Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of screen detection and discloses a support frame and a screen detection device, wherein the support frame comprises a base, a bearing mechanism and a driving mechanism; the bearing mechanism comprises a bearing seat and a bearing block which is arranged on the bearing seat in a sliding manner, and the bearing seat is rotationally connected with the base; the output end of the driving mechanism is connected with the bearing seat, and the driving mechanism can drive the bearing seat to rotate relative to the base. The screen detection device comprises the support frame. The screen to be detected is placed on the bearing block, the bearing block can drive the screen to be detected to slide along the bearing seat, and the screen is detected at different positions up and down; the driving mechanism drives the bearing seat to rotate relative to the base, so that the screen can be driven to rotate, the included angle between light and the screen can be changed, the support frame is used for not adjusting the light-emitting component, and the failure rate of the light-emitting component is reduced.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of screen detection, in particular to a support frame and a screen detection device.
Background
With the development of social economy, the application field of the display screen is more and more extensive. After the display screen is produced, quality detection is required, and the detection process comprises detection of light transmission and reflected light of the screen by adopting illumination. In the detection process, the included angle between the light and the screen needs to be adjusted.
The existing adjusting mode is to set a special adjusting mechanism to adjust the angle of the light-emitting component, the adjusting mechanism is arranged between the light-emitting component and the rack of the light-emitting component, the fault rate of the light-emitting component can be increased due to frequent position change, and normal production is affected.
Therefore, a supporting frame and a screen detection device are needed to solve the above-mentioned technical problems.

Preferably, the number of the bearing mechanisms is two, and the two bearing mechanisms are arranged at intervals.
Preferably, a first sliding rail is arranged on the bearing seat, and a first sliding block matched with the first sliding rail is arranged on the bearing block.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment discloses a support frame, which includes a base 1, a carrying mechanism 2, a driving mechanism 3, and a controller.
Preferably, in this embodiment, two bearing mechanisms 2 are provided, and the two bearing mechanisms 2 are disposed on the base 1 at intervals, and the two bearing mechanisms 2 may also be symmetrically disposed. The bearing mechanism 2 comprises a bearing seat 21 and a bearing block 22, a first sliding rail 23 is arranged on the bearing seat 21, a first sliding block matched with the first sliding rail 23 is arranged on the bearing block 22, and the bearing block 22 can slide along the first sliding rail 23. The controller controls the first driving piece 25 to drive the first screw 24 to rotate, so that the bearing block 22 slides along the first sliding rail 23. The sliding seat 31 is provided with a second driving member 36, and an output end of the second driving member 36 is in transmission connection with the other end of the second lead screw 35, and preferably, the second driving member 36 is a servo motor and is electrically connected with the controller. The controller controls the second driving piece 36 to drive the second lead screw 35 to rotate, so as to drive the sliding block 32 to slide along the second sliding rail 34, and further drive the connecting rod 33 to drive the bearing seat 21 to rotate relative to the supporting leg 11.
The screen to be detected is placed on the bearing block 22, and the bearing block 22 can drive the screen to be detected to slide along the bearing seat 21, so that different positions of the screen are detected. The driving mechanism 3 drives the bearing seat 21 to rotate relative to the base 1, can drive the screen to rotate, can change the included angle between light and the screen, does not need to adjust the light-emitting component by using the support frame, and reduces the failure rate of the light-emitting component.
The invention also discloses a screen detection device which comprises the support frame.

the driving mechanism (3) comprises a sliding seat (31) arranged on the base (1), a sliding block (32) and a connecting rod (33), wherein the sliding block (32) and the connecting rod (33) are arranged on the sliding seat (31) in a sliding manner, and two ends of the connecting rod (33) are respectively connected with the bearing seat (21) and the sliding block (32) in a rotating manner;
a second sliding rail (34) is arranged on the sliding seat (31), and a second sliding block matched with the second sliding rail (34) is arranged on the sliding block (32);
the sliding seat (31) is provided with a second lead screw (35) and a second driving piece (36) for driving the second lead screw (35) to rotate, and the sliding block (32) is provided with a second lead screw nut matched with the second lead screw (35).
