本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体涉及多层烫金羽绒服面料结构。
背景技术
布料烫金技术是一种染布技术。在我国发展较快,但真正投入大批量生产也就近十年时间。随着科技的迅猛发展,布料烫金工艺也日趋成熟,因其烫金后布料的整体效果显得雍容华贵与新潮,已越来越多的博得许多爱美人士所喜爱。
目前,人们冬季穿着的服装大多是保暖类型的,穿上之后只能保持人体体温,而不能自发的发出热量,必须使用额外的东西才能起到发热的作用,并且现有的服装的面料由于交织工艺的问题,导致质感和透气性欠佳,面料的保温效果差。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种多层烫金羽绒服面料结构,它的结构简单,外观美观不仅仅能够保持人体本身的温度,同时在穿戴时,还能自发热,能够透气透湿,保暖性能好。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案是:它由外到内依次包含烫金层1、防水面料2、透湿蓄热PU膜3、羽绒填充空间4、保暖层5;所述的烫金层1包含胶水涂层11、分离涂层12、颜色涂层13、金属涂层14;所述的胶水涂层11设置于金属涂层14的上部,金属涂层14的下方设置有颜色涂层13,颜色涂层13的下方设置有分离涂层12,所述透湿蓄热PU膜3与羽绒填充空间4接触面均采用点状热熔式PU胶复合,所述保暖层5包含强度经线51、强度纬线52,强度经线51与强度纬线52呈正方形编织;所述强度纬线52为锦纶线。
所述的含烫金层1、防水面料2、透湿蓄热PU膜3与保暖层5的厚度比为2:2:1:1。
所述的胶水涂层11、分离涂层12、颜色涂层13、金属涂层14的厚度比为1:1:2:2。
所述强度经线51与强度纬线52的线径比为1:2。
所述的羽绒填充空间4包含透气层41与羽绒42,所述的透气层41设置于羽绒42的上下两面。
本发明的工作原理:它由外到内依次设置有烫金层1、防水面料2、透湿蓄热PU膜3、羽绒填充空间4、保暖层5;其中烫金层1分为胶水涂层11、分离涂层12、颜色涂层13与金属涂层14;通过在颜色涂层13的表面设置金属涂层14,再通过分离涂层12实现胶水涂层11与金属涂层14分离,透湿蓄热PU膜3与羽绒填充空间4接触面均采用点状热熔式PU胶复合,强度经线51与强度纬线52呈正方形编织,透气层41设置于羽绒42的上下两面是实现保温透气。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明有益效果为:它的结构简单,外观美观不仅仅能够保持人体本身的温度,同时在穿戴时,还能自发热,能够透气透湿,保暖性能好。

参看图1-图3所示,本具体实施方式采用的技术方案是:它由外到内依次包含烫金层1、防水面料2、透湿蓄热PU膜3、羽绒填充空间4、保暖层5;所述的烫金层1包含胶水涂层11、分离涂层12、颜色涂层13、金属涂层14;所述的胶水涂层11设置于金属涂层14的上部,金属涂层14的下方设置有颜色涂层13,颜色涂层13的下方设置有分离涂层12,通过在颜色涂层13的表面设置金属涂层14,再通过分离涂层12实现胶水涂层11与金属涂层14分离,所述透湿蓄热PU膜3与羽绒填充空间4接触面均采用点状热熔式PU胶复合,所述保暖层5包含强度经线51、强度纬线52,强度经线51与强度纬线52呈正方形编织;所述强度纬线52为锦纶线;所述的含烫金层1、防水面料2、透湿蓄热PU膜3与保暖层5的厚度比为2:2:1:1;透湿湿蓄热PU膜3是一种新型的高分子防水材料。从制作工艺上讲,防水透气膜的技术要求要比一般的防水材料高的多;同时从品质上来看,防水透气膜也具有其他防水材料所不具备的功能性特点;所述的胶水涂层11、分离涂层12、颜色涂层13、金属涂层14的厚度比为1:1:2:2;所述强度经线51与强度纬线52的线径比为1:2;所述的羽绒填充空间4包含透气层41与羽绒42,所述的透气层41设置于羽绒42的上下两面实现保温透气。
