When the scraping piece 18 moves to the leftmost end leftwards, the driving lever 21 is stopped to be pulled, then the driving lever 21 is pulled to move rightwards, the connecting rod 20 drives the scraping piece 18 to move rightwards to recover to the original position, and the magnet 19 is in contact with the iron block 17 to fix the scraping piece 18. Therefore, the impurity can be prevented from remaining in the discharge pipe 4 to influence the discharge of the fish feed.
