本发明涉及面料技术领域，具体涉及多层烫金羽绒服面料结构。
背景技术
布料烫金技术是一种染布技术。在我国发展较快，但真正投入大批量生产也就近十年时间。随着科技的迅猛发展，布料烫金工艺也日趋成熟，因其烫金后布料的整体效果显得雍容华贵与新潮，已越来越多的博得许多爱美人士所喜爱。
目前，人们冬季穿着的服装大多是保暖类型的，穿上之后只能保持人体体温，而不能自发的发出热量，必须使用额外的东西才能起到发热的作用，并且现有的服装的面料由于交织工艺的问题，导致质感和透气性欠佳，面料的保温效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足，提供一种多层烫金羽绒服面料结构，它的结构简单，外观美观不仅仅能够保持人体本身的温度，同时在穿戴时，还能自发热，能够透气透湿，保暖性能好。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案是：它由外到内依次包含烫金层1、防水面料2、透湿蓄热PU膜3、羽绒填充空间4、保暖层5；所述的烫金层1包含胶水涂层11、分离涂层12、颜色涂层13、金属涂层14；所述的胶水涂层11设置于金属涂层14的上部，金属涂层14的下方设置有颜色涂层13，颜色涂层13的下方设置有分离涂层12，所述透湿蓄热PU膜3与羽绒填充空间4接触面均采用点状热熔式PU胶复合，所述保暖层5包含强度经线51、强度纬线52，强度经线51与强度纬线52呈正方形编织；所述强度纬线52为锦纶线。
所述的含烫金层1、防水面料2、透湿蓄热PU膜3与保暖层5的厚度比为2：2：1：1。
所述的胶水涂层11、分离涂层12、颜色涂层13、金属涂层14的厚度比为1：1：2：2。
所述强度经线51与强度纬线52的线径比为1：2。
所述的羽绒填充空间4包含透气层41与羽绒42，所述的透气层41设置于羽绒42的上下两面。
本发明的工作原理：它由外到内依次设置有烫金层1、防水面料2、透湿蓄热PU膜3、羽绒填充空间4、保暖层5；其中烫金层1分为胶水涂层11、分离涂层12、颜色涂层13与金属涂层14；通过在颜色涂层13的表面设置金属涂层14，再通过分离涂层12实现胶水涂层11与金属涂层14分离，透湿蓄热PU膜3与羽绒填充空间4接触面均采用点状热熔式PU胶复合，强度经线51与强度纬线52呈正方形编织，透气层41设置于羽绒42的上下两面是实现保温透气。
采用上述技术方案后，本发明有益效果为：它的结构简单，外观美观不仅仅能够保持人体本身的温度，同时在穿戴时，还能自发热，能够透气透湿，保暖性能好。

参看图1-图3所示，本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是：它由外到内依次包含烫金层1、防水面料2、透湿蓄热PU膜3、羽绒填充空间4、保暖层5；所述的烫金层1包含胶水涂层11、分离涂层12、颜色涂层13、金属涂层14；所述的胶水涂层11设置于金属涂层14的上部，金属涂层14的下方设置有颜色涂层13，颜色涂层13的下方设置有分离涂层12，通过在颜色涂层13的表面设置金属涂层14，再通过分离涂层12实现胶水涂层11与金属涂层14分离，所述透湿蓄热PU膜3与羽绒填充空间4接触面均采用点状热熔式PU胶复合，所述保暖层5包含强度经线51、强度纬线52，强度经线51与强度纬线52呈正方形编织；所述强度纬线52为锦纶线；所述的含烫金层1、防水面料2、透湿蓄热PU膜3与保暖层5的厚度比为2：2：1：1；透湿湿蓄热PU膜3是一种新型的高分子防水材料。从制作工艺上讲，防水透气膜的技术要求要比一般的防水材料高的多；同时从品质上来看，防水透气膜也具有其他防水材料所不具备的功能性特点；所述的胶水涂层11、分离涂层12、颜色涂层13、金属涂层14的厚度比为1：1：2：2；所述强度经线51与强度纬线52的线径比为1：2；所述的羽绒填充空间4包含透气层41与羽绒42，所述的透气层41设置于羽绒42的上下两面实现保温透气。
