Referring to fig. 2-4, the wind guide cover is connected with a spring plate support 4 in a hot melting mode, the spring plate support is a stainless steel thin material of a metal plate blanking structure, the top end face 41 of the spring plate support 4 is provided with 4 upper hot melting holes 42 and an extending arm 43, the extending arm 43 is provided with a convex hull 431, the convex hull 431 is in contact with the upper cover of the chassis, the lower end face 44 of the spring plate support is provided with 3 lower hot melting holes 45, meanwhile, the lower end face 44 is provided with a Z-shaped bent tongue piece structure 46, and the tongue piece structure 46 is in contact with the adapter card, so that when static strikes the m.2 module, static conduction can be realized, and the m.2 module is protected from normal operation.
Referring to the attached figure 2, 4 upper hot-melting columns 12 are arranged on the top surface 11 of the wind scooper 1, 3 lower hot-melting columns 14 are arranged on the glue reducing surface 13, the upper hot-melting columns 12 and the lower hot-melting columns 14 are respectively matched and aligned with hot-melting holes in the elastic sheet support, and the elastic sheet support and the wind scooper are hot-melted together.
One side of the supporting surface 15 is provided with a notch, an elastic arm 17 extends out of the notch, a hook 18 is arranged on the elastic arm 17, the hook 18 is matched with the m.2 adapter, and when the m.2 module is installed in place, the hook 18 can limit the m.2 adapter in the front and back directions.
The supporting surface 15 is also provided with a fixed hook 19, and the fixed hook 19 is matched with the m.2 module. The fixing hook 19 and the tongue piece 46 of the spring support jointly limit the m.2 module from top to bottom.
The m.2 module is arranged at the air inlet of the system fan, and the air quantity flowing to the m.2 card can be adjusted and controlled by a detachable movable wind shield sheet on the wind scooper. Referring to the attached drawing 2, the two sides of the wind scooper are respectively provided with a left wind shield 6 and a right wind shield 6, the middle of the wind scooper is provided with a middle wind shield 5, the air quantity required by the m.2 module can be controlled through the middle wind shield 5, and different heat dissipation strategies are adopted.
When the m.2 module is installed, the adapter plate 2 contacts the pressing elastic arm 17, the left and right clamping grooves 22 on the adapter plate avoid the fixed clamping hooks 19 on the wind scooper, the front end of the adapter plate avoids the tongue piece 46, and then the adapter plate 2 is pushed in from back to front, so that the bottom surface of the adapter plate 2 is kept in contact with the support rib 16 at the position 7. When the m.2 module is installed in place, the elastic arm 17 returns to the normal position, the tail clamping groove 23 of the adapter plate is propped by the elastic clamping hook 18, the module m.2 is limited from retreating and escaping, the fixed clamping hook 19 on the air guide cover presses the adapter plate to limit the up-and-down movement of the adapter plate, meanwhile, the front end of the adapter plate can be clamped between the tongue piece 46 and the supporting rib 16, the tongue piece 46 simultaneously contacts and extrudes the adapter plate 2 to limit the up-and-down direction of the adapter plate, a copper-plated area is arranged at the contact position of the adapter plate and the tongue piece, static electricity can be conducted to the extending arm 43 from the tongue piece 46 along the elastic sheet support 4, referring to the attached figure 6, when the upper cover 7 of the chassis is covered, the convex bag 431 on the extending arm of the elastic sheet support contacts with the upper cover, so that the static chassis is conducted, and the m.2 module is prevented from being damaged by static electricity.
