Abstract
本发明公开了一种厨宝,包括:滤芯、外壳、冷凝片、风机、发电装置、储水槽和电解装置;所述滤芯设在外壳内,外壳内位于滤芯和外壳内壁之间设有夹层,所述冷凝片固定在夹层中,所述储水槽连接在夹层底部,电解装置设在储水槽内;所述滤芯上端连接有进水管,进水管外侧的外壳上端设有与所述夹层相通的进风口,所述风机固定在进风口处,所述发电装置分别与所述风机和电解装置电连接。通过上述方式,本发明能够利用厨宝中的水对外界空气进行冷凝,除湿并把水收集起来再利用,抽风与电解均采用水流发电,节能环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及生活用品领域,特别是涉及一种厨宝。
背景技术
厨宝是用在厨房里水龙头上的,用来过滤水的装置。由于厨房里烧饭时温度高湿度大,而水宝和水龙头中的水温度低,可以利用这一点在厨宝上收集空气中的水蒸气,既能除湿又能节约水资源。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种厨宝,由于厨房里烧饭时温度高湿度大,而厨宝和水龙头中的水温度低,在厨宝上加上冷凝装置,利用厨宝中的水对外界空气进行冷凝,除湿并把水收集起来再利用,抽风与电解均采用水流发电,节能环保。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种厨宝,包括:滤芯、外壳、冷凝片、风机、发电装置、储水槽和电解装置;所述滤芯设在外壳内,外壳内位于滤芯和外壳内壁之间设有夹层,所述冷凝片固定在夹层中,所述储水槽连接在夹层底部,电解装置设在储水槽内;所述滤芯上端连接有进水管,进水管外侧的外壳上端设有与所述夹层相通的进风口,所述风机固定在进风口处,所述发电装置分别与所述风机和电解装置电连接。
优选的,所述发电装置包括叶轮、叶轮轴、发电机、整流装置和蓄电池,所述叶轮轴可转动的设在进水管内,叶轮轴轴线与所述进水管轴线垂直,叶轮轴两端伸出于进水管;所述叶轮固定在进水管内的叶轮轴上;所述叶轮轴两端分别与发电机和风扇传动连接,发电机、整流装置和蓄电池依次连接。
优选的,所述冷凝片有若干个,所述夹层呈环形,冷凝片分布在夹层内靠近滤芯的一侧,冷凝片均向下倾斜设置。
优选的,所述电解装置包括电解室、正极片、负极片、臭氧室、氢气室,电解室设在储水槽内,臭氧室、氢气室设在电解室内,正极片设在臭氧室内,负极片设在氢气室内。
优选的,所述臭氧室上设有与外壳内连通的臭氧管道;所述滤芯下端设有出水管,所述氢气室上设有与出水管连通的氢气管道。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明利用厨宝中的水对外界空气进行冷凝,除湿并把水收集起来再利用,抽风与电解均采用水流发电,节能环保。

下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种厨宝,包括:滤芯1、外壳2、冷凝片3、风机4、储水槽5、发电装置和电解装置6;所述滤芯1设在外壳2内,外壳2内位于滤芯1和外壳2内壁之间设有夹层,所述冷凝片3有若干个,所述夹层呈环形,冷凝片3分布在夹层内靠近滤芯的一侧,冷凝片3均向下倾斜设置,所述储水槽5连接在夹层底部,收集冷凝片上冷凝下来的水。电解装置6设在储水槽内,用来电解储水槽中的水,使水产生臭氧和氢气,可以对厨宝进行消毒,使厨宝中的水富氢;所述滤芯上端连接有进水管7,进水管7外侧的外壳上端设有与所述夹层相通的进风口,所述风机4固定在进风口处,风机4往冷凝片3上送入厨房中的湿气,冷凝片以滤芯内的冷水作为冷凝介质。所述电解装置6包括电解室、正极片、负极片、臭氧室、氢气室,电解室设在储水槽内,臭氧室、氢气室设在电解室内,正极片设在臭氧室内,负极片设在氢气室内。所述臭氧室上设有与外壳内连通的臭氧管道,臭氧对厨宝内部消毒;所述滤芯下端设有出水管8,所述氢气室上设有与出水管连通的氢气管道,使厨宝中流出的水富含氢。所述发电装置分别与所述风机和电解装置电连接,
所述发电装置包括叶轮9、叶轮轴、发电机10、整流装置和蓄电池11,所述叶轮轴可转动的设在进水管内,叶轮轴轴线与所述进水管轴线垂直,叶轮轴两端伸出于进水管,所述叶轮9固定在进水管7内的叶轮轴上,叶轮轴两端分别与发电机和风扇传动连接;所述发电机10、整流装置和蓄电池11依次连接。蓄电池11分别与所述风机4、正极片、负极片电连接。当进水管内有水流流动时,叶轮带动叶轮轴旋转,叶轮轴在驱动发电机发电的同时,叶轮轴也能带动风机工作,同时抽湿和发电;当没有水流时就用蓄电池驱动风机进行抽湿。本发明利用厨宝中的水对外界空气进行冷凝,除湿并把水收集起来再利用,抽风与电解均采用水流发电,节能环保。

1.一种厨宝,其特征在于,包括:滤芯、外壳、冷凝片、风机、发电装置、储水槽和电解装置;所述滤芯设在外壳内,外壳内位于滤芯和外壳内壁之间设有夹层,所述冷凝片固定在夹层中,所述储水槽连接在夹层底部,电解装置设在储水槽内;所述滤芯上端连接有进水管,进水管外侧的外壳上端设有与所述夹层相通的进风口,所述风机固定在进风口处,所述发电装置分别与所述风机和电解装置电连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨宝,其特征在于:所述发电装置包括叶轮、叶轮轴、发电机、整流装置和蓄电池,所述叶轮轴可转动的设在进水管内,叶轮轴轴线与所述进水管轴线垂直,叶轮轴两端伸出于进水管;所述叶轮固定在进水管内的叶轮轴上;所述叶轮轴两端分别与发电机和风扇传动连接,发电机、整流装置和蓄电池依次连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨宝,其特征在于:所述冷凝片有若干个,所述夹层呈环形,冷凝片分布在夹层内靠近滤芯的一侧,冷凝片均向下倾斜设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种厨宝,其特征在于:所述电解装置包括电解室、正极片、负极片、臭氧室、氢气室,电解室设在储水槽内,臭氧室、氢气室设在电解室内,正极片设在臭氧室内,负极片设在氢气室内。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种厨宝,其特征在于:所述臭氧室上设有与外壳内连通的臭氧管道;所述滤芯下端设有出水管,所述氢气室上设有与出水管连通的氢气管道。
