本发明涉及工艺品材料处理产业领域,公开了一种编织工艺品用水性漆,本发明提供了一种编织工艺品用水性漆,使用环保的丙烯酸酯乳液作为成膜物质,配合辅助剂制备得到的水性漆耐腐蚀性好,耐光老化、耐候性均十分优异,能够维持10年以上寿命,本发明提供了一种解决现有编织工艺品水性漆性能一般的问题,适用于编织品,耐腐蚀性能提高,耐磨性、耐候性较现有水性漆有大幅度提高,稳定性好,涂膜效率高,具有操作方便,安全可靠,维持寿命长等优点,并且解决了现有水性漆应用在编织工艺品上性能不佳的问题,是一种极为值得推广使用的技术方案。

技术领域
本发明属于工艺品材料处理产业技术领域,具体涉及一种编织工艺品用水性漆。
背景技术
编织工艺品是将植物的枝条、叶、茎、皮等加工后,用手工编织而成的工艺品。编织工艺品在原料、色彩、编织工艺等方面形成了天然、朴素、清新、简练的艺术特色。编织是人类最古老的手工艺之一。据《易经·系辞》记载,旧石器时代,人类即以植物韧皮编织成网罟(网状兜物),内盛石球,抛出时以击伤动物。在西安半坡、庙底沟、三里桥等新石器时代遗址出土的陶器上,印有“十”字纹、“人”字纹,清楚地显示出是由篾席印模上去的,有的还发现陶钵的底部粘附有篾席的残竹片。浙江余姚河姆渡遗址出土的苇席,距今约有7000年历史。
为了提高编织工艺品的使用寿命以及外观结构,现多采用涂饰木质漆的方式对工艺品进行涂装,为了环保考虑,现有的木质漆已经逐渐由有机溶剂型向水溶剂型转变,而水溶性漆的耐久性又受到了极大的考验。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的问题,提供了一种编织工艺品用水性漆,使用环保的丙烯酸酯乳液作为成膜物质,配合辅助剂制备得到的水性漆耐腐蚀性好,耐光老化、耐候性均十分优异,能够维持10年以上寿命。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种编织工艺品用水性漆,按照重量份计由以下成分制成:聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯乳液100-120份、聚乙烯醇溶液20-30份、钛白粉15-20份、滑石粉4-8份、硫酸钠2-4份、磷酸三丁酯0.5-1.0份、六偏磷酸钠1.0-2.0份、瓷土粉0.2-0.6份、纳米氧化锌0.1-0.2份、水30-50份。
作为对上述方案的进一步描述,按照重量份计由以下成分制成:聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯乳液105-110份、聚乙烯醇溶液25-28份、钛白粉17-18份、滑石粉6-7份、硫酸钠2.5-3.0份、磷酸三丁酯0.6-0.7份、六偏磷酸钠1.4-1.6份、瓷土粉0.3-0.4份、纳米氧化锌0.13-0.15份、水40-45份。

本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:为了解决现有针对编织工艺品用水性漆漆膜质量不佳的问题,本发明提供了一种编织工艺品用水性漆,使用环保的丙烯酸酯乳液作为成膜物质,配合辅助剂制备得到的水性漆耐腐蚀性好,耐光老化、耐候性均十分优异,能够维持10年以上寿命,本发明提供了一种解决现有编织工艺品水性漆性能一般的问题,适用于编织品,耐腐蚀性能提高,耐磨性、耐候性较现有水性漆有大幅度提高,稳定性好,涂膜效率高,具有操作方便,安全可靠,维持寿命长等优点,并且解决了现有水性漆应用在编织工艺品上性能不佳的问题,是一种极为值得推广使用的技术方案。

作为对上述方案的进一步描述,按照重量份计由以下成分制成:聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯乳液105份、聚乙烯醇溶液25份、钛白粉17份、滑石粉6份、硫酸钠2.5份、磷酸三丁酯0.6份、六偏磷酸钠1.4份、瓷土粉0.3份、纳米氧化锌0.13份、水40份。
