一种超高频RFID标签的读取方法,其特征在于超高频RFID扫描系统包括超高频RFID读写器1和天线组,天线2分布在被扫描物体4的四周,被扫描物体4内有RFID标签,超高频RFID扫描系统对被扫描物体4进行连续扫描,直至没有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则开始计数,如果连续N个扫描周期没有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则认为该超高频RFID扫描系统已经读全了被扫描物体4内的RFID标签。优点:本读取方法克服了设定“读取时间”和设定“读取次数”都不能确定超高频RFID扫描系统是否确实读全了所有RFID标签的数量,且读取时间和读取次数随着RFID标签的数量多少和RFID标签读取的难易程度进行动态调整,既保证了读取数量的准确性,又提高了读取效率。

一种超高频RFID标签的读取方法
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种超高频RFID标签的读取方法,属于射频识别技术领域。
背景技术
超高频RFID标签读取在供应链和流通领域使用频繁,例如需要对一个包装箱内的RFID标签进行扫描,以确定包装箱内有哪些产品。读取结果的多少、以及读取效率极其重要。
现有判读超高频RFID标签是否读取完全的方法有两种,分别是设定读取时间和设定读取次数。
对于设定读取时间,例如设定读取时间为3秒、5秒或10秒,天线不停地读取RFID标签,时间一到就算读全了标签。该方案的弊端是每个包装箱内的RFID标签数量有多有少,标签多,读取的时间就长,标签少,读取的时间就短。如果设置成同一时间,则标签多的包装箱读取时间不足,就可能读不全,标签少的包装箱却浪费读取时间。
对于设定读取次数,系统设定循环读取次数的算法后,就算读全了所有标签。但是标签数量多的情况下,在设定读取次数的情况下,仍然不能确定是否读全了全部标签。例如,专利申请号为201610604749.6的专利文献,详见该文献的权利要求13。
发明内容
本发明创造解决的是如何确定RFID标签确实已经读完全的技术问题。
本发明创造的技术方案:一种超高频RFID标签的读取方法,其特征在于超高频RFID扫描系统包括超高频RFID读写器1和天线组,天线组包括至少两个天线2,天线2分布在被扫描物体4的四周,被扫描物体4内有RFID标签,天线2分别与超高频RFID读写器1通过馈线连接,设置被扫描物体4内RFID标签数量的扫描集合A,将每个扫描周期新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,超高频RFID扫描系统对被扫描物体4进行连续扫描,直至没有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则开始计数,如果连续N个扫描周期没有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则认为该超高频RFID扫描系统已经读全了被扫描物体4内的RFID标签;如果在连续的N个扫描周期内的任何一次有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则重新开始计数,直到连续N个扫描周期没有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则认为该超高频RFID扫描系统已经读全了被扫描物体4内的RFID标签。
优选地,所述连续扫描周期的数量N根据被扫描物体4内RFID标签数量或者标签读取的难易程度进行调整。
优选地,所述超高频RFID扫描系统在进行扫描前,对连续扫描周期的数量N进行预设,连续扫描周期的数量N取值范围为3至20的自然数。
优选地,所述天线2安装在通道机3内,被扫描物体4安装在输送线5上,输送线5穿过通道机3,该超高频RFID标签的读取方法嵌入在所述超高频RFID扫描系统内。
优选地,所述输送线5上安装有检测装置,检测装置对被扫描物体4内RFID标签的数量进行预估,并将预估结果反馈给超高频RFID读写器1,超高频RFID读写器1根据预估结果选择合适的连续扫描周期的数量N。
本发明创造的优点:本读取方法克服了设定“读取时间”和设定“读取次数”都不能确定超高频RFID扫描系统是否确实读全了所有RFID标签的数量,本读取方法的读取时间和读取次数随着RFID标签的数量多少和RFID标签读取的难易程度进行动态调整,既保证了读取数量的准确性,又提高了读取效率。

一种超高频RFID标签的读取方法,其特征在于超高频RFID扫描系统包括超高频RFID读写器1和天线组,天线组包括至少两个天线2,天线2分布在被扫描物体4的四周,被扫描物体4内有RFID标签,天线2分别与超高频RFID读写器1通过馈线连接,设置被扫描物体4内RFID标签数量的扫描集合A,将每个扫描周期新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,超高频RFID扫描系统对被扫描物体4进行连续扫描,直至没有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则开始计数,如果连续N个扫描周期没有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则认为该超高频RFID扫描系统已经读全了被扫描物体4内的RFID标签;如果在连续的N个扫描周期内的任何一次有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则重新开始计数,直到连续N个扫描周期没有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则认为该超高频RFID扫描系统已经读全了被扫描物体4内的RFID标签。
优选地,所述连续扫描周期的数量N根据被扫描物体4内RFID标签数量或者标签读取的难易程度进行调整。
优选地,所述超高频RFID扫描系统在进行扫描前,对连续扫描周期的数量N进行预设,连续扫描周期的数量N取值范围为3至20的自然数。
优选地,所述天线2安装在通道机3内,被扫描物体4安装在输送线5上,输送线5穿过通道机3,该超高频RFID标签的读取方法嵌入在所述超高频RFID扫描系统内。
优选地,所述输送线5上安装有检测装置,检测装置对被扫描物体4内RFID标签的数量进行预估,并将预估结果反馈给超高频RFID读写器1,超高频RFID读写器1根据预估结果选择合适的连续扫描周期的数量N。
实施例1
下面以通道机对输送线上的物品进行扫描为例进行说明。
如图1所示,通道机3安装在输送线5上,通道机3内安装有超高频RFID扫描系统,超高频RFID扫描系统包括超高频RFID读写器1和天线组,超高频RFID读写器1安装在通道机3上,天线2分别与超高频RFID读写器1馈线连接,被扫描物体4为纸盒,每个纸盒内放置数量不一的产品(例如服装,每个服装上安装有RFID标签)。
设天线组轮巡读取一次RFID标签为一个超高频RFID读写器扫描周期(简称:扫描周期)。
纸盒在通过通道机3前,超高频RFID扫描系统对连续扫描周期N的数值进行预设,也可以根据检测装置(如称重装置)预先对纸盒内RFID标签的数量进行预估,选择合适的连续扫描周期N。
纸盒在通过通道机3时,纸盒做短暂的停留。
设置纸盒内RFID标签数量的扫描集合A,将每个扫描周期新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,超高频RFID扫描系统对纸盒进行连续扫描,直至没有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则开始计数,如果连续N个扫描周期没有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则认为该超高频RFID扫描系统已经读全了纸盒内的RFID标签;如果在连续的N个扫描周期内的任何一次有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则重新开始计数,直到连续N个扫描周期没有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则认为该超高频RFID扫描系统已经读全了纸盒内的RFID标签。
其中连续扫描周期的数量N根据被扫描物体4内RFID标签数量或者标签读取的难易程度进行调整。
完成扫描后,输送线将纸盒运走。

Claims (5)

1.一种超高频RFID标签的读取方法,其特征在于超高频RFID扫描系统包括超高频RFID读写器(1)和天线组,天线组包括至少两个天线(2),天线(2)分布在被扫描物体(4)的四周,被扫描物体(4)内有RFID标签,天线(2)分别与超高频RFID读写器(1)通过馈线连接,设置被扫描物体(4)内RFID标签数量的扫描集合A,将每个扫描周期新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,超高频RFID扫描系统对被扫描物体(4)进行连续扫描,直至没有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则开始计数,如果连续N个扫描周期没有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则认为该超高频RFID扫描系统已经读全了被扫描物体(4)内的RFID标签;如果在连续的N个扫描周期内的任何一次有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则重新开始计数,直到连续N个扫描周期没有新增数据添加到扫描集合A内,则认为该超高频RFID扫描系统已经读全了被扫描物体(4)内的RFID标签。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种超高频RFID标签的读取方法,其特征在于所述连续扫描周期的数量N根据被扫描物体(4)内RFID标签数量或者标签读取的难易程度进行调整。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种超高频RFID标签的读取方法,其特征在于所述超高频RFID扫描系统在进行扫描前,对连续扫描周期的数量N进行预设,连续扫描周期的数量N取值范围为3至20的自然数。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种超高频RFID标签的读取方法,其特征在于所述天线(2)安装在通道机(3)内,被扫描物体(4)安装在输送线(5)上,输送线(5)穿过通道机(3),该超高频RFID标签的读取方法嵌入在所述超高频RFID扫描系统内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种超高频RFID标签的读取方法,其特征在于所述输送线(5)上安装有检测装置,检测装置对被扫描物体(4)内RFID标签的数量进行预估,并将预估结果反馈给超高频RFID读写器(1),超高频RFID读写器(1)根据预估结果选择合适的连续扫描周期的数量N。
