Background
The calcium carbide is a common basic raw material in the chemical industry, and in the current calcium carbide production process, the raw material is firstly transported into a calcium carbide furnace through conveying equipment and then subjected to high-temperature reaction to generate calcium carbide (CaC) 2 ) The calcium carbide furnace is generally cylindrical, a furnace outlet communicated with the inside and the outside of the calcium carbide furnace is formed in the outer side of the calcium carbide furnace, and molten calcium carbide flows into a calcium carbide trolley waiting outside the calcium carbide furnace through the furnace outlet. The conveying track is arranged outside the calcium carbide furnace, the calcium carbide trolley is matched with the conveying track in a guiding manner, the calcium carbide trolley can cool the calcium carbide when carrying the calcium carbide on the conveying track, the calcium carbide trolley discharges the cooled calcium carbide when reaching a set position, and the track and the calcium carbide trolley form a calcium carbide conveying line together.
The Chinese patent document with the authority notice number of CN104986161B and the authority notice date of 2018.01.26 discloses a calcium carbide conveying train which comprises a train body, a closed-loop track and a driving device. Wherein, the closed loop track includes horizontal track and spiral track, and the train then includes a plurality of carbide dollies, and the carbide dolly includes the carbide pot, and the round pin pole of bulb round pin is connected with the front end of carbide pot, and the sphere cooperates in bulb and the carbide pot rear end, and a plurality of carbide dollies head and tail connect into the train of closed loop, are provided with fixed wheel and swing wheel on the carbide dolly, and the carbide dolly is the upset along spiral track in the motion of delivery track, and carbide pot opening on the carbide dolly is down in order to unload the carbide in the carbide pot. Two fixed wheels of carbide dolly are installed in the both sides of carbide pot, and swing wheel sets up the front side at fixed wheel, and when the carbide dolly overturns on spiral track, swing wheel can overturn along with spiral track.
The bottom of the calcium carbide trolley is provided with two fixed wheels and two swing wheels, and the problem of the structure is that: on the one hand, when the calcium carbide trolley turns, the turning radius of the calcium carbide trolley is increased by four wheels, so that the calcium carbide trolley turns inflexibly, the turning radius of the calcium carbide trolley is increased, the guide rail size matched with the calcium carbide trolley is increased, the use of materials is increased, the occupied area of a calcium carbide transportation line is increased, and the production is improved; on the other hand, the wheels positioned at the front side of the calcium carbide trolley and the wheels positioned at the rear side of the calcium carbide trolley are mutually influenced, so that the calcium carbide furnace discharging trolley is easy to be blocked and unsmooth in movement during turning, and the transportation of calcium carbide is further influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a calcium carbide trolley, which can solve the problem of inflexible steering of the calcium carbide trolley in the prior art, and simultaneously, the invention further aims to provide a calcium carbide transportation line using the calcium carbide trolley, which can reduce the track radius and reduce the production cost.

The beneficial effects are that: through the arrangement mode, the steering radius of the calcium carbide trolley when moving on the track can be reduced, so that the calcium carbide trolley is more flexible to steer, and technicians can reduce the size of the corresponding track, thereby further reducing the production cost; and be provided with and prevent turning on one's side structure, can guarantee the security of carbide dolly when transporting the carbide.
Further, an adjustable connection structure for adjusting the distance between the two calcium carbide trolleys is further arranged between the calcium carbide trolleys.
The beneficial effects are that: the adjustable connecting structure is arranged, so that the distance between the calcium carbide trolleys can be adjusted at any time, rigid connection between the calcium carbide trolleys is guaranteed, and the car overturning accidents caused by loose connection between the calcium carbide trolleys are avoided.

The beneficial effects are that: the universal joint can ensure the trafficability of two adjacent calcium carbide trolleys during turning, realizes the horizontal turning or overturning movement of the calcium carbide trolleys, has a simple structure, is mature in technology and is convenient to realize in the invention.
Further, an inner cavity for penetration of an adjusting bolt is formed in the connecting rod, a baffle for penetration of the adjusting bolt is arranged in the inner cavity, an outer flange matched with the baffle in a blocking mode is arranged on the adjusting bolt, a fixing nut for tightly pushing the connecting rod is arranged on a rod body of the adjusting bolt, and the adjusting bolt is fixedly connected with the connecting rod through combined action of the baffle and the fixing nut.
The beneficial effects are that: through the cooperation of stopping of fixation nut and adjusting bolt and baffle, can realize the stable connection of connecting rod and adjusting bolt to fixation nut and locknut cooperation can be with adjusting bolt tensioning between connecting rod and universal joint, have guaranteed the simultaneity of the action of two adjacent carbide dollies.
Further, the rollover prevention structure comprises a rim which is arranged on the bearing wheel and used for being blocked and matched with the side face of the conveying track, and/or the rollover prevention structure comprises an anti-falling wheel which is arranged on the calcium carbide trolley and used for being in rolling and supporting matched with the inner side face of the conveying track, and the rotation axis of the anti-falling wheel is perpendicular to the conveying face formed by the conveying track.
The beneficial effects are that: the anti-drop wheel is arranged, the structure is simple, the technology is mature, and the realization is convenient; the rim is arranged on the bearing wheel, other structural members are not required to be added, and the assembly task of technicians is reduced.

Detailed Description
The specific embodiment of the calcium carbide transportation line and the calcium carbide trolley in the invention is described with reference to the accompanying drawings: as shown in fig. 1, the calcium carbide transportation line is composed of two parts, namely a transportation rail 2 arranged around the calcium carbide furnace and a calcium carbide trolley 1 arranged on the transportation rail 2. The conveying track 2 is of a closed-loop structure and is formed by two guide rails arranged side by side, and a turnover part capable of turning over the calcium carbide trolley 1 to realize unloading is also arranged in the conveying track 2. And the adjacent calcium carbide trolleys 1 are connected into a closed-loop train through corresponding structures, so that the calcium carbide in a molten state can be driven to be cooled. Be equipped with the structure of preventing turning on one's side that is used for preventing that carbide dolly 1 from turning on one's side to the both sides of the extending direction of delivery track 2 between carbide dolly 1 and delivery track 2, can guarantee the security of carbide dolly 1 when carrying the carbide.
As shown in fig. 2, the calcium carbide trolley 1 comprises a frame and a calcium carbide pot 18 arranged on the frame, the frame supports the calcium carbide pot 18, and an air channel for flowing gas is reserved between the frame and the calcium carbide pot 18, so that the influence of heat on the frame can be reduced. The direction that the carbide dolly 1 advances and retreats is defined to the fore-and-aft direction now, then be provided with respectively in the left and right sides of frame and bear seat 11, bear seat 11 and include the frame main part and set up the bearing wheel 12 in the frame main part, only be provided with a bearing wheel 12 on every bearing seat 11, two bearing wheels 12 are coaxial to be arranged, and roll respectively on two guide rails of delivery track 2, through this kind of arrangement mode, the structure that only be provided with a bearing wheel 12 respectively in the left and right sides of carbide dolly 1 has been formed, can reduce the turning radius of carbide dolly 1 when moving on delivery track 2, make carbide dolly 1 turn to more nimble, technical staff can reduce the size of corresponding delivery track 2, thereby further reduce manufacturing cost.
Because only a group of bearing wheels 12 (one on each of the left and right sides is formed) are arranged on the calcium carbide trolley 1, in order to ensure that the calcium carbide trolley 1 can stably transport calcium carbide, as shown in fig. 3 to 8, an anti-drop wheel 19 for guiding the steering of the calcium carbide trolley 1 to prevent the calcium carbide trolley 1 from turning on one side is also arranged on the bearing seat 11, the rotation axis of the bearing wheels 12 is arranged along the horizontal direction, the bearing wheels 12 are in supporting fit with the upper surface of the conveying track 2, the rotation axis of the anti-drop wheel 19 is arranged along the vertical direction, and the rotation axis of the anti-drop wheel 19 is perpendicular to the conveying surface formed by the conveying track 2. The anti-drop wheel 19 is arranged below the bearing wheel 12 and is matched with the inner side surface rolling support of the conveying track 2, and the left-right swing of the calcium carbide trolley 1 is limited by the anti-drop wheel 19 when the calcium carbide trolley advances, so that the problem of derailment caused by the left-right swing is avoided. And a rim 121 matched with the side surface of the conveying track 2 in a blocking way is arranged on the inner side of the bearing wheel 12, and the rim 121 can prevent the calcium carbide trolley 1 from turning on one side. In the calcium carbide trolley 1, the rim 121 of the bearing wheel 12 and the anti-drop wheel 19 form a rollover prevention structure together.
The bearing wheel 12 of carbide dolly 1 sets up the middle part position along the horizontal direction on carbide dolly 1, when single carbide dolly 1 walks, can appear along the wobbling problem of delivery track 2 extending direction, and the carbide in the carbide dolly 1 can spill, causes the production accident, consequently, is provided with the adjustable connection structure with carbide dolly 1 transmission connection between each carbide dolly 1, can realize the adjustment of adjacent carbide dolly 1 interval through adjustable connection structure. As shown in fig. 4, a connecting rod 13 extending towards the front is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the frame, an inner cavity is arranged in the connecting rod 13, two baffles which are arranged at intervals are arranged at the front end of the inner cavity of the connecting rod 13, a first baffle 132 arranged at the end part of the connecting rod 13 and a second baffle 131 positioned in the connecting rod 13 are respectively provided with a through hole, the first baffle 132 and the second baffle 131 are correspondingly provided with an adjusting bolt 15 penetrating out of the connecting rod 13, the adjusting bolt 15 sequentially penetrates through the first baffle 132 and the second baffle 131, the main body of the adjusting bolt 15 is a stepped shaft, the rear end of the adjusting bolt 15 is a large-diameter section, namely, one end immersed into the connecting rod 13 is provided with an outer flange 151 matched with the second baffle 131 in a blocking manner, and the front end of the adjusting bolt 15, namely, a small-diameter section extends out of the connecting rod 13. External threads are arranged on the small-diameter section of the adjusting bolt 15, the front end of the small-diameter section of the adjusting bolt 15 is connected with a universal joint 17 through threads, and the universal joint 17 forms a universal structure for realizing relative rotation between two adjacent calcium carbide trolleys 1.
Two nuts, namely a locknut 16 and a fixing nut 14, are simultaneously arranged on the rod body of the adjusting bolt 15, which is provided with external threads, the locknut 16 rotates forwards to jack the universal joint 17 forwards, and the fixing nut 14 rotates backwards to jack the first baffle 132. The fixing nut 14 and the second baffle 131 jointly act to realize the relative fixation of the adjusting bolt 15 and the connecting rod 13, and the relative position of the adjusting bolt 15 and the universal joint 17 can be changed when the adjusting bolt 15 and the universal joint 17 relatively rotate, so that the distance between two adjacent calcium carbide trolleys 1 is adjusted. Wherein the universal joint 17 includes a vertical rotation shaft 171 whose rotation axis is arranged in the vertical direction and a horizontal rotation shaft 172 whose rotation axis is arranged in the horizontal direction. By means of the cooperation of the horizontal rotating shaft 172 and the vertical rotating shaft 171, the two adjacent calcium carbide trolleys 1 can rotate relatively freely during turning, and the passing performance of the calcium carbide trolleys 1 during passing bending is improved. As shown in fig. 4 to 8, the horizontal rotation shaft 172 is provided on the frame, the locknut 16 is pressed forward against the universal joint 17, and the universal joint 17 drives the vertical rotation shaft 171 to move forward a slight distance, thereby pressing the universal joint 17 against the vertical rotation shaft 171. The fixing nut 14 is rotated backwards to push the first baffle 132 backwards, the fixing nut 14 pushes the connecting rod 13 backwards, and the second baffle 131 of the connecting rod 13 is pushed against the outer flange 151 of the adjusting bolt 15. Through the combined action of the locknut 16 and the fixing nut 14, the adjusting bolt 15 can be tensioned between the connecting rod 13 and the universal joint 17, so that the rigid connection of two adjacent calcium carbide trolleys 1 is realized, and the safety of the calcium carbide trolleys 1 during overturning and discharging is ensured. As long as each calcium carbide trolley 1 is tightly matched, the rollover prevention of the calcium carbide trolley 1 can be realized.
The structure of the calcium carbide trolley is shown in fig. 1 to 8, and the operation mode and the operation process of the calcium carbide trolley in the calcium carbide transportation line are the same, so that repeated description of the embodiment of the calcium carbide trolley is not needed.
In other embodiments, the rollover prevention structure may be provided with only the anti-drop wheel or only the rim of the bearing wheel, instead of adopting the scheme of simultaneously providing the anti-drop wheel and the rim on the bearing wheel.
In other embodiments, the conveying track can be a groove-shaped track with opposite openings, and the bearing wheels of the calcium carbide trolley are assembled in the groove body of the groove-shaped track in a guiding way, and rollover prevention is realized by means of the cooperation of the bearing wheels and the inner wall stop of the groove-shaped track.
In other embodiments, the rollover prevention structure may be further configured to be provided with a hanging plate on the calcium carbide trolley, where when the calcium carbide trolley has a rollover trend, the hanging plate on the calcium carbide trolley can hang the conveying rail, so that the calcium carbide trolley cannot rollover from the conveying rail.
In other embodiments, the adjusting bolt may also be fixed to the connecting rod by welding.
