Abstract
The invention relates generally to an air freshener device for attachment to a bottle, aerosol container (2) or similar product, which is sprayed with a fragrance or essential oil, comprising a cap (1) containing the fragrance, essential oil, fragrance mixture, additive, polymer, copolymer, monomer, resin, PVC, wax, paraffin or a mixture thereof. Optionally, the cover is mounted between the outer shell (11) and the inner shell (13).
Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates generally to an air freshener device for attachment to a bottle, aerosol container or the like, which is sprayed with a fragrance or essential oil, comprising a cap containing the fragrance, essential oil, fragrance composition, additive, polymer, copolymer, monomer, resin, PVC, wax, paraffin or mixtures thereof. Optionally, the cover is mounted between the outer shell and the inner shell.
Background
The cap of the aerosol container is typically discarded after the aerosol has been used. Furthermore, caps are often used to protect the nozzle of a bottle or aerosol container from direct contact with other objects. Most importantly, the caps of bottles or sprays on store containers are not normally hermetically sealed, so that a consumer may open the container cap and try to spray the fragrance therein, after a number of trials the actual content of the spray will be reduced. Briefly, a sufficient amount of spray may not be available to the consumer.
To overcome this drawback, the present invention therefore provides a cap which itself contains a composition which acts as an air freshener. In addition, the cap may contain the same or different fragrance as in the aerosol container.
Disclosure of Invention
Accordingly, it is a primary object of the present invention to provide a cap for mounting on a bottle or aerosol container and serving as an air freshener containing a fragrance, essential oil or the like.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a cap that can spray the fragrance contained therein.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a cap that fits between the inner and outer shells.
It is another object of the present invention to provide at least one orifice or a channel or a spraying area on the housing to effect spraying of the fragrance.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a cap for enclosing an inner case.
It is another object of the present invention to provide a cap for holding fragrances, essential oils, fragrance blends, additives, polymers, copolymers, monomers, resins, PVC, waxes or mixtures thereof.
Another object of the invention is a polymer, copolymer, monomer, resin, PVC, wax, paraffin or mixtures thereof, which has been previously treated or mixed with a natural aromatic hydrocarbon or a synthetic fragrance.
Other objects of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description of the invention or from practice of the invention.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention:
an air freshener, comprising:
a cap (1) for mounting to a bottle or aerosol container (2);
characterized in that the lid (1) contains fragrances, essential oils, fragrance admixtures, additives, polymers, copolymers, monomers, resins, PVC, waxes, paraffins or mixtures thereof;
the cover (1) sprays the aromatic or essential oil contained in the cover.

Detailed Description
In the following detailed description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present invention. However, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that the present invention may be practiced without these specific details. Well-known methods, procedures and/or components have not been described in detail so as not to obscure the technical features of the present invention.
The accompanying drawings, which are included to provide a further understanding of the embodiments of the invention and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this specification, illustrate embodiments of the invention and together with the description serve to explain the principles of the invention.
Fig. 1A and 1B are schematic side views of the present invention, the cap (1) being mounted on a typical bottle or aerosol container (2). The bottle or aerosol container (2) may or may not have at least one internal closure member enclosed by the cap (1) (as shown in figure 1B). The inner containment assembly may be a spray system, a sealing material, an insert or an inner cap. The spraying system is used to spray the contents of a bottle or aerosol container (2) into the air. The spraying system may include, but is not limited to, the following components: (a) a pump (4), a nozzle \ starter (8), (b) the pump (4), a pump ring (6) and the nozzle \ starter (8) or a valve and the nozzle \ starter (8). FIG. 1B shows component (B). The nozzle/actuator (8) is typically pressed downwardly to create a pressure differential within the pump (4) to eject a quantity of liquid (22) from the bottle or aerosol container (2), the liquid (22) being a liquid, liquid/gas, multi-phase liquid, powder/gas, liquid paste or solid paste fragrance, deodorant, perfume, shampoo, lotion or the like. As is known, the pump ring (6) fastens the pump (4) to the bottle or aerosol container (2) from the outside. The insert or cap may be any form of closure means for attaching another layer of closure to the bottle in addition to the cap (1) so that the contents of the bottle (2) do not leak out when the cap (1) is removed from the bottle (2). Another alternative is that the insert or cap has at least one opening for the contents of the bottle to be released in controlled amounts when desired.
The cap (1) comprises a fragrance, an essential oil, a fragrance blend, an additive, a polymer, a copolymer, a monomer, a resin, PVC, a wax, a paraffin or a mixture thereof. The aromatic can be natural or artificial, and the essential oil can also be natural or artificial. The polymer includes amide polymer, ethyl vinyl acetate polymer, and the like.
Fig. 2-a and 2-B show two different shapes of the lid (1). The cap (1) is mounted on a bottle or aerosol container (2) which can spray the fragrance or essential oil in the container into the air, and comprises: an inner housing (13) with the spray system of the bottle or aerosol container (2) secures the cap to the bottle. The spraying of the fragrance or essential oil is indicated by a dotted line.
The outer surface of the inner shell (13) is sealed by the cover (1) and is filled with aromatic, essential oil, aromatic mixture, additive, polymer, copolymer, monomer, resin, PVC, wax, paraffin or the mixture of the aromatic, the aromatic is natural or artificial, and the essential oil is natural or artificial.
However, it is understood by those skilled in the art that the polymers, copolymers, monomers, resins, PVC, waxes, paraffins have been pre-treated with sprays of natural aromatic hydrocarbons or synthetic fragrances.
The process of the cover (1) is hot mixing or cold mixing. An example of a hot mixing process is to soak the lid (1) with the base material and fragrance (optionally including additives and/or solutions) before thermoforming. Another thermal mixing process is to heat the base stock with additives and/or solution (or none) before shaping and then dip it into the fragrance with additives and/or solution (or none). One option for the cold mixing process is to mix the base stock and fragrance (add optional additives and/or solutions (or none) and allow them to cure before mixing thoroughly).
Furthermore, the fragrance or essential oil in the cap (1) may be the same or different from the fragrance of the liquid (22).
The mixture may be supplemented with at least one additive such as talc, a colorant, a pigment, an absorber, or a combination thereof. The additive may be any additive used to strengthen the base stock, enhance the characteristics of the base stock, or enhance the aesthetic characteristics of the base stock. At least one solution may optionally be added to the mixture.
Fig. 2-a shows another embodiment of the cap (1) with an inner shell (13), but without an outer shell. In this embodiment, the cap (1) encloses an inner shell (13). The spraying of the fragrance within the cap (1) is indicated by a dotted line.
Fig. 2-B shows another embodiment of the cap (1) with an outer shell (11) but without an inner shell. In this embodiment, the cap (1) encloses an inner shell (13). The spraying of the fragrance within the cap (1) is indicated by a dotted line.
Fig. 3-a and 3-B show two different shapes of the lid (1). It is important to note that the cap (1) may be of any shape as long as it can enclose the bottle or aerosol container (2). Said cap (1) is mounted on a bottle or aerosol container (2) for dispensing a fragrance or an essential oil contained therein under air pressure, and comprises: an inner shell (13) enclosing the inner surface of the cap (1), said inner shell (13) with the spraying system of the bottle or aerosol container (2) securing said cap (1) to said bottle or aerosol container (2) while an outer shell (11) encloses the outer surface of said cap (1). The spraying of the fragrance or essential oil is indicated by a dotted line.
Furthermore, at least one spraying area is formed between the outer shell (11) and the inner shell (13) to enable the mixture of the cap (1) to be sprayed. The spraying area (15) comprises at least one hole (18) or at least one channel (20), or a combination of both, enabling the content mixture of the cap (1) to be sprayed. The spraying area (15) is made of a permeable or semi-permeable material.
Fig. 3-C is a bottom view of fig. 3-a and 3-B, the spraying area (15) comprising at least one hole (18) or at least one channel (20), or a combination of both, enabling the content mixture of the cap (1) to be sprayed. The spraying area (15) is made of a permeable or semi-permeable material.
At least one spraying area is formed between the outer shell (11) and the inner shell (13) so that the mixture of the cover (1) can be sprayed. The spraying area (15) comprises at least one hole (18) or at least one channel (20), or a combination of both, enabling the content mixture of the cap (1) to be sprayed. The spraying area (15) is made of a permeable or semi-permeable material.
Fig. 4-a and 4-B illustrate another embodiment of the present invention. The housing (11) encloses the outer surface of the lid (1). The housing (11) is made of a permeable or semi-permeable material or a combination of both, enabling the fragrance inside the lid (1) to be sprayed. The inner shell (13) may also be made of a permeable or semi-permeable material.
The housing (11) comprises at least one hole (118) or at least one channel (120) or a combination of both, enabling the content mixture of the cap (1) to be sprayed.
Also in this embodiment, at least one spraying area is formed between the outer shell (11) and the inner shell (13) to enable the mixture of the cap (1) to be sprayed. The spraying area (15) comprises at least one hole (18) or at least one channel (20), or a combination of both, enabling the content mixture of the cap (1) to be sprayed. The spraying area (15) is made of a permeable or semi-permeable material.
The cap (1) and the bottle (2) can work independently, i.e. the cap (1) can be selected to be used without the bottle (2), or the bottle (2) can be selected to be used without the cap (1), or the cap (1) and the bottle can be used simultaneously.
The present invention has been described in terms of preferred embodiments, illustrating the effects and advantages of the invention over the prior art, but is not limited to the specific embodiments described.
Accordingly, the embodiments described herein are intended only to illustrate the invention, and other embodiments may be selected without departing from the invention and the claims appended hereto.
Claims (20)
1. An air freshener, comprising:
a cover (1);
a bottle or aerosol container (2), wherein the cap (1) is mounted on the bottle or aerosol container (2); the method is characterized in that:
the cap (1) comprises one or more of a fragrance, an essential oil, a wax, an amide polymer, an ethyl vinyl acetate polymer;
the cover (1) sprays the contained aromatic or essential oil;
wherein the cap (1) contains an aromatic or essential oil;
the cap (1) further comprises an outer shell (11) covering the outer surface of the cap (1), or an inner shell (13) covering the inner surface of the cap (1), or both.
2. The air freshener according to claim 1, wherein said inner casing (13) is connected to said bottle or aerosol container (2).
3. The air freshener of claim 1, wherein said housing (11) comprises at least one aperture (118) or at least one channel (120) or a combination of both, enabling the contents of said cap (1) to be sprayed.
4. The air freshener of claim 3, wherein said housing (11) is made of a permeable or semi-permeable material or a combination of both.
5. The air freshener of claim 1, wherein the fragrance is synthetic or natural.
6. The air freshener of claim 1, wherein the essential oil is synthetic or natural.
7. The air freshener according to claim 1, wherein the cover (1) further comprises an additive.
8. The air freshener of claim 7, wherein the additive is talc, a pigment, an absorbent, or a combination thereof.
9. The air freshener according to claim 1, wherein the cover (1) additionally comprises a solvent.
10. The air freshener of claim 1, wherein the amide polymer, ethyl vinyl acetate polymer, or wax is pre-treated or mixed with a natural aromatic or synthetic fragrance.
11. The air freshener according to claim 1, wherein said bottle or aerosol container (2) further comprises at least one internal closing member enclosed by said cap (1).
12. The air freshener of claim 11, wherein the inner enclosure is a spray system, a sealing material, an insert, or an inner cover.
13. The air freshener of claim 12, wherein said spray system comprises at least one pump (4) and at least one nozzle/actuator (8).
14. The air freshener of claim 12, wherein said spray system comprises at least one pump (4), at least one pump ring (6) and at least one nozzle/actuator (8).
15. The air freshener of claim 12, wherein said spray system comprises at least one valve and at least one nozzle/actuator (8).
16. The air freshener according to claim 1, wherein said outer housing (11) and inner housing (13) define at least one spray area (15) therebetween to enable said cover (1) to spray a composition.
17. The air freshener according to claim 16, wherein said spray area (15) comprises at least one hole (18) or at least one channel (20) or a combination of both, enabling said cover (1) to spray a composition.
18. The air freshener according to claims 16 and 17, wherein said spray area (15) is made of a permeable or semi-permeable material.
19. The air freshener according to claim 1, wherein said cover (1) is made in a hot-mix or cold-mix process.
20. The air freshener according to claim 1 or 19, wherein said cap (1) contains a fragrance or scent which is the same or different from the fluid (22) inside said bottle or aerosol container (2).
