Description

Cleaning cloth combination device of automatic cleaning machine
The patent application of the invention is a divisional application of Chinese patent application with the application number of 201510332554.6 and the application date of 2015, 6 and 16. The invention of the original application is named as a cleaning cloth combined device of an automatic cleaning machine.
Technical Field
The invention relates to a cleaning cloth combination structure of a sweeper, in particular to a cleaning cloth combination device of an automatic cleaner which is convenient to disassemble and assemble and has sweeping and mopping functions.
Background
An intelligent vacuum cleaner, also called a sweeping robot, is a vacuum cleaner that uses a sensing device (infrared, lens, iAdapt technology or laser scanning …, etc.) to detect obstacles and uses a deceleration method when approaching the obstacles, and an anti-collision structure arranged outside the sweeping robot, so as to reduce the impact force of contacting with the barrier, meanwhile, the dust and the scraps are collected to the bottom of the sweeping robot through a sweeping component (a brush or a cleaning cloth) arranged at the bottom, and then the collected dust or the scraps are sucked into a dust collecting box through a dust suction port, so as to achieve the purposes of sweeping and dust absorption, and the sweeping robot can automatically carry out sweeping action when the set time is up through setting, when the electric quantity is insufficient, the floor cleaning robot can automatically charge the floor cleaning robot on the charging seat, however, the floor cleaning robot only has the function of cleaning dust and debris, and the floor cleaning action after cleaning is still executed by a user or the floor cleaning robot.
The ground mopping robot is different from the sweeping robot in that the function of the ground mopping robot can not be set to automatically mop the ground like the sweeping robot, because the floor mopping robot only has a virtual wall and can automatically stop after the water stored in the floor mopping robot is used up, so that a user needs to look aside to avoid the floor mopping robot from being stuck or colliding with obstacles and helping to add water, and although various inconveniences cause the floor mopping robot to be not generally accepted by people as the sweeping robot, the floor mopping robot has the floor mopping function, so that the floor mopping robot still has certain consumer groups in the market.
Because the sweeping robot and the mopping robot have respective problems, namely, a person tries to combine the sweeping robot and the mopping robot, the problem of a single virtual wall of the mopping robot is solved by using the sensing device and the anti-collision structure of the sweeping robot, and achieve the purpose of one machine with two purposes, however, the combination method can solve the problems that the floor sweeping robot can not drag the floor and the floor dragging robot is easy to be blocked by the obstacle due to a single virtual wall, however, in order to avoid dead corners during sweeping or mopping, the machine cannot be too large, which causes mutual influence between the space of the dust collecting box and the space of the water storage box, so that the sweeping and mopping efficiency is greatly reduced.
In view of the disadvantages derived from the above-mentioned usage, the present inventors have earnestly studied and innovated, and after many years of research and study with a great deal of attention, they have succeeded in developing a cleaning cloth assembly for an automatic cleaning machine.
