Detailed Description
The preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 3 to 10, the trailer latch structure of the present invention comprises a hook 1 and a latch 2, wherein the hook 1 comprises a connecting portion 1-1 and a hook portion 1-2 connected to one end of the connecting portion 1-1, and the latch 2 comprises a latch portion 2-1 and a latch 2-2 having one end rotatably and horizontally movably connected to the latch portion 2-1, and a latch end 2-20 corresponding to the hook portion 1-2; wherein, the connecting part 1-1 of the hook 1 is welded with the case cover 3 or the baffle 4, the hasp part 2-1 of the hasp 2 is welded with the corresponding case cover 3 or baffle 4, and the hook part 1-2 is buckled with the buckle end 2-20. As can be seen from fig. 3 to 10, the present invention further comprises a vibration damping sleeve 9 made of an elastic material and having an outer diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the hook portion 1-2 of the hook 1 and a bore diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the clasp end 2-20 of the clasp 2, wherein the vibration damping sleeve 9 is sleeved on the clasp end 2-20 of the clasp portion 2-1 of the clasp 2, and the hook portion 1-2 is buckled with the clasp end 2-20 through the vibration damping sleeve 9. Therefore, in the invention, the buckling of the hook part 1-2 and the buckle end 2-20 belongs to indirect buckling, when the trailer generates vibration and external force in the advancing motion, the buckling of the hook part 1-2 and the buckle end 2-20 forms flexible connection, and the joint part of the connecting part 1-1 of the hook 1 and the welded seams 6 and 7 at the welded joint part of the buckle 2 and the box cover 3 or the baffle 4 are not loosened, and the parts of the box cover, the baffle and the like which need to be connected and closed can be normally closed, so that the trailer can keep normal work, safety accidents are reduced and avoided, and the reliability and the safety are good.
The bore diameter of the inner bore 9-1 of the damping sleeve 9 is preferably smaller than the outer diameter of the clasp end 2-20 of the clasp 2 by 0.05-0.10mm. Experiments prove that the better elastic compression amount exists between the inner hole 9-1 of the vibration damping sleeve 9 and the outer circle of the retaining ring end 2-20, so that the inner hole 9-1 of the vibration damping sleeve 9 and the outer circle of the retaining ring end 2-20 are better fixed, the vibration damping sleeve 9 and the retaining ring end 2-20 are convenient to detach and replace, and the vibration damping sleeve 9 is ensured not to loosen due to vibration under the running state of the trailer.
The bore diameter of the inner bore 9-1 of the damping sleeve 9 is preferably smaller than the outer diameter of the clasp end 2-20 of the clasp 2 by 0.07mm. In this way, experiments prove that better elastic compression exists between the inner hole 9-1 of the damping sleeve 9 and the outer circle of the retaining ring end 2-20, so that the inner hole 9-1 of the damping sleeve 9 and the outer circle of the retaining ring end 2-20 are better fixed, the damping sleeve 9 and the retaining ring end 2-20 are more convenient to detach and replace, and the damping sleeve 9 is better ensured not to loosen due to vibration in the running state of the trailer.
The wall thickness of the damping sleeve 9 is preferably 1.5-2.0mm. Tests prove that the function and the effect of the damping sleeve 9 are better.
The wall thickness of the damping sleeve 9 is preferably 1.7mm. Tests have shown that this results in a better functioning and effect of the damping sleeve 9.
The outer diameter of the damping sleeve 9 is preferably smaller than the inner diameter of the hooking portion 1-2 of the hook 1 by 0.05-0.10mm. Experiments prove that the hook part 1-2 of the hook 1 is easy to be buckled with the buckle end 2-20 through the damping sleeve 9.
The outer diameter of the damping sleeve 9 is preferably smaller than the inner diameter of the hooking portion 1-2 of the hooking portion 1 by 0.07mm. Experiments prove that the hook part 1-2 of the hook 1 is easy to be buckled with the buckle end 2-20 through the damping sleeve 9.
The damping sleeve 9 is preferably made of elastic rubber. This results in a better elasticity of the damping sleeve 9 and a better function and effect. The damping sleeve 9 can also be made of an elastic plastic. This also results in a preferably resilient damping sleeve 9 with a good function and effect.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to the drawings, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and various changes can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention within the knowledge of those skilled in the art.
