The working principle is as follows: passengers operate an extension handle of the reversing valve, and the reversing valve starts the hydraulic oil cylinder to extend to provide driving force for the actuating mechanism, so that the actuating mechanism does extension movement to support the leg support part; the passenger operates the retraction handle of the reversing valve, and the reversing valve starts the hydraulic oil cylinder to retract to provide reset driving force for the actuating mechanism, so that the actuating mechanism contracts to reset the leg support part.
According to the invention, on the premise of not increasing the occupied space of the existing seat, only one set of leg supporting device is added for a single seat, so that the legs of a passenger can be supported, the riding comfort of the passenger is greatly improved, and the fatigue of long-distance travel is relieved.

Claims (12)
1. A seat, the seat comprises an armrest and a bottom frame, and is characterized in that a leg supporting device is arranged on the seat;
the leg supporting device comprises a control part, a driving part, an actuating mechanism and a leg support part;
the front end of the control part is arranged on the handrail, the rear end of the control part is arranged on the bottom frame, the rear end of the control part is connected with the front end of the driving part, the rear end of the driving part is connected with the front end of the actuating mechanism, and the leg support part is arranged at the rear end of the actuating mechanism;
the control part is used for starting the driving force of the driving part, and the driving part drives the actuating mechanism to move;
wherein,
the control section includes: adjusting a handle, a pull wire and a release switch; the adjusting handle is arranged on the handrail, the release switch is arranged on the bottom frame, the front end of the pull wire is connected with the adjusting handle, the rear end of the pull wire is connected with the release switch, and the release switch is connected with the driving part and used for starting the driving force of the driving part;
the driving part comprises a pneumatic component, and when the release switch presses a starting switch of the pneumatic component, the driving force of the pneumatic component is started; or,
the control part is a reversing valve, the driving part is a hydraulic oil cylinder, the reversing valve is connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder and used for starting the driving force of the hydraulic oil cylinder, and the hydraulic oil cylinder drives the executing mechanism to do stretching or contracting movement.
2. The seat according to claim 1, wherein the control portion further comprises: a first pin and a second pin;
the adjusting handle is provided with a through hole, the first pin shaft penetrates through the through hole of the adjusting handle to fixedly connect the adjusting handle to the handrail, the second pin shaft is arranged in the handrail between the adjusting handle and the release switch, and the front end of the pull wire is connected with the rear end of the adjusting handle by bypassing the second pin shaft;
when external force is applied to the front end of the adjusting buckle, the second pin shaft is used for changing the movement direction of the pull wire.
3. The seat according to claim 2, wherein the control portion further comprises a fixed pulley, the fixed pulley is sleeved on the second pin shaft, and the front end of the pull wire is connected with the rear end of the adjusting buckle by passing through the fixed pulley.
4. The seat of claim 1, wherein the mitigation switch includes a fixed member and a rotating member;
the fixing part comprises a fixing part, a first rotating hole and a first wire passing hole, the rotating part comprises a second rotating hole and a second wire passing hole, the fixing part is connected with the bottom frame, the first rotating hole is pivoted with the second rotating hole, the rear end of the pull wire penetrates through the first wire passing hole and the second wire passing hole or the rear end of the pull wire penetrates through the first wire passing hole and the second wire passing hole and then returns to the first wire passing hole and then returns to the second wire passing hole.
5. The seat according to claim 4, wherein the pneumatic assembly is a gas spring, and a front end surface of the gas spring includes an activation switch, and a driving force of the gas spring is turned on when the rotary member presses the activation switch.
6. The seat according to claim 5, wherein the gas spring comprises an outer cylinder body and a piston rod sleeved in the outer cylinder body, the end of the piston rod is fixed on the fixing member, and the outer cylinder body is connected with the actuating mechanism;
the bottom frame comprises a mounting seat, the fixing part is a fixing hole, the fixing part is connected with the mounting seat through the fixing hole, the first wire passing hole is provided with two holes, and the stay wire passes through one hole of the first wire passing hole and then returns to be connected with the other hole of the first wire passing hole after passing through the second wire passing hole.
7. The seat according to claim 6, wherein the fixing member comprises a bending portion and two vertical plates symmetrically arranged below the bending portion;
the first wire passing hole is formed in the front end of the bending portion, the lower ends of the two vertical plates are respectively provided with the first rotating hole, the rear ends, close to the bending portion, of the two vertical plates are respectively provided with the fixing holes, the middle of the bending portion is provided with a notch, a middle groove is formed in the middle of the two vertical plates, the rotating part penetrates through the notch of the bending portion and is pivoted with the fixing part, and the front end of the piston rod is plugged into the middle groove to be fixed.
8. The seat according to claim 4, wherein the fixing member comprises a bending portion and two vertical plates symmetrically arranged below the bending portion;
the first wire passing hole is formed in the front end of the bending portion, the lower ends of the two vertical plates are respectively provided with the first rotating hole, the rear ends, close to the bending portion, of the two vertical plates are respectively provided with the fixing holes, the middle of the bending portion is provided with a notch, a middle groove is formed in the middle of the two vertical plates, the rotating part penetrates through the notch of the bending portion to be pivoted with the fixing part, and a front end of the driving portion is plugged into the middle groove to be fixed.
9. The seat according to claim 1, wherein the actuator comprises at least one linkage, a front end of the linkage being connected to the drive portion, and the legrest being disposed at a rear end of the linkage.
10. The seat according to claim 9, wherein the linkage mechanism includes a push rod, a first follower link, a second follower link, a first link, and a second link;
the rear end of the push rod is fixedly connected with the middle part of the first driven rod, the front end of the first driven rod is pivoted with the front end of the first connecting rod, the rear end of the first connecting rod is pivoted with the front end of the bottom frame, the front end of the second driven rod is pivoted with the front end of the second connecting rod, the rear end of the second connecting rod is pivoted with the front end of the bottom frame, the middle part of the second connecting rod is pivoted with the middle part of the first driven rod, and the rear ends of the first driven rod and the second driven rod are respectively pivoted with the leg support part; the front end of the push rod is pivoted with the rear end of the driving part.

The seat according to claim 9, wherein the linkage mechanism comprises a push rod, a cross link, a first driven rod, a second driven rod, a first link and a second link, the number of the first driven rod, the second driven rod, the first link and the second link is two, and the two first driven rods, the two second driven rods, the first link and the second link are respectively and symmetrically arranged on two sides of the seat;
the front end of the first driven rod on each side of the seat is pivoted with the front end of the first connecting rod, the rear end of the first connecting rod is pivoted with the front end of the bottom frame, the front end of the second driven rod is pivoted with the front end of the second connecting rod, the rear end of the second connecting rod is pivoted with the front end of the bottom frame, the middle part of the second connecting rod is pivoted with the middle part of the first driven rod, and the rear ends of the first driven rod and the second driven rod are respectively pivoted with the leg support part;
the front end of the push rod is pivoted with the rear end of the driving part, the rear end of the push rod is fixedly connected with the middle of the transverse connecting rod, and two ends of the transverse connecting rod are respectively and fixedly connected with the middle of the first driven rod which is symmetrically arranged.
12. A train carriage, characterized in that a seat according to any one of claims 1-11 is arranged in the carriage.
