Abstract
The invention relates to a filtering system and a replacement method thereof, wherein the filtering system comprises a filter element unit and a support module, the filter element unit comprises a water inlet side and a water outlet side which are opposite to each other, and a corresponding water inlet and a corresponding water outlet are respectively arranged on the water inlet side and the water outlet side; the filter element module can be adjusted in number according to requirements, and can be assembled or disassembled in a quick and simple mode.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to water purification equipment, in particular to a filtering system and a replacement method thereof.
Background
Drinking water is a very important part of human body life function maintenance, adults need to take at least two liters of drinking water every day to supplement water loss in the body, and clean and pollution-free water can keep the body healthy.
However, in China, due to the fact that waterway connection pipes are old and the water pollution condition is serious, drinking water which is not polluted at all is difficult to drink directly in the existing families, the water purifier is generally matched to filter tap water preliminarily, substances harmful to the body of the tap water are separated by a filter element of the water purifier, and drinking water which is healthy and harmless to the human body can be drunk.
The present invention relates to a water purifier, and more particularly, to a water purifier having a bracket for fixing a filter element, and a fixed number of holes or fixing portions for assembling the filter element and facilitating replacement of the filter element, wherein the bracket of the water purifier is designed during production, the filter element must be matched with the bracket in terms of usage and the number of the holes, and a set of three or four filter elements are usually combined in many cases, the number of the filter elements cannot be adjusted according to different needs of each person, and the bracket must be limited by the bracket type, even the order of the positions of the filter elements must be designed by manufacturers, and the positions of the filter elements cannot be adjusted according to the needs of users.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problem that the number and the position of the filter elements in the water purifier are limited by the bracket, and the number cannot be increased or reduced or the position sequencing cannot be changed at will, the invention mainly aims to provide a filter system, a filter element module, a support module and a replacement method thereof.
The technical means adopted by the invention is to provide a filtering system, which comprises:
the filter element unit is provided with a water inlet side and a water outlet side which are opposite to each other, and comprises more than one filter element module, each filter element module is respectively provided with a first combination surface and a second combination surface, the first combination surface and the second combination surface are parallel to each other, each filter element module respectively comprises a shell and a filter element part combined in the shell, and the first combination surface and the second combination surface are respectively formed on two sides of the shell; and
the support module is combined with the filter element unit and comprises more than one fixing element and two tightening assemblies, the filter element unit is fixed on the more than one fixing element, and the two tightening assemblies are respectively and correspondingly combined with the water inlet side and the water outlet side of the filter element unit; wherein
Each filter element module is provided with a buckle structure at the top part, each filter element module is correspondingly buckled with more than one fixed element through each buckle structure, and the buckle structure of each filter element module comprises a buckle part formed on the shell and a buckle cover pivoted at the top part of the buckle part and capable of being turned upwards.
The technical means adopted by the invention is to provide a replacement method of a filtering system, which comprises the following steps:
a loosening step, loosening a supporting module to correspondingly combine with a packing component at one side of a filter element unit in two packing components at the water inlet side and the water outlet side of the filter element unit respectively, so that a gap is formed between the packing component and a filter element module of the filter element unit;
opening a clamping cover, namely opening a clamping structure at the top of the filter element module to separate the clamping structure from a fixed element;
a replacing step, replacing the filter element module of the cover opening step with another group of new filter element modules;
a buckling step; opening the fastening structure of the filter element module replaced in the replacement step and correspondingly fastening the fastening structure to the fixing element; and the number of the first and second groups,
and a tightening step of re-tightening the tightening assembly loosened in the loosening step so as to clamp the tightening assembly to the filter element module replaced in the replacing step.
The invention utilizes the filtration system and the replacement method thereof provided, and the effect enhancement can be obtained by the invention comprises the following steps:
1. the filter element units of the filtering system can be increased or reduced in number according to requirements, and the supporting modules for fixing the filter element units are matched, so that the positions of the filter element modules can be fixed after adjustment.
2. The filter element module provided by the invention is provided with the buckle structure capable of quickly buckling, so that the filter element module can be quickly installed on the fixing element of the support module, and after the filter element module is fixed by matching with the tightening element of the support module, the filter element unit and the support module can be stably combined, and the problem of water filtration leakage is not easy to occur.
3. The replacing method can quickly adjust the number or the position of the filter element modules, and users can also replace the filter element modules at any time and the filter element modules are very easy to assemble.

the present invention relates to a filter system and a method for replacing the same, and referring to the preferred embodiment of FIGS. 1-4, the filter system comprises a filter element unit F and a supporting module S, wherein the filter element unit F is provided with a water inlet side I and a water outlet side O which are opposite to each other and comprises more than one filter element module, the support module S is combined with the filter element unit F and comprises more than one fixing element 20 and two tightening assemblies 30, the filter element unit F is fixed to the more than one fixing element 20, and the two tightening assemblies 30 are respectively and correspondingly combined with the water inlet side I and the water outlet side O of the filter element unit F, preferably, in the present embodiment, the filter element unit F has two adjacent filter element modules 10A, 10B, which are disposed adjacent to each other, and the support module S has two fixing elements 20 disposed opposite to each other up and down and a pair of tightening assemblies 30 connected to the two fixing elements 20.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, each filter element module 10A, 10B includes a housing 11 and a filter element 12 combined in the housing 11, the housing 11 is rectangular and forms an arc shape on each side edge, the housing 11 has a first combining surface 13 and a second combining surface 14 corresponding to the water inlet side I and the water outlet side O, the first combining surface 13 and the second combining surface 14 extend from two sides of the housing 11 to be parallel to each other, the first combining surface 13 and the second combining surface 14 of each filter element module 10A, 10B have shapes corresponding to each other, and each filter element module 10A, 10B can be combined with each other by the first combining surface 13 and the second combining surface 14 to achieve the assembling effect, the top of the housing 11 has a buckle structure 15, the buckle structure 15 includes a buckle part 151 formed inside the housing 11 and a buckle cover 152 capable of being pivoted to the top of the buckle part 151 and being opened upward, the locking portion 151 has a long arc-shaped groove 1510 extending transversely, the card cover 152 has a locking portion 1520 corresponding to the groove 1510, and the housing 11 forms a positioning portion 16 with a concave shape at the bottom.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the filter element portion 12 is integrally connected to the inside of the housing 11, an end cap 121 is formed on the top of the filter element portion 12, a water inlet 122, a water outlet 123 opposite to the water inlet 122, and a through opening 124 transversely penetrating the end cap 121 and parallel to the water inlet and the water outlet 123 are respectively formed on the end cap 121, the filter element portion 12 can be made of different materials, the same or different materials can be selected, such as fibers, activated carbon, resin, ceramic, medical stone, zinc copper, or a combination thereof, and the filter element portion 12 can also be selected to perform filtration by using a reverse osmosis membrane or a nano-filtration membrane.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, each fixing element 20 includes a supporting rod 21, the supporting rod 21 extends transversely and is provided with a plurality of adjacent positioning grooves 210 at specific positions, any filter cartridge module 10A or 10B can be correspondingly clamped in each positioning groove 210 by the fastening part 151, and each filter cartridge module 10A, 10B is correspondingly clamped in the supporting rod 21 of each fixing element 20 by the positioning part 16 and the fastening part 151, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, each of the tightening assemblies 30 includes a substantially rectangular plate-shaped tightening plate 31 and a pair of tightening members 32 corresponding to the tightening plate 31, the two tightening members 32 are correspondingly sleeved on two sides of the support rod 21 of each of the fixing elements 20, two through holes 310 are formed in the positions of the tightening plate 31 corresponding to the support rods 21, each of the tightening assemblies 30 is oppositely sleeved on the support rods 21 of the two fixing elements 20 through the through holes 310 and abuts against the first combining surface 13 of one of the filter core modules 10A and the second combining surface 14 of the other filter core module 10B, and the two tightening assemblies 30 tighten the outer sides of the two tightening plates 31 through the two pairs of tightening members 32, so that the two filter core modules 10A and 10B can be tightly attached to each other.
The assembly of the preferred embodiment of the present invention is shown in fig. 1 to 6, and includes the following steps, i.e., a releasing step, a cover opening step, a replacing step, a fastening step, and a tightening step, which will be described below with respect to the steps of replacing the cartridge module 10A.
Loosening: as shown in fig. 3 and 4, each pair of the packing members 32 of the two fixing elements 20 of the support module S on one side of the filter element module 10A is pulled outward from each support rod 21, so that each pair of the packing members 32 is separated from each packing plate 31, and a gap is formed between each filter element module 10A and each filter element module 10B.
Opening a clamping cover: as shown in fig. 4, the cover 152 of the filter cartridge module 10A to be replaced is turned upward, so that the fastening portion 1520 of the cover 152 is separated from the support rod 21 located above.
A replacement step: as shown in fig. 5, the filter element module 10A to be replaced is slightly inclined to avoid the supporting rod 21 located above for direct replacement.
Buckling: as shown in fig. 6, when the filter cartridge module 10A is replaced with a new filter cartridge module 10C, the positioning portion 16 of the filter cartridge module 10C is correspondingly engaged with the support rod 21 located below, the locking portion 151 of the filter cartridge module 10C is correspondingly engaged with the support rod 21 located above, and then the locking cover 152 is covered to make the locking portion 1520 and the locking portion 151 tightly cover the support rod 21, so that the filter cartridge module 10C can be fixed between the two support rods 21.
A tightening step: as shown in fig. 2, by pushing the pair of loosened clamping members 32 toward the clamping plate 31 in the loosening step S1, the replaced cartridge module 10C can be abutted against the cartridge module 10B, and the assembly is completed in the opposite direction of the movement of fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 7, the present invention can also add a filter module C to the filter unit F according to the user's requirement through the above steps, so as to make the assembly and replacement operations more convenient and faster.
The filter element unit F of the filtering system can arbitrarily increase or reduce the number of the filter element modules 10A, 10B and 10C according to requirements, and is matched with the supporting module S for fixing the filter element unit F, so that the positions of the filter element modules 10A, 10B and 10C can be fixed after adjustment, the filter element modules 10A, 10B and 10C can be positioned at any fixable positions of the supporting module S, and the filter element modules 10A, 10B and 10C can also select corresponding lengths along with the relative parallel distance between any two fixing elements 20.
In addition, the fastening structure 15 capable of fastening is provided on each filter element module 10A, 10B, 10C, so that each filter element module 10A, 10B, 10C can be quickly mounted on each fixing element 20 of the support module S, and after being fixed by the pair of fastening elements 30, the filter element unit F and the support module S can be firmly combined, and the problem of leakage of filtered water is not easy to occur.
The present invention can also quickly adjust the number or position of each filter element module 10A, 10B, 10C by the above replacement method, and the user can also replace each filter element module 10A, 10B, 10C at any time, and the assembly is very easy.

the filter element unit is provided with a water inlet side and a water outlet side which are opposite to each other, and comprises more than one filter element module, each filter element module is respectively provided with a first combination surface and a second combination surface, the first combination surface and the second combination surface are parallel to each other, each filter element module respectively comprises a shell and a filter element part combined in the shell, and the first combination surface and the second combination surface are respectively formed on two sides of the shell; and
the support module is combined with the filter element unit and comprises more than one fixing element and two tightening assemblies, the filter element unit is fixed on the more than one fixing element, and the two tightening assemblies are respectively and correspondingly combined with the water inlet side and the water outlet side of the filter element unit; wherein
Each filter element module is provided with a buckle structure at the top part, each filter element module is correspondingly buckled with more than one fixed element through each buckle structure, and each buckle structure of each filter element module comprises a buckle part formed on the shell and a buckle cover pivoted at the top part of the buckle part and capable of being turned upwards.
2. The filtration system of claim 1, wherein each packing assembly comprises a packing plate and a pair of packing members corresponding to the packing plate.
3. The filtration system of claim 1, wherein each cartridge module is capable of selecting a corresponding length depending on the relative parallel distance between any two of the securing elements.
4. A method of replacing a filtration system according to any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
a loosening step, loosening a supporting module to correspondingly combine with a packing component at one side of a filter element unit in two packing components at the water inlet side and the water outlet side of the filter element unit respectively, so that a gap is formed between the packing component and a filter element module of the filter element unit;
opening a clamping cover, namely opening a clamping structure at the top of the filter element module to separate the clamping structure from a fixed element;
a replacing step, replacing the filter element module of the cover opening step with another group of new filter element modules;
a buckling step; opening the fastening structure of the filter element module replaced in the replacement step and correspondingly fastening the fastening structure to the fixing element; and the number of the first and second groups,
and a tightening step of re-tightening the tightening assembly loosened in the loosening step so as to clamp the tightening assembly to the filter element module replaced in the replacing step.
