Abstract

本发明公开了一种荣肤露膏剂用于面部美容祛斑，润肤泽颜，由“山药、白芨、薏苡仁、桃仁、白术、冬瓜、茯苓、僵蚕、薄荷、益母草、通草、小麦胚芽、玉米胚芽”各等份研成细末，用蜂蜜调成面膜，上述诸药合用共奏清肝解郁，理气活血，滋水涵木，养血润肤，健脾益胃，利湿消斑之功效，况且上述之中药倒膜过程中凝固，发热，冷却过程，可促使皮肤的毛细血管扩张，改善面部微循环，加速药物对皮肤的渗透吸收，充分发挥药物的治疗效果。

Description

一种用于面部美容祛斑，润肤泽颜的外敷膏剂
技术领域：
本发明涉及中医成药，尤其是一种用于面部美容保健的外用中药面膜膏剂。
背景技术：
面部的衰老粗糙多由面斑、痤疮、皱纹和黧黑等造成。面斑的发病机理至今不十分明了，多数学者认为与内分泌失调有关，中医学属“黧黑”“熬黑”范畴。颜面部系阳明经循环部位，若情志不舒，忧思恼怒，气郁伤肝，肝郁气结，肝失条达，郁久化热，灼伤阴血，气血失和，蕴阻额面肌肤而发“肝斑”。痤疮是一种常见的好发于15-30岁青年男女的皮囊皮脂腺慢性炎症，西医认为与青春期体内雄激素水平增高，皮脂腺分泌旺盛，排泄不畅等因素有关；中医认为是肺经风热熏蒸，肠胃湿热上逆及脾虚湿停，湿郁化热凝滞面部皮肤而成。
发明内容：
本发明是将山药、白芨、薏苡仁、桃仁、白术、冬瓜、茯苓、僵蚕、薄荷、益母草、通草、小麦胚芽、玉米胚芽。各中药等份研成细末，用蜂蜜调成糊状。并将糊状之中药均匀涂敷面部2-3mm形成面膜。20-30min后揭去面膜，涂上润肤品。每周3次，余4天均为洁面后自行倒膜，2周为1疗程。
方中薄荷气味辛凉，善去面部风邪，并能开窍理气，可促进皮肤吸收药力，白芨凉身止血，养阴散结，含蛋白高，可营养肌肤；通草利水渗透，健脾补中和胃，可促进面部血液循环，祛除黑斑及浅表瘢痛疤，桃仁活血散肿，能进面部血脉通畅，从而可祛除肌肤的余毒，风邪、荣养润泽肌肤，清除浅表疱痕；薄荷芳香，即可疏风散热解毒，又可疏肝理气，且令人清凉舒适，蜂蜜为百花之精华，清热解毒、补脾益胃，收敛生肌，用其作基质，即可起粘附作用，又可营养滋润皮肢。诸药合用其奏清肝解郁，理气活血，滋水涵木，养血润肤，健脾益胃，利湿消斑之功效，况且上述之中药倒膜过程中凝固，发热，冷却过程，可促使皮肤的毛细血管扩张，改善面部微循环，加速药物对皮肤的渗透吸收，充分发挥药物的治疗效果。
具体实施方式：
下面结合具体实施倒对本发明作进一步说明：取冬瓜子、白芨、白僵蚕、茯苓、薄荷、白术、益母草、通草、小麦胚芽、玉米胚芽各中药等份经精选干燥粉碎过120目筛成为细末备用。按如下方法操作：
(1)帮患者洁面；(2)紫外线负离子行热喷雾5-8min；(3)涂按摩膏按摩面部皮肤，并按相应穴位按摩(印堂、太阳、攒印、鱼腰、丝竹空、晴明、四白、承泣、瞳子醪、人中、下关、颊车、地仓、承浆)做补泻按摩；(4)擦去按摩膏，先用酒擦患处，再用痤疮排出成熟的粉刺和黑头，用热毛巾湿敷面部后，将上述中药用蜂蜜调成面膜后均匀涂敷面部2-3mm(眼睛周围，眉毛及上下唇不宜涂)；(6)20-30min后揭去面膜，涂上润肤品，每周3次，余4天为洁面自行倒膜，2周为1疗程。
疗效标准：1-3疗程后痤疱或面斑浅部纹全部消失，伴或不伴皮肤遗留浅表疤痕，半年内无复发者为痊愈；1-2疗程后痤疮面斑浅纹消失90％以上，且皮损以小丘疹为主者为有效；2疗程后完全未能按制或反复发作者为无效。
使用本发明荣肤露膏剂其临床观察62例患者，痊愈35例，占52％；有效27例，占41％；无效4例，占7％；总有效率占93％。
本发明在使用中可作面膜，可作面霜涂擦，长期应用无毒副作用，使面部润泽有光，皱纹消失，容颜一新，还能社痤疮及面部皮炎等，本发明为天然之佳品美女之至宝。
典型病例：
林某，又18岁，2001年11月6日就诊，患者14岁初潮后，相继在额部出现粉刺，有少量疱痕及色素沉着，粉刺呈解红色，后延及面额，下颌部搔痒，偶感痛疼，患部有散在黑头粉刺，伴口干舌质红，薄黄，脉滑散。给予本发明荣肤露膏剂进行面部倒膜治疗，二十天后面部痤疮全部消失。
张某某，女，32岁，面部黄褐斑及面部皮炎，用本发明荣肤露膏剂一个月，面部皮肤洁白润泽。
孙某，女，28岁，由于使用各类化妆品太多太杂而至面部皮肤出现药物炎症，后听说本发明荣肤露膏剂系纯中药制品，使用一个半月后，面部皮炎消失，面白如玉。
