When the English characters displayed in the 7-segment code mode are difficult to identify during the operation of a client, the displayed menu codes are inquired, so that detailed menu meaning description can be conveniently obtained, or the numbers are fed back to product customer service personnel of a manufacturer, so that the customer service personnel of the manufacturer can quickly inquire the currently displayed page of the client, thereby quickly carrying out technical support and improving the communication efficiency.
