assembly.

And step 314, starting from the third time, after a second pre-estimated time interval, controlling the main channel control assembly to close so as to input a new currency ticket into the main channel temporary storage area.

In this embodiment of the present application, the first command may be a ticket issuing command or a status query command.
Step 315 can implement the accurate error reporting of the currency ticket processing apparatus, for example, the main channel has an obstacle, or the surface of a currency ticket has oil stain to result in slow ticket output speed, which can be detected by the present application.
Step 316, a quotient of a preset third height difference and the first speed is obtained as a third time interval, wherein the third height difference is a vertical distance difference between an upper edge of the coin type ticket and an upper edge of the coin type ticket when the coin type ticket is not detected by the input channel sensor.
The third time interval calculated by the first speed is closer to the real time when the currency ticket leaves the main channel control assembly, so that the fault of the main channel can be found in time.
And 317, starting from the third time, if the output channel sensor does not detect the currency tickets within the preset fourth time interval, determining that the output channel is abnormal, and sending abnormal information of the output channel to the ticketing system after receiving a second command of the ticketing system.
Step 318, obtaining a quotient of a preset third horizontal distance difference and the second speed as a fourth time interval, wherein the third horizontal distance difference is a horizontal distance difference between a right edge of the currency ticket when the currency ticket is not detected by the main channel sensor and the right edge of the currency ticket when the currency ticket can be detected by the output channel sensor.
It will be appreciated that the third time interval calculated by the second speed is closer to the actual time that the currency note leaves the output channel control assembly, so that a fault in the output channel can be detected in time.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the detection of the currency type ticket by the output channel sensor can be used for counting the output number of the currency type ticket.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for controlling the drawing of a currency ticket according to an embodiment of the present application.
The embodiment of the present application provides a device 40 for controlling drawing of a currency ticket, which is applied to a currency ticket processing device, and comprises:
the first control unit 401 is configured to, after receiving a ticket preparation command of the ticketing system, control the input channel control component to open if the input channel sensor detects that there is a currency ticket in the input channel temporary storage area, so that the currency ticket enters the main channel from the input channel temporary storage area and is far away from the input channel sensor;
a first sending unit 402, configured to send information that a prepared ticket is successful to the ticketing system when the input channel sensor starts to detect no currency ticket, so that the ticketing system controls the read-write circuit board to perform read-write operation on the currency ticket in the main channel;

Claims (12)

1. A method for controlling drawing of a currency ticket is applied to a currency ticket processing device, and comprises the following steps:
after receiving a ticket preparation command of a ticketing system, if an input channel sensor detects that a currency ticket exists in an input channel temporary storage area, controlling an input channel control component to be opened, so that the currency ticket enters a main channel from the input channel temporary storage area and is far away from the input channel sensor;
when the input channel sensor does not detect the currency tickets, sending information of successful ticket preparation to the ticketing system, so that the ticketing system controls a read-write circuit board to perform read-write operation on the currency tickets in the main channel;
after receiving a ticket drawing command of the ticketing system, if a main channel sensor detects that the main channel temporary storage area has the currency tickets, controlling a main channel control component to be opened, so that the currency tickets enter an output channel from the main channel temporary storage area to finish the ticket drawing;
and the ticket drawing command is sent out after the read-write operation is finished.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a first speed of the currency ticket passing through the input channel sensor;
acquiring a first time when the input channel sensor cannot detect the currency ticket;
acquiring a quotient of a preset first height difference and the first speed as a first estimated time interval, wherein the first height difference is a vertical distance between an upper edge of the coin type ticket when the coin type ticket is not detected by the input channel sensor and the upper edge of the coin type ticket when the coin type ticket just leaves the input channel control assembly;
and after the first estimated time interval, controlling the input channel control assembly to close so as to input a new currency ticket into the input channel temporary storage area.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein obtaining a first velocity of the currency ticket past the input channel sensor specifically comprises:
acquiring a second time when the input channel control assembly is opened;
and taking a second height difference as a first dividend, taking the difference between the first time and the second time as a first divisor, and obtaining the quotient of the first dividend and the first divisor as the first speed, wherein the second height difference is the difference between the vertical distance when the coin type ticket is static in the input channel temporary storage area and the vertical distance when the coin type ticket cannot be detected by the input channel sensor at the beginning.
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
and when the main channel sensor does not detect the currency tickets, sending ticket outlet success information to the ticketing system so that the ticketing system finishes the current ticketing process.
5. The method of claim 1 or 4, further comprising:
acquiring a second speed of the currency ticket passing through the main channel sensor;
acquiring a third time when the main channel sensor cannot detect the currency ticket;
obtaining a quotient of a preset first horizontal distance difference and the second speed as a second estimated time interval, wherein the first horizontal distance difference is a horizontal distance between a coin ticket right edge when the coin ticket is not detected by the main channel sensor and a coin ticket right edge when the coin ticket just leaves the output channel control assembly;
and after the second estimated time interval from the third time, controlling the main channel control assembly to be closed so as to input a new currency ticket into the main channel temporary storage area.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein obtaining a second velocity of the currency ticket past the primary channel sensor specifically comprises:
acquiring a fourth time when the main channel control assembly is opened;
and taking a second horizontal distance difference as a second dividend, taking a difference between the third time and the fourth time as a second divisor, and obtaining a quotient of the second dividend and the second divisor as the second speed, wherein the second horizontal distance difference is a horizontal distance difference between when the currency ticket is stationary in the main channel temporary storage area and when the currency ticket cannot be detected by the main channel sensor at the beginning.
7. The method of claim 2 or 3, further comprising:
and if the main channel sensor does not detect the currency tickets within a preset third time interval from the first time, judging that the main channel is abnormal, and sending main channel abnormal information to the ticketing system after receiving a first command of the ticketing system.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
and acquiring a quotient of a preset third height difference and the first speed as the third time interval, wherein the third height difference is a vertical distance difference between the upper edge of the coin type ticket and the upper edge of the coin type ticket when the coin type ticket is not detected by the input channel sensor and the coin type ticket is still in the main channel temporary storage area.
9. The method of claim 5, further comprising:
and if the output channel sensor does not detect the currency tickets within a preset fourth time interval from the third time, determining that the output channel is abnormal, and sending output channel abnormal information to the ticketing system after receiving a second command of the ticketing system.

the first sending unit is used for sending information of successful ticket preparation to the ticketing system when the input channel sensor starts not to detect the currency tickets, so that the ticketing system controls a read-write circuit board to perform read-write operation on the currency tickets in the main channel;
and the second control unit is used for controlling the opening of the main channel control component to enable the currency tickets to enter the output channel from the main channel temporary storage area to finish the ticket drawing if the main channel sensor detects that the currency tickets exist in the main channel temporary storage area after receiving the ticket drawing command of the ticketing system, wherein the ticket drawing command is sent out after the read-write operation is finished.
12. A system for controlling the drawing of currency tickets is characterized by comprising a ticketing system, a currency ticket processing device and equipment for controlling the drawing of the currency tickets;
the apparatus includes a processor and a memory;
the memory is used for storing program codes and transmitting the program codes to the processor;
the processor is configured to perform the method of any of claims 1-10 according to instructions in the program code.
