s5, selecting whether a training guidance scheme needs to be given or not on the service platform by the user, and if the training guidance scheme needs to be obtained, giving the training guidance scheme by the service platform according to the corresponding scores of the cardiopulmonary functions of the user, wherein the training guidance scheme comprises exercise frequency and exercise time; the service platform guides the user to move on the step 4 and move on the frequency and time through the audio transmission device.
The step control module obtains the real-time data of a plurality of first pressure sensors, judges that the testee produces the unstable condition of step because of the amount of exercise is too big, and service platform passes through the suggestion of wireless audio transmission device and stops taking exercise, prevents that the accident from falling down in the use.
The user wears the shoe cover provided with the pressure sensor to run and climb the stairs, and uploads the motion data to the service platform in real time.
Use method of third tester
If only the third tester 8, the heart rate detection device, the service platform and the wireless audio transmission device are used for testing and training, the specific steps are as follows:
s1, inputting a user name to the service platform;

s4, selecting whether a training guidance scheme needs to be given or not on the service platform by the user, and if the training guidance scheme needs to be obtained, giving the training guidance scheme by the service platform according to the test result of the user, wherein the training guidance scheme comprises exercise frequency and exercise time; the service platform guides the user to carry out the exercise frequency and the exercise time of the exercise items of the lying-up push-up or the sit-up through the audio transmission device.
In step S4, the exercise items further include frog jumping, half squat jumping, leg pressing, body forward bending exercise with both feet closed, kneeling and standing with the back arch, and standing with the back. Before each sport, the third control module 84 drives the first reflective infrared sensor 82 and the second reflective infrared sensor 83 to corresponding positions by controlling the driving mechanism 86.

1. The method for testing and training by using the integrated physique detection system is characterized in that the integrated detection system comprises a height tester (2), a first tester (3), a step tester, a second tester (5), a holding force tester (6), a vital capacity tester (7), a third tester (8), a heart rate detection device, a service platform and a wireless audio transmission device;
the method of performing testing and training includes the steps of:
s1, inputting the name, the sex and the age of the user to the service platform;
s2, the service platform guides a user to measure the height by using a height tester (2), measure a selection reaction by using a first tester (3), measure the weight and the balance ability when standing with eyes closed and feet closed by using a second tester (5), test the grip strength by using a grip strength tester (6), test the vital capacity by using a vital capacity tester (7), and test the forward flexion and the longitudinal jump of a sitting position by using a third tester (8); when the user uses the heart rate detection device, and the heart rate of the user is stable and in a normal safety interval, the service platform guides the use of a third tester (8) through the wireless audio transmission device to test the push-up for men and guide the test of sit-up for women; instructing the user to measure the cardiopulmonary function by using the step tester;
s3, according to a national physique determination standard manual, pulse times are obtained through a heart rate detection device through test, a service platform respectively obtains a user form score, a function score and a quality score according to uploaded age, gender and the measurement values, and the service platform collects and stores all information of a user and gives a test result;
s4, selecting whether a training guidance scheme needs to be given or not on the service platform by the user, and if the training guidance scheme needs to be obtained, giving the training guidance scheme by the service platform according to the form score, the function score and the quality score, wherein the training guidance scheme comprises beat frequency and training time; the service platform guides the user to train the beat frequency and the training time through the audio transmission device, and the training content comprises the steps of using the step tester to improve the function score, and using the first tester (3), the grip tester (6) and the third tester (8) to improve the quality score;
third tester (8) include vertical support (85), actuating mechanism (86), third control module (84), operation guide rail (81), first reflection infrared sensor (82), second reflection infrared sensor (83), the stiff end of motion guide rail and actuating mechanism (86) is fixed on vertical support (85), all be fixed with the slider that matches with operation guide rail (81) on the face that first reflection infrared sensor (82) and second reflection infrared sensor (83) are relative with motion guide rail (81), actuating mechanism (86) drive corresponding slider moves on operation guide rail (81), operation guide rail (81) perpendicular to ground sets up in supporting part (1), and first reflection infrared sensor (82) and second reflection infrared sensor (83) set up from top to bottom on operation guide rail (81), and supporting part (1) are located first reflection infrared sensor (82) and second reflection infrared sensor (83) ray emission department and are provided with long length A strip opening (18);

when a person to be detected sits on the back, the body of the person to be detected is lower than the infrared rays emitted by the second reflective infrared sensor (83) when the person lies down, the body sequentially touches the infrared rays emitted by the second reflective infrared sensor (83) and the first reflective infrared sensor (82) after the person stands up, and one sit-up is completed after the person touches the rays of the first reflective infrared sensor (82) twice;
when detecting that a sitting body of a user bends forwards, the first reflection infrared sensor ((82)) and the second reflection infrared sensor (83) have a distance measuring function, a testee faces the first reflection infrared sensor ((82)) and the second reflection infrared sensor (83), the arm and the leg of the testee are parallel to rays emitted by the first reflection infrared sensor (82) and the second reflection infrared sensor (83), the second reflection infrared sensor (83) measures a first distance between the second reflection infrared sensor (83) and the sole, the first reflection infrared sensor (82) measures a second distance between the first reflection infrared sensor (82) and a finger after the sitting body bends forwards, the first distance is subtracted from the second distance to obtain the score of the forward bending of the sitting body, and a positive value and a negative value exist;
when the longitudinal jump of the user is detected, the body of a detected person is perpendicular to the infrared rays emitted by the first reflection infrared sensor (82) and the second reflection infrared sensor (83), the sole touches the infrared rays emitted by the second reflection infrared sensor (83), the detected person takes off the jump, and the height of the detected person is calculated to be a qualified longitudinal jump only when the height of the detected person exceeds the horizontal height of the infrared rays emitted by the first reflection infrared sensor (82); and the time difference between take-off and landing of the user is tested by the second reflective infrared sensor (83), so that the vertical jump height is calculated.
2. The method for performing tests and training using the integrated fitness test system according to claim 1, wherein in step S2, the user performs the step tester test by the following specific steps:
s21, a user wears shoe covers with a plurality of first pressure sensors uniformly distributed on the edge of a sole, the step control module judges whether the pressure bearing of each area of the sole is even, and the shoe covers are elastic bodies;

and S23, after the test is finished, the service platform records the work load and the heart rate change condition.

The method for testing and training using the integrated fitness test system according to claim 1, wherein the service platform sends the data obtained in step S3 to a step control module, which adjusts the step (4) to a proper height, before increasing the performance score using a step tester in step S4.

The method for testing and training using the integrated fitness detection system of claim 1, wherein the training items using the third tester (8) further include frog jumping, squat jumping, sitting on legs, putting the feet together for forward bending exercise, kneeling and bending the back, standing and stretching the back in step S4.
