本发明涉及家具用材加工处理技术领域,公开了一种提高户外家具耐老化性能的涂料,按照重量份计由以下成分制成:改性丙烯酸树脂70‑80份、聚酯树脂17‑20份、聚丙烯纤维8‑10份、纤维素醚4.5‑5.5份、重质碳酸钙2.5‑3.0份、固化促进剂0.08‑0.10份、钛白粉15‑18份、填料4‑6份、流平剂0.5‑0.6份;对丙烯酸树脂进行改性,得到的改性丙烯酸树脂作为成膜物质,具有优良的耐候性能,制备得到的耐老化涂料为环保型木材涂料,涂膜性能好,附着力强,达到0级,硬度高,达到5H,耐冲击性好,光泽度达到90%,耐磨强度高,耐热水性和化学介质性好,对功能性家具涂料的发展具有重要意义。

技术领域
本发明属于家具用材加工处理技术领域,具体涉及一种提高户外家具耐老化性能的涂料。
背景技术
木材是天然产物,组织构造复杂,材质不均匀,多孔、亲水膨缩。作为工业材料,可以说是不适宜的。但其特殊的纹理、外表及材色具有自然美,引人入胜,拥有巨大魅力。所以人们还是用其制作家具,装修居室。户外家具是指在开放或半开放性户外空间中,为方便人们健康、舒适、高效的公共性户外活动而设置的一系列相对于室内家具而言的用具,其主要涵盖了城市公共户外家具、庭院户外休闲家具、商业场所户外家具、便携户外家具等四大类产品。
户外家具方便美化了人们的生活,但是由于木材抵御外界环境的能力较差,在恶劣环境变化下,老化速度加快,严重影响了户外家具的使用性能和使用寿命,对于木材造成极大的消耗和浪费,长此以往不利于森林资源的可持续发展。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种提高户外家具耐老化性能的涂料,能够应用于恶劣气候变化的环境,耐老化性能优异,具有防老防腐功能,使用寿命长。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种提高户外家具耐老化性能的涂料,按照重量份计由以下成分制成:改性丙烯酸树脂70-80份、聚酯树脂17-20份、聚丙烯纤维8-10份、纤维素醚4.5-5.5份、重质碳酸钙2.5-3.0份、固化促进剂0.08-0.10份、钛白粉15-18份、填料4-6份、流平剂0.5-0.6份;所述改性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜中加入550-580克丙烯酸树脂乳液,升温至35-45℃,加入200-220克双酚A环氧树脂和120-150毫升聚乙二醇,搅拌混合均匀,继续升温至60-65℃,加入55-60克环氧氯丙烷,搅拌下通入氮气;
(2)向混合物中加入15-20毫升氢氧化钠溶液,升温至70-75℃,搅拌反应2-3小时,关闭氮气,进行减压蒸馏,除去水和剩余聚乙二醇溶剂,产物使用去离子水清洗至中性,然后置于70-80℃真空下干燥4-6小时即可。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,所述填料按照重量份计由以下成分制成:硫酸钡11-13份、碳酸钠10-12份、硅藻土18-20份、滑石粉15-18份、瓷土粉7-10份。

作为对上述方案的进一步描述,步骤(2)中所述氢氧化钠溶液质量浓度为25-30摩尔/升。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,按照重量份计由以下成分制成:改性丙烯酸树脂74-76份、聚酯树脂18-19份、聚丙烯纤维9.2-9.6份、纤维素醚4.8-5.0份、重质碳酸钙2.6-2.8份、固化促进剂0.09-0.10份、钛白粉16-17份、填料4.5-5.0份、流平剂0.52-0.55份。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:为了解决现有户外家具用涂料耐老化性能一般的问题,本发明提供了一种提高户外家具耐老化性能的涂料,对丙烯酸树脂进行改性,得到的改性丙烯酸树脂作为成膜物质,具有优良的耐候性能,制备得到的耐老化涂料为环保型木材涂料,涂膜性能好,附着力强,达到0级,硬度高,达到5H,耐冲击性好,光泽度达到90%,耐磨强度高,耐热水性和化学介质性好,能够应用于恶劣气候变化的环境,耐老化性能优异,具有防老防腐功能,使用寿命长,能够持久防护家具内部收受损伤,对功能性家具涂料的发展具有重要意义。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案及效果更加清楚、明确,下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例,仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明所提供的技术方案。
实施例1
一种提高户外家具耐老化性能的涂料,按照重量份计由以下成分制成:改性丙烯酸树脂70份、聚酯树脂17份、聚丙烯纤维8份、纤维素醚4.5份、重质碳酸钙2.5份、固化促进剂0.08份、钛白粉15份、填料4份、流平剂0.5份;所述改性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜中加入550克丙烯酸树脂乳液,升温至35℃,加入200克双酚A环氧树脂和120毫升聚乙二醇,搅拌混合均匀,继续升温至60℃,加入55克环氧氯丙烷,搅拌下通入氮气;
(2)向混合物中加入15毫升氢氧化钠溶液,升温至70℃,搅拌反应2小时,关闭氮气,进行减压蒸馏,除去水和剩余聚乙二醇溶剂,产物使用去离子水清洗至中性,然后置于70℃真空下干燥4小时即可。

一种提高户外家具耐老化性能的涂料,按照重量份计由以下成分制成:改性丙烯酸树脂75份、聚酯树脂18份、聚丙烯纤维9份、纤维素醚5.0份、重质碳酸钙2.4份、固化促进剂0.09份、钛白粉16份、填料5份、流平剂0.55份;所述改性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜中加入560克丙烯酸树脂乳液,升温至40℃,加入210克双酚A环氧树脂和135毫升聚乙二醇,搅拌混合均匀,继续升温至63℃,加入58克环氧氯丙烷,搅拌下通入氮气;
(2)向混合物中加入18毫升氢氧化钠溶液,升温至72℃,搅拌反应2.5小时,关闭氮气,进行减压蒸馏,除去水和剩余聚乙二醇溶剂,产物使用去离子水清洗至中性,然后置于75℃真空下干燥5小时即可。

一种提高户外家具耐老化性能的涂料,按照重量份计由以下成分制成:改性丙烯酸树脂0份、聚酯树脂20份、聚丙烯纤维10份、纤维素醚5.5份、重质碳酸钙3.0份、固化促进剂0.10份、钛白粉18份、填料6份、流平剂0.6份;所述改性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜中加入580克丙烯酸树脂乳液,升温至45℃,加入220克双酚A环氧树脂和150毫升聚乙二醇,搅拌混合均匀,继续升温至65℃,加入60克环氧氯丙烷,搅拌下通入氮气;
(2)向混合物中加入20毫升氢氧化钠溶液,升温至75℃,搅拌反应3小时,关闭氮气,进行减压蒸馏,除去水和剩余聚乙二醇溶剂,产物使用去离子水清洗至中性,然后置于80℃真空下干燥6小时即可。

1.一种提高户外家具耐老化性能的涂料,其特征在于,按照重量份计由以下成分制成:改性丙烯酸树脂70-80份、聚酯树脂17-20份、聚丙烯纤维8-10份、纤维素醚4.5-5.5份、重质碳酸钙2.5-3.0份、固化促进剂0.08-0.10份、钛白粉15-18份、填料4-6份、流平剂0.5-0.6份;所述改性丙烯酸树脂的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)向反应釜中加入550-580克丙烯酸树脂乳液,升温至35-45℃,加入200-220克双酚A环氧树脂和120-150毫升聚乙二醇,搅拌混合均匀,继续升温至60-65℃,加入55-60克环氧氯丙烷,搅拌下通入氮气;
