Abstract
A portable reverse-leading center device is suitable for determining a positioning center of a positioning hole on the upper bottom surface of a foundation part of a mechanical part, and solves the problems of complicated working procedure and low efficiency of determining a positioning center hole by marking a foundation pit; the lower clamping piece comprises a positioning part and a connecting part, the connecting part is rotatably connected to the main support column, and the positioning part is used for sleeving a piece to be measured; the pressing plate is connected to one end head of the main strut and one end head of the auxiliary strut; the clamping and pressing part is provided with a marking part for marking a positioning center. The portable back-leading center device provided by the invention realizes that the center position of the bottom is led back to the processing part at the upper part.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of machining, in particular to a portable back-leading center device capable of measuring the center position of a drill hole.
Background
In the mechanical industry, the drilling of casting feet is often met, and particularly when a round umbilical is arranged in a foot socket, the foot hole is positioned in the center of the round umbilical after the drilling. The front drilling of the round umbilicus from the ground socket is limited by drilling equipment, a casting needs to be turned upside down during ordinary drilling, and the back drilling of the round umbilicus from the ground socket is performed.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above problems of complicated and inefficient processes caused by the need of determining the position of the ground hole by marking the ground socket in the ground hole drilling process, there is a need for a portable reverse-guiding center device, which provides a drilling center position for the ground hole by directly guiding the center of the ground socket back to the ground surface, thereby greatly saving the time and process difficulty for determining the drilling center position of the ground hole.
A portable reverse-leading center device comprises a main support column, an auxiliary support column, an upper clamping piece, a lower clamping piece and a pressing plate, wherein the upper clamping piece is divided into a clamping and pressing part and a fixing part; the lower clamping piece is divided into a positioning part and a connecting part, and is rotatably connected to the end head at the other end of the main support column through the connecting part, namely the lower clamping piece can rotate relative to the main support column, namely the lower clamping piece can rotate around the main support column; the end of the auxiliary support column and the end of the main support column close to the upper clamping piece are connected with the pressing plate, and the main support column and the auxiliary support column between the pressing plate and the upper clamping piece are provided with the elastic mechanisms, so that the distance between the upper clamping piece and the pressing plate can be adjusted, namely, the distance between the upper clamping piece and the lower clamping piece can be adjusted by compressing the elastic mechanisms, and the portable anti-guiding center device can adapt to measuring pieces with different thicknesses.
In order to conveniently lock the positioning part of the part to be measured, a positioning ring is arranged on the positioning part of the lower clamping piece, the positioning function of the positioning part of the part to be measured is introduced into the portable reverse-guiding central device in a clamping sleeve mode, and the center of the part to be measured is reversely introduced to the back surface of the positioning part from the positioning part under the matching of the upper clamping piece and the lower clamping piece, namely the processing part of the part to be measured, so that the position of the processing center is determined on the processing part.
Preferably, in order to make the lower clamping piece be suitable for different positioning parts, the positioning ring can be replaced according to the requirement, namely the positioning ring is movably connected with the positioning part and can be conveniently detached and installed from the positioning part.
In order to facilitate the searching of the central point, a mark can be accurately and conveniently generated on the processing part of the measuring piece, the upper clamping piece can be provided with a marking part, the marking part is arranged on the positioning central shaft of the upper clamping piece, and the center of the positioning ring is concentric with the positioning central shaft of the upper clamping piece, so that the positioning center of the positioning part is reversely led to the processing part.
Preferably, the marking part is sleeved in a positioning central shaft hole of the upper clamping piece through an elastic mechanism, and when the mark of the positioning center needs to be confirmed, the marking part can be directly contacted with the processing part through compressing the elastic mechanism, so that the mark is formed on the surface of the processing part.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the portable reverse-leading center device provided by the invention realizes reverse leading of the center position of the bottom part to the processing part at the upper part, avoids the redundant process of overturning the to-be-measured piece brought by the need of overturning the to-be-measured piece and then marking and confirming the processing center, and simultaneously avoids the complexity, the low efficiency and the errors and errors of manual operation of marking operation. The portable anti-center-guiding device guides the measured center to the upper clamping piece through the lower clamping piece, so that the upper clamping piece can accurately confirm the position of the machining center on the machining part and mark and imprint.

As shown in fig. 1, the object to be measured 9 is a ground socket on a casting, and now the central position of the positioning portion 9A (i.e. ground socket umbilical) of the object to be measured 9 needs to be reversely led to the processing portion 9A of the object to be measured 9, i.e. the central position of the ground socket umbilical is reversely led to the front surface of the ground socket, so as to realize the requirement of drilling on the front surface of the ground socket.
The use method of the portable reverse-guiding center device comprises the following steps:
1) the elastic mechanism 5 between the pressing plate 10 and the upper clamping piece 3 is compressed, so that the distance between the upper clamping piece 3 and the lower clamping piece 4 is larger than the thickness of the piece to be measured 9;
2) clamping the portable reverse-guiding center device into the piece to be measured 9, specifically clamping the positioning part 4B of the lower clamping piece 4 into the positioning part 9A of the piece to be measured 9, so as to reversely guide the center on the positioning part 9A onto the clamping and pressing part 3B of the upper clamping piece 3, and directly clamping and pressing the clamping and pressing part 3B onto the processing part 9B of the piece to be measured 9, so that the marking part 6 on the clamping and pressing part 3B is positioned on the positioning center of the processing part 9B;
3) hammering the marking part 6 on the clamping and pressing part 3B, marking an imprint of a positioning center on the processing part 9B, and setting a positioning point for processing;
4) and the elastic mechanism 5 between the pressing plate 10 and the upper clamping piece 3 is compressed again, and the portable back-guiding center device is detached from the piece to be measured 9 for standby.

the lower clamping piece (4) comprises a positioning part (4B) and a connecting part (4A), the connecting part (4A) is rotatably connected to the main strut (1), and the positioning part (4B) is used for sleeving a piece to be measured (9);
the pressing plate (10) is connected to one end heads of the main strut (1) and the auxiliary strut (2);
and the clamping and pressing part (3B) is provided with a marking part (6) for marking a positioning center.

The portable reverse leading center device according to claim 1, wherein the main post (1) is divided into a small diameter section and a large diameter section, the upper clip member (3) is passed over the small diameter section of the main post (1), and the pressing plate (10) is provided on the end of the small diameter section of the main post (1).

A portable counterindexing device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that resilient means (5) are provided on the main support (1) and the secondary support (2) between the pressure plate (10) and the upper clip member (3) to allow the spacing between the upper clip member (3) and the lower clip member (4) to be adjusted.
7. The portable reverse-guiding hub device of claim 5, wherein said cage is replaceable to accommodate different positioners.
8. The portable reverse-guiding center device as claimed in claim 6, wherein the use method of said portable reverse-guiding center device comprises the steps of:
compressing an elastic mechanism (5) between the pressing plate (10) and the upper clamping piece (3) to enable the distance between the upper clamping piece (3) and the lower clamping piece (4) to accommodate a piece (9) to be measured;
-snapping the portable counter-guiding central device into the piece to be measured (9);
the mark locates the central imprint.

Portable counterdraw centre device according to claim 8, characterized in that the method of snapping into the piece to be measured (9) is: the positioning part (4B) of the lower clamping piece (4) is clamped into the positioning part (9A) of the piece (9) to be measured, so that the center on the positioning part (9A) is reversely led to the clamping and pressing part (3B) of the upper clamping piece (3), the clamping and pressing part (3B) is directly clamped and pressed on the machining part (9B) of the piece (9) to be measured, and the marking part (6) on the clamping and pressing part (3B) is located in the positioning center of the machining part (9B).
