step five, slicing; extruding the peeled bamboo segments by using a special electric bamboo splitting machine, and cutting the bamboo segments into bamboo chips with proper width by using manpower and a special cutter; the width of the bamboo chip is 2-6 cm, and the standard is that the bamboo tube has large diameter, the width of the split is wide, and the bamboo tube has small diameter, and the width of the split is small;
step six, removing yellow and trimming; the bamboo chips obtained by splitting are planed to remove the tabasheer part at the inner side of the bamboo chips, only one side of the outer side of the bamboo chips with the green bamboo is reserved for standby, and the bamboo chips after the bamboo chips are removed from the yellow bamboo chips are planed to form strip-shaped flat smooth bamboo chips; the processed bamboo chips are generally arc-shaped, and the green surfaces of the bamboo chips can be planed when needed, so that the whole bamboo chips are regular rectangles;

step eight, grinding, polishing and moisturizing; polishing the perforated bamboo chips to be flat, and polishing the bamboo chips to form fresh bamboo chips with flat and smooth peripheries; the polished bamboo chips are immediately subjected to moisture preservation treatment, wherein the moisture preservation method is to immediately soak the polished bamboo chips in clean cold water, or to preserve moisture by covering a wet towel, but the moisture preservation time is not more than 2 days, otherwise, decay and mildew are easy to occur;
step nine, shredding; the bamboo chips subjected to the moisture preservation treatment are adopted, redundant water on the surfaces of the bamboo chips is wiped, then the bamboo chips are placed on a special laser cutting engraving machine for bamboo and wood to manufacture brush filaments, and other proper mechanical or manual auxiliary processing methods with cutters can be used for processing brush filaments with proper specifications;

the formula of the saline solution is as follows: the weight ratio of the salt to the water is greater than 1:2, so that the salt water is ensured to be in a supersaturated state; if the color is needed to be adjusted, adding a proper amount of pigment special for lemon yellow and gardenia yellow foods into the saline water, and particularly using according to the needed color;
twelve, shaping, positioning and drying; taking out the bamboo chips after the disinfection and mildew resistance treatment from the container, washing with water, wiping off water on the surface of the bamboo chips, and shaping the brush filaments to ensure that the brush filaments are shaped and contracted into regular primary multilayer parallel arrangement, so that the brush filaments are integrally restored to the basic state of the original single bamboo chips; after shaping, the bamboo chips are separately placed at indoor ventilation positions, and naturally dried for 5-10 days, so that the water content of the bamboo chips is reduced to 12-17%, the shape of the brush filaments can be basically shaped, the regular one-shaped bamboo chip state of the appliance is ensured, and the bamboo chips are convenient to transport and store; the turning should be checked for many times during the drying period to remove unqualified inferior products;
