Abstract
The invention provides a die carrier for assembling plates and upright post profiles, which comprises a rack and an adjusting frame arranged on the rack, wherein the adjusting frame comprises two vertical rods and two cross rods, the bottom ends of the two vertical rods are fixedly connected with the table top of the rack, the two ends of the cross rods are respectively and fixedly connected with the top ends of the two vertical rods, the vertical rods are provided with transversely arranged adjusting bolts, and the cross rods are provided with connecting pieces for lifting the upright post profiles. According to the invention, the connecting piece for lifting the upright post section bar is arranged on the cross bar, and the upright post section bar and the plate are lifted by the connecting piece during working, so that the contact surface between the upright post section bar and the plate is tightly attached, and the assembly precision of the upright post section bar and the plate is ensured.

During operation, the upright column section bar 1 is lifted through the connecting piece 43, so that the contact surface of the upright column section bar 1 and the plate 2 can be tightly attached, the contact surface of the upright column section bar 1 and the plate 2 is prevented from generating a gap due to the action of gravity, and scraps are prevented from entering the gap during drilling of connecting holes; the lifting of the upright post section bar 1 can also ensure that the central lines of the combination of the upright post section bar 1 and the plate 2 are on the same straight line, thereby ensuring the assembly precision of the upright post section bar 1 and the plate 2.
