本发明公开了一种耐腐蚀的金属门，包括金属门本体，所述金属门本体包括金属门外框、金属门内框和金属门板，所述金属门外框内安装有金属门内框，所述金属门内框内安装有金属门板，所述金属门外框的外表面、金属门内框的外表面和金属门板的外表面上均涂覆有耐腐蚀防护层。该耐腐蚀的金属门，结构设计简单合理，强度高，具有良好的密封性，耐腐蚀性能强，同时还具有耐高温，阻燃性能好，使金属门可以在较恶劣的环境中使用，保证了其使用寿命，整体结构较轻，降低了制造和运输成本。

本发明涉及金属门技术领域，具体为一种耐腐蚀的金属门。
背景技术
门，作为一种建筑物的出入口，随处可见。金属门作为门的一种，是日常生活中较常见的一种居室门。现有的工厂或仓库用金属门，一般所用配件选用不锈钢或镀锌材质，但是部分工厂或仓库环境较恶劣，需要接触到各种腐蚀性药品或者是需要在高温环境下作业，普通金属门的防腐蚀性能并不能满足要求，而且门的密封效果也不理想，使金属门的隔热效果较差，因此极大地限制了金属门的广泛使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐腐蚀的金属门，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：一种耐腐蚀的金属门，包括金属门本体，所述金属门本体包括金属门外框、金属门内框和金属门板，所述金属门外框内安装有金属门内框，所述金属门内框内安装有金属门板，所述金属门外框的外表面、金属门内框的外表面和金属门板的外表面上均涂覆有耐腐蚀防护层。
优选的，所述耐腐蚀保护层的厚度为125-175μm，所述耐腐蚀防护层包括芳纶纤维层和陶瓷纤维层。
优选的，所述陶瓷纤维层通过粘结剂涂覆在金属门本体上，所述芳纶纤维层通过粘结剂涂覆在陶瓷纤维层上，所述芳纶纤维层和陶瓷纤维层的厚度比为2:1。
优选的，所述金属门内框上设置有密封条。
优选的，所述金属门板朝向门内侧的一面上设置有加强筋，所述加强筋呈X形结构。
优选的，所述金属门板包括外门板和内门板，所述外门板和内门板之间填充有发泡剂。
与现有技术相比，本发明的有益效果是：该耐腐蚀的金属门，结构设计简单合理，强度高，具有良好的密封性，耐腐蚀性能强，同时还具有耐高温，阻燃性能好，使金属门可以在较恶劣的环境中使用，保证了其使用寿命，整体结构较轻，降低了制造和运输成本。

请参阅图1-4，本发明提供一种技术方案：一种耐腐蚀的金属门，包括金属门本体1，所述金属门本体1包括金属门外框11、金属门内框12和金属门板13，所述金属门外框11内安装有金属门内框12，所述金属门内框12内安装有金属门板13，所述金属门外框11的外表面、金属门内框12的外表面和金属门板13的外表面上均涂覆有耐腐蚀防护层2。
具体地，所述耐腐蚀保护层2的厚度为125-175μm，所述耐腐蚀防护层2包括芳纶纤维层21和陶瓷纤维层22，所述陶瓷纤维层22通过粘结剂涂覆在金属门本体1上，所述芳纶纤维层21通过粘结剂涂覆在陶瓷纤维层22上，所述芳纶纤维层21和陶瓷纤维层22的厚度比为2:1，芳纶纤维层21具有超高强度、耐高温、耐酸耐碱、重量轻和生命周期长等优良性能，可以启到耐腐蚀的作用，陶瓷纤维层22具有重量轻、耐高温、热稳定性好和导热率低等优点，可以启到防火的作用。
具体地，所述金属门内框12上设置有密封条3,密封条3可以增加金属内门框12和金属门板13之间的密封性，保证了金属门良好的密封性能。
具体地，所述金属门板13朝向门内侧的一面上设置有加强筋4，所述加强筋4呈X形结构，加强筋4可以增加金属门板13的强度。
具体地，所述金属门板13包括外门板131和内门板132，所述外门板131和内门板132之间填充有发泡剂5，发泡剂5可以减轻金属门整体的重量，节约制造和输运成本。
该耐腐蚀的金属门，通过在金属门本体1的外表面涂覆耐腐蚀保护层2可以增加金属门的耐腐蚀性，其中陶瓷纤维层22具有重量轻、耐高温、热稳定性好和导热率低等优点，可以启到防火的作用，芳纶纤维层21具有超高强度、耐高温、耐酸耐碱、重量轻和生命周期长等优良性能，可以启到耐腐蚀的作用，密封条3可以增加金属内门框12和金属门板13之间的密封性，保证了金属门良好的密封性能，加强筋4可以增加金属门板13的强度，本发明结构设计简单合理，强度高，具有良好的密封性，耐腐蚀性能强，同时还具有耐高温，阻燃性能好，使金属门可以在较恶劣的环境中使用，保证了其使用寿命，整体结构较轻，降低了制造和运输成本。

1.一种耐腐蚀的金属门，包括金属门本体(1)，其特征在于：所述金属门本体(1)包括金属门外框(11)、金属门内框(12)和金属门板(13)，所述金属门外框(11)内安装有金属门内框(12)，所述金属门内框(12)内安装有金属门板(13)，所述金属门外框(11)的外表面、金属门内框(12)的外表面和金属门板(103)的外表面上均涂覆有耐腐蚀防护层(2)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀的金属门，其特征在于：所述耐腐蚀保护层(2)的厚度为125-175μm，所述耐腐蚀防护层(2)包括芳纶纤维层(21)和陶瓷纤维层(22)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种耐腐蚀的金属门，其特征在于：所述陶瓷纤维层(22)通过粘结剂涂覆在金属门本体(1)上，所述芳纶纤维层(21)通过粘结剂涂覆在陶瓷纤维层(22)上，所述芳纶纤维层(21)和陶瓷纤维层(22)的厚度比为2:1。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀的金属门，其特征在于：所述金属门内框(12)上设置有密封条(3)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种耐腐蚀的金属门，其特征在于：所述金属门板(13)朝向门内侧的一面上设置有加强筋(4)，所述加强筋(4)呈X形结构。
