Description

Method for integrally laying external corner and internal corner of PVC waterproof coiled material
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a method for integrally paving an external corner and an internal corner of a PVC waterproof coiled material.
Background
The waterproof coiled material is mainly used for building walls, roofs, tunnels, highways, refuse landfills and the like, can be curled into a roll-shaped flexible building material product which can resist external rainwater and underground water leakage, is used as a leakage-free connection between an engineering foundation and a building, is a first barrier for waterproofing of the whole engineering, plays a vital role in the whole engineering, and is continuously applied to various buildings. For example, patent CN201510614921.1 discloses an integrated construction method of basement floor and waterproof roll and a waterproof structure, in which a pre-laid self-adhesive film waterproof roll is laid on the horizontal plane of the basement floor mat, a self-adhesive modified asphalt waterproof roll is laid on the positions of the internal and external corners of the structure, a cement binder is coated on the lap joint part of the pre-laid self-adhesive film waterproof roll and the self-adhesive modified asphalt waterproof roll, and the basement floor is poured on the pre-laid self-adhesive film waterproof roll and the self-adhesive modified asphalt waterproof roll to form an integrated waterproof layer. This method has good waterproof performance, but finally needs cement pouring, so the cost is increased, and the method is not suitable for large-scale use.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a simple method for integrally paving an external corner of a PVC waterproof coiled material, which can prevent rainwater on a plane, a vertical surface, an internal corner and the external corner from permeating, has low cost and is simple to operate.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a method for integrally paving an external corner and an internal corner of a PVC waterproof coiled material comprises the following steps:
s1: overlapping a plurality of plane waterproof coiled materials, and pre-laying the waterproof coiled materials on a plane until the plane is fully paved;
s2: pre-fixing a plane waterproof coiled material on a plane and welding;
s3: sequentially overlapping the vertical surface waterproof coiled materials, pre-fixing the vertical surface waterproof coiled materials on the vertical surface and welding the vertical surface waterproof coiled materials until the vertical surface waterproof coiled materials are fully paved at the positions except the internal corner and the external corner; the vertical surface waterproof coiled material is 0-50cm away from the internal corner and the external corner.
S4: paving a first internal corner waterproof coiled material or a second internal corner waterproof coiled material at an internal corner and paving a first external corner waterproof coiled material at an external corner;
in step S4, when the facade waterproof roll at the internal corner is attached to the internal corner, a first internal corner waterproof roll is laid; and when the vertical surface waterproof coiled material at the internal corner is not attached to the internal corner, laying a second internal corner waterproof coiled material. When the facade waterproof coiled material is paved, the distance between the facade waterproof coiled material and the internal corner is 0-5cm, the facade waterproof coiled material is considered to be attached to the internal corner,
the first internal corner waterproof roll and the second internal corner waterproof roll are folded to form a shape consistent with the shape of the internal corner.
When the vertical waterproof coiled material is laid, the longitudinal overlapping edge of the vertical waterproof coiled material is preferably separated from the longitudinal overlapping edge of the plane waterproof coiled material by a certain distance, so that the flowing distance of rainwater on the overlapping edge is increased, and the vertical waterproof coiled material cannot be attached to an internal corner frequently. So the design of two types of inside corner waterproofing membrane is required, so that the actual demand is met better, and the possibility of rainwater infiltration is reduced.
Preferably, in step S3, the waterproof roll further includes a first external corner waterproof roll, the first external corner waterproof roll includes a first external corner edge overlapped with the planar waterproof roll and a second external corner edge overlapped with the adjacent vertical waterproof roll, the first external corner edge is overlapped above the edge of the planar waterproof roll to form a first external corner overlapping edge, and the second external corner edge of the first external corner waterproof roll is overlapped above the edge of the vertical waterproof roll to form a second external corner overlapping edge.
Preferably, welding the first external corner waterproofing membrane and the plane waterproofing membrane together along the first external corner overlapping edge by using a welding gun; and welding the second external corner waterproof coiled material and the vertical face waterproof coiled material together along the second external corner overlapping edge by using a welding gun.
Preferably, in step S3, the rectangular first external corner waterproofing membrane is folded to form two left and right first external corner portions and a second external corner portion and a first folding mark in the middle, the first external corner waterproofing membrane is cut along the folding mark of the first external corner waterproofing membrane from bottom to top by 8-10cm, and then the first external corner waterproofing membrane is folded at a position 8-10cm away from the lower edge of the first external corner waterproofing membrane to form a rectangular first external corner edge, and the first external corner edge is also divided into a left part of the first external corner edge and a right part of the second external corner edge due to the first folding mark.

Preferably, the distance between the longitudinal overlapping edge of the plane waterproof coiled material arranged on the plane edge and the longitudinal overlapping edge of the adjacent vertical face waterproof coiled material arranged on the lower end part of the vertical face is not less than 30 cm.
The first internal corner waterproofing membrane comprises a first internal corner edge for overlapping with the already laid plane waterproofing membrane and
and the second internal corner edge is used for overlapping with the laid facade waterproof coiled material.
The second female-angle waterproofing membrane comprises a third female-angle edge for overlapping with the already laid plane waterproofing membrane and
and the fourth internal corner edge is used for overlapping with the laid facade waterproof coiled material.
Preferably, in step S4, the operation of folding the first inside-corner waterproofing membrane further includes the following steps:
s41, folding the first internal corner waterproof roll along the edge of the first internal corner, and then spreading the first internal corner waterproof roll;
